I have felt so lost and lonely and depressed the last week. I am so fucking stressed about money, school and men. I hate being unable to work, I hate being unable to study, I hate being unable to do anything, I hate capitalism, I hate patriarchy, I hate my sensory issues, I hate my social anxiety, I hate my executive dysfunction, I hate my neediness, I hate my strictness, I hate my need for a strict routine to function, I hate my body
I feel like Ana is the only one who can help me in this chaos
My brain feels rotten,.. sick and tired after eating too much for days. I need a grand comeback, reset, restart
I'm making a new plan and schedule for myself. My goal will stay the same: I will reach 38 kilos and maintain it till the New Year, then continue until satisfied.

So I spent 5 days with my best friend and ate "normally" without restrictions. We ate mainly very healthy and vegan food but in large amounts. But also high kcal oat lattes, cookies and pastries. I felt bloated all the time.
The minute they left I started a 24 hour fast. Now it's been 22 hours and I feel so much better in my body. I will break the fast with something light but satisfying. Then I'll start another fast. Haven't decided the length yet
And guess what, I did not gain! I'm still 39 kilos. I feel so lucky. I want to hug my metabolism. I was so scared and now I feel supported and motivated to continue towards 38 and 37.
I will reply to messages in two days. I really need to rest in solitude and silence right now.

I feel sick. This must be the last time I'm spending several days with a friend. I need my routine. I just want to starve in solitude and control. I can't enjoy being together. Lying is hell. I don't really hate myself when I'm alone and focused on my schedules and systems but I do hate being alive when there is a chance of hurting a loved one + a chance of gaining weight.
Two more days until my friend finally leaves and I can breathe again. Wish me luck

20 500 steps... 1500 burned but
1800-2000 kcalories today. Ouch
My friend wants us to snack all the time, I feel bloated and anxious. Will my process be deleted? I don't know how to restrict more than this in their presence. I am so bad at lying. Tomorrow I'll try to pretend my stomach hurts because of bread and all the other unhealthy (high kcal) stuff, it's kinda the truth.
I spend most of my time in solitude so I'm not used to these struggles. I only see my family every other month and my friend once a month. This time they are planning to stay for the next 3 days. What a challenge. Tips are welcome

Ate 1200 kcalories today. It's more than I planned but let's call it a meta day. The headache continues. I cooked cauliflower rice and mixed it with basmati, miso soup with golden beet, silken tofu and winter chanterelles. I regret eating bread. Without it I could have stayed under 1000. Tomorrow I'll go for a long and refreshing walk. I want to be amazed by the steps counted.

Today I'm liquid fasting until evening when my best friend arrives. I'm burning while speed cleaning. I'll go buy some special pickles, olives and sauerkraut. Then I will cook us miso soup, basmati and a sweet potato. Let's see if they are in the mood for a lot of snacks. If I can stay under 700 kcalories today, super amazing, great! If I can stay under 1000, good job. If I'm lucky it will boost my metabolism and end the headache.
