After trauma...

It's scary, isn't it? Finally standing up for yourself after being hurt and taken advantage of for so long. I guess it's been so long since I've had confidence in myself. I've been so caught up in depression and self-loathing that I stopped seeing all the beautiful things life has to offer. I've been around horrible, selfish people for so long I started wanting to off myself just to get away from that toxic environment...

Maybe I'm still a little scared, but I am stronger than I was before. It's hard to talk about the trauma since I've been suppressing the memories to avoid the painful flashbacks, but I have to. I've been crying out for justice for so long, and if only I had the bravery to speak up, it'll just be in my reach.

I don't know if I'll meet my deadline: 3-4 months from now I'll show myself to the public office to file my case. A lot can happen in those months...I just hope I can be brave enough or vindictive enough to see it through. Wish me luck~

I'm acquainted with a lot of people who are considered "unattractive" by high school standards. I realised that whenever someone considered beautiful or popular passes by, they snicker and hate on them, trying to dig up every bit of dirt they could find on them and saying they're only worth their face.

It made me realise something...

"It's not your face, nor your body, nor any of your physical features that make you ugly- it's your insecurity."

Note: I also talk to the people being hated on, and they're actually really nice people.

So I was talking to a bunch of friends. One told me not to go since they love talking to me so much. I asked the other why they like me so much, and he answered with, "because you deserve to be liked, and people didn't see that". Like...wow, just wow. I'm so happy people actually think good things about me. Maybe things would be better for me from now on. Maybe I'll be safe. Maybe everything will be okay.

I'll try to have faith in the world.

Dear Seán William McLoughlin,

I made a post a long while back exaplaining why exactly your my hero. In all honesty, I don’t think it did you just. You’re an amazing man, but when I see your videos now a days I get this weird and odd feeling that your doubting yourself.

It’s probably my imagination, after all you’ve been doing so good lately! You’re more active then ever in the community! You’ve made a reddit and a discord, which is a personally safe heaven by the way, and made it so, so much easier to get help. But I don’t think you’re actually seeing us. Please don’t think I’m saying that your not doing enough, hell you’ve done so much! But I think it’s time someone properly thank ya for all the damn hard work you’ve done. So here it goes:

To my hero, I wish to thank you. I thank you for the peace you give us 22 million (give or take a few THOUSAND!), thank you for sticking by up for us for 12 years. I know that sounds insane, but you stated in 2007 Seán. It’s 2019, you’ve been bringing me and so many other pure happiness and peace for 12 years. Thank you for all the editing you did. Thank you for all the sleepless nights you stayed up worrying over your videos. Thank you for all the work you put into bettering yourself. Thank you for all the hugs, the laughs, and the tears everyone in this family have shared.

Thank you for the millions of people you’ve saved. Thank you for putting so much out for people you don’t even know. Thank you for being a role model to the people who have none. Thank you for the family we are in. Thank you for accepting all of us rejects and broken pieces when others through us out. Thank you for saving our hope and hearing our voices.

Thank you for surviving the dark times in your life. Thank you for every moment you decided not to give up. Thank you for every word you’ve spoken. Thank you for every glorious chat sesh. Thank you for being our rock when we almost gave up. Thank you for being there.

Thank you for being yourself.

I know the actual chances if you ever seeing this are .00001/22,000,000,000. But just knowing that someone in our family will see this, just one person, and them Truly knowing what you’ve done, is more then I will ever hope for.
