OK HEAR ME OUT
People are noticing the new SPYxFAMILY 2nd cour OP is very Yor and Anya-centric
THIS IS BECAUSE THE OP IS LARGELY SHOT FROM LOID'S POV
Notice in most of the scenes he's in, he's walking behind or towards everyone else
And in the scenes he's missing from, the in frame characters are looking backwards to the camera
Or the perspective is shot from above or at eye level, because he's looking down on Anya or crouching to meet her:
ALSO, if you really want to cry, the song is called "Souvenir" so Loid is literally saving these color-filled memories as souvenirs for when his mission is done and he needs to leave 😢😢😢
But GOD I hope he stays, he loves them so much and they bring so much color to each others lives 😭😭😭😭😭

Sobbing because all of Loid's scenes are so sad and dull and grey before he sees his family
And then after he meets up with his girls his world becomes full of color and IM A MESS RIGHT NOW

Twilight and Yor are not technically husband and wife but they are becoming so alike it's undeniable they're very much a Married Couple
They both put on little disguises
They both are awesome at zip-lining (and look cool doing it)
They both have become helicopter parents
The are both Dramatic now
The are both very Dramatic now
The are both very, very Dramatic now
They are scary
They are very scary
They are very, very scary
In conclusion, they are perfect for each other, your honor

Maybe the reason why he's so flustered around Anya is because she's always giving him an overwhelming amount of attention (unlike his parents eheuhem)
someone give this boy better parents

I’ve noted the subtle shift in Twilight’s attitude towards his mess of a brother-in-law Yuri through the series. The shift in Yuri’s attitude though is actually not subtle, and comes rather abruptly.
In Episode 16/ Chapter 24, Yuri sees his sister pleading with Camilla to teach her cook to save her marriage. Yor thinks she is doing this for her cover, but Yuri… well, look at him. He recognises his sister is doing all of this because her marriage matters a lot to her, because she actually loves her husband.
In the manga, from this point onwards Yuri never again even *thinks* about how Loid should divorce his sister. He also stops thinking his brother-in law is a spy, and stops fantasising about having him executed. Every now and then, he even accidentally thinks of Loid as Yor’s husband.
Yuri still hates Loid with a passion of course. Just as Twilight also can’t stand his brother-in-law. But… both of them understand the other person makes Yor happy. And Yor’s happiness is what matters to both Twilight and Yuri.
The lie Twilight told Yuri when he first met the weird little dude is becoming real, just like how the fake family is becoming real, in-laws included.

I mentioned earlier how the Handler really doesn't give a shit about the Eden kids' bus being hijacked until she learns Anya and Damian have been captured. I don't think this reflects badly on her - she is a spy boss for the West, she is not there to care about the welfare of children of Ostania's richest and most powerful. That's the secret police's job.
The one important plot point potentially relevant for the future here isn't so much the Handler doesn't care about the Eden kids, but why she would not call Twilight, especially when the first and most obvious thing everyone at WISE wondered about was whether to get him involved. Maybe it's because he's the best agent they have? Or maybe it's because the agency by now seems to consider him a dad? It's left ambiguous.
Sylvia's reason for having him off the board is because he's already on a mission somewhere else. But we all know that 1) Twilight is kind of a super spy and can Get Things Done quickly when he needs to, and 2) WISE often throws several missions at him at once. So what's going on? (apart from Endo needing to take him out of this storyline... for now?)
As others have pointed out, it's probably because the Handler understands Twilight is absolutely compromised and loves Anya dearly, and he'd probably to something very silly for his daughter. I mean, even in Chapter 1/ Episode 1 when he arguably hasn't grown attached to the little girl yet, he risked his own life to enter enemy territory to save her. And he did make WISE rent a whole castle and sent every agent they have to play make-believe with his daughter. And there's also this look - anime only, but not that far off from how she smiles at Twilight when she talks about Anya later on in the manga.
She knows. And that's why Sylvia released Twilight to go on a family holiday to play with Anya. She jokingly tells him it's a 'mission' to take care of Anya's care and education... but that's only because she knows her protege is a bit dense when it comes to things like this and needs a prod. But also because it is very amusing to her.
And Twilight knows that she knows too, and that she had in fact, sent him to spend time with Anya because she knows he wants to. Otherwise... why the lack of a WISE pin throughout the trip? Why did he deliberately ignore all the listening devices littered around the cruise ship?
At the end of the Cruise Ship Arc, we had this little exchange between Sylvia and Twilight. Both acknowledge that the holiday was indeed not a real mission. And the Handler smiles again, and observes that either Twilight is highly capable - of being a spy and locking away how he feels about his family, or completely incompetent - being in complete denial that he has feelings for his family in the first place. She knows.
Which again leads us to why she would not notify Twilight that his daughter has been kidnapped. She must understand there will be consequences for her for that decision. Maybe because she doesn't want to have her best agent confront his own feelings which would definitely compromise Operation Strix? Or maybe, just maybe she knows the news would break him. And as much of a cold woman she can be when it comes to spy craft, she actually cares for Twilight, and don't want him to fear his family coming to harm, not again.
She had, after all, a daughter around Anya's age too. She knows.

New damianya fic is up!!
The day has finally come — it was time for Anya, along with Damian, to receive their imperial scholar capes in front of the entire school. Loid, obviously overjoyed for Operation Strix to have gone so well, celebrates the success and the potential meeting of Donovan Desmond once again. Anya, eager to assist with the mission, promises not to disturb her Sy-on boy tonight, until she reads his mind and decides otherwise…
aka two tiny 6 year olds are still in denial of their feelings

You can hear the 'teacups' music theme to start playing in the background when we get to Twilight's 'who am I to talk?' internal monologue.
There are several quiet cues used throughout SxF, but they are mapped to slightly different moods - 'teacups' though, as the name suggests, is all about the Forgers being a real family. We first hear it in Episode 3, after the three return from their family ooting, and Yor hands everyone tea and cocoa in their Forger Family Teacups (TM). Twilight is exhausted, but thinking back to what the old lady said of him, Yor and Anya, something clicks inside him - he can see them as a lovely family too. Or at least, he can see how others may see them as a lovely family. Or at least, that's what he'd tell himself.
There are several layers of denial here.
More memorably, we hear the 'teacups' theme again when Twilight has the epiphany that 1) he is a father to Anya, 2) he needs to be the ideal father to Anya. It's him slowly coming to the realization - slowly being the operative word - that maybe, maybe...
This theme playing in the background as Twilight looks on wistfully at Anya playing in Episode 15 suggests deep down, he knows the Forgers are becoming/ have become a real family - his real family. And that having to abandon Anya one day, he would be the opposite of an ideal father, the person he actually really wanted to be.
He knows it, and he hates himself for it.

A bit more about this scene. In light of what he says later Twilight literally standing in the shadows watching his daughter and wife be happy is what actually he thinks he will need to do metaphorically. He will likely still keep track of them and make sure they are ok - but from afar, and not as Papa Forger.
Which makes the following frames interesting.
When Twilight thinks about the ending of the Cold War being the optimal future, you see him go from Twilight Mode to Loid Mode. It's the smallest shift in expression, blink and you'll miss when/ how it happened. But it's there - everything else stays the same except he goes from frowning to smiling.
On one hand, it's telling us - ah, he needs to snap back to being Dad.
On the other hand... What is this 'optimal future' he wants? As he smiles, he steps out from the shadows, no longer standing behind. Yor beams at him. They walk together, side by side, to their daughter.
"It's time to head home now" - Twilight says.
