AU details

this is a tcd inspired au where scar is pretty much how you know him in tcd and cub is one of the people responsible for the apocalypse (science guy). for all they know theyre the only people alive, so they form an alliance.

in this au their personalities and ideals clash quite a lot (scar is impulsive, violent and he just wants a friend, cub is reserved and very detached which leads to them arguing quite often). scar doesn’t know who cub really is btw.

cub can’t leave scar because the guilt of what he has contributed to is eating him alive and helping scar through this hell feels like repenting for his actions, while scar can’t leave cub because he needs him to stay alive (patching him up, basically).

they don’t trust each other, but they can’t survive alone. that’s all you need to know really :) if death happens that’s for me to know and you to find out
