I really need to learn to say no to my boyfriend. Yesterday morning he wanted to make banana Nutella pancakes and I could have just said that Nutella is too sweet for my taste (which is the truth) but I didn't. Then he cooked me fettuccine alfredo and I could have eaten only half of it but I didn't. It was crazy delicious. Cooking is his love language and I think it's so hot and I want him to know that he is an amazing cook. I can't take it for granted.. He would be a great dad.. I just have to understand that I can always save food for later and licking the plate clean is not the only way to express him my gratitude. Next time I will be vocal about it.
