Jeon Jungkook’s Camera Shooting/Editing Skills

So, until now I cannot moved on from this video and I am still amazed by how JK managed to do such thing after all their crazy schedule. From the it’s color palette, establishing shots, focus and even rule of thirds can be seen in his shots. I am thinking that he really studied before he made the whole video. Because without studying/researching I think it will be hard to make such video.

What solidified my theory was he used this zoom. “Dolly Zoom” or what is popularly known as “Vertigo Effect” which The dolly zoom is an in-camera effect that appears to undermine normal visual perception. It became popular after it was used in the movie “Vertigo” that was directed and produced by Alfred Hitchcock. It was also used in critically acclaimed movies like “Goodfellas”, “Jaws” and many more.

And it was used in this part:

A lot of movie/video makers find it hard to use. And a big kudos for our Golden Maknae for using it. I saw that there are now presets in Adobe Premiere but even he used the preset it’s still nice because it only means that he appreciates great cinematography. (But you know I still believe that he has the ability to make it manually.)

And I cannot blame why JM was so thankful by the video, how JK’s master fansites had mental breakdown, how proud Bang-PD-nim was, and why Lumpens-nim promoted our Kooks as his co-director for their future music videos. 

Indeed, he knows what he is doing. And again he solidified that he can do great things.

ALMOST GOT CAUGHT (PART 7)

Hi guys. This time I have not updated for so long and i won't lie that i was busy. I lost the inspiration to write. I am truly sorry. I won't say anything anymore. Here is chapter 7 [BACK TO THE MOMENT WHERE THEY ARE PLANNING] NO ONE POV Only silence can be heard in Yoongi's and Jin's shared room. All members in Mission Impossible Grp Chat is sitting facing each other in a circle trying to think of a solution to help Jimin and Jungkook. "So guys? Any ideas yet?" Yoongi out of all of them broke the silence first. Jin who was thinking so hard was quite unsatisfied with yoongi's effort "Yah yoongi. Did you even think of any ideas at all?" "You know my genius brain is already too tired. You couples try to think of something then" Yoongi just shrugged his shoulder indifferently. Hoseok who has been watching the two oldest members bickering suddenly thought of an idea. A mischievious smirk can be seen on his face that everyone did not fail to notice. "I got a feeling its a not a good one.." Namjoon who had been quite the whole time shudders at Hoseok's evil smile. Taehyung can just nod along agreeing with Namjoon. Whatever it is, it is never good. All four sets of eyes fall on Hoseok focusing on what he has to say. "Yoongi hyung. You make jungkook jealous." Everyone's eyes almost popped out after hearing to Hoseok's daring suggestion. Yoongi face remained unfazed. "Hoseok hyung. Are you even thinking straight?" Taehyung who was scared for his Hoseokkie decided to interfere. "NOPE! I think its a great idea. I mean.. if anyone except yoongi hyung does it, it will be seen unconvincing.." "Why is that so Hoseok?" Yoongi who was quiet the whole time quirked his eyebrow in confusion. Upon realising what he said, Hoseok's face turned red from embarassment. "What are you trying to say hoseok hyung?" Taehyung was quite lost actually. If its even possible, Hoseok's face turned even redder. Yoongi who finally realised why the said guy is acting so flustered smirked knowingly and was satisfied with Hoseok's reaction, decided to tease him more. "Ohh i get it. Because i'm the only one who don't have anyone to bang in this room. I get it, i get it. Why didn't i think of that? It will be too obvious if one of you guys do it since kookie even knows you guys bang each other." Oh boy Yoongi felt so good right now. What a good day for him. Seems like everyone is too speechless to say anything and their face shows everything right now. "W-WHAT. HYUNG. WE ARE NOT BANGING!" Taehyung who finally gets it turned deep red and kept glancing at Hoseok to see his reaction which is exactly mirroring him. Same goes for Jin and Namjoon. Both of them just kept quiet. "Yeah yeah whatever. Since there is no choice, i'll try to make that idiot jealous tomorrow. I am going to the studio. Adios bitches." Yoongi got up from the floor with a satisfied grin and left. There was a few seconds of awkward silence until Taehyung made the first move. "O-okay guys. Lets hope it works tomorrow. Imma go check on Jimin. Goodnight" with that, Taehyung left quickly without failing to take a short glance at Hoseok who is obviously looking at him. The others was quiet for a few seconds after Taehyung left when Seokjin let out a loud grunt shocking the others. "Guys. As much as i love you guys, i need my sleep. So if you would please go now. The door is over there my friends. Goodnight" Hoseok and Namjoon quickly stood up and left. Namjoon of course throw a short glance at Jin before exiting completely. After closing the door, Seokjin let out a sigh and plopped down on his bed from exhaustion. All jin could think was that, Yoongi is such an asshole. [Day 1 of plan "Make JK jealous" and Namjin as a couple] Yoongi POV Well at least Jin hyung and Namjoon got together. I can kill someone looking at them flirting everday even though they totally want to bang each other. Well now that they are together, its also bad for me too.. i might walk on them doing "it".. Lord please save me from such things. I woke up quite early today to start the plan.

Kind of regret being the only one up witnessing Jin and Namjoon sucking each other's face off. "Yah. Control your hormones abit will ya? I am trying to focus on the plan here and where the hell is the breakfast?" Both of them blushed and let go of each other almost immediately after my remarks. Jin going back with cooking while Namjoon leaning on the kitchen table watching Jin cooking. Young love... I can only sigh in defeat. What am i going to do with these idiots. One by one, the members start to join the table for breakfast. Everyone was shocked to see me sitting in so early. I just rolled my eyes at them. I told everyone to let Jimin sit beside me and they did a great job. Jimin took a seat beside me and Jungkook infront of me. Gosh this tension between them is driving me nuts. I am going to try to make jungkook jealous but how? It will be weird for me to start acting clingy all of the sudden.. aish.. After awhile, breakfast is finally served. Its pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs. Everyone started eating with namjin lowkey trying to flirt which is not that lowkey. Hoseok and Taehyung who is sitting in front of each other keep stealing glances with each other. Again for the ninth time that morning, i rolled my eyes. Jungkook and Jimin was the only one so quiet. So what should i do? When i turn to jimin, i saw pieces of scrambled eggs on his lips. Aigoo this guy is so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realise at all. Wait! Yes this is it. "Jimin ah" Everyone stopped what they were doing and was looking at me making my move even jungkook too. Yes, perfect. Jimin's eyes went wide at his name being called. "What is it hyung?" Everyone was looking so intensely i facepalmed myself internally. How obvious can you guys be. At least act normal gosh. I inched closer to him and stretched out my hands towards Jimin's lips. Gently, i wip off the stain on his lips and what i did next is something extra, i did not wipe my hands off but instead i put it straight into my mouth. "You got something on your lips jim" Everyone was shooked at my smooth attempt. Jimin was still speechless but managed to give me a soft "thank you". I just nod in response and continue to eat my breakfast. I professionally took a glance at Jungkook to see his jungshook face. I can't help but smirk. Guess it worked. From the corner of my eyes, i saw someone doing a thumbs up. I whipped my head towards that direction to see Taehyung smilling so widely and doing some weird dance with his thumb. This kid. What is he doing? I glared at him and this kid still didn't get the message at all. I swiftly threw my fork at him and hit his chin. Taehyung let out a loud groan. "OWW WHAT THE HELL HYUNG"  The fork hit the floor making a loud sound. Everyone turns to our direction looking worried. "Omg I am so sorry Taehyung. I wanted to take the salt but my hand was playing tricks on me and i accidentally swung it at you." Well i am trying guys. Kinda feel bad. Hope it doesn't leave a mark "Y-yeah. Its okay hyung." "Try to be MORE CAREFUL next time yeah? Avoid if you can." "Haha i don't think i can avoid.." I gave him my sinister smile. "I guess not.." After breakfast, everyone basically scattered around to do their own things. I, with a mission, need to do something too. Jungkook straight away locked himself up in the room. Tsk that maknae. Well at least Jimin is outside watching tv but i need to get Jungkook out.. i fished out my phone and went into the grp sweg: guys. I need help imyourhope: ? seokjinismine: ? Namjoonishandsome: ? TaeTae95: ? sweg: seriously jin and namjoon? seokjinismine and Namjoonishandsome: What? sweg: nevermind.. i am trying to proceed with the plan but jk is inside the room. Someone make him come out. TaeTae95: On it! Satisfied with the reply, i stashed my phone back in my pocket. I took a seat beside jimin a little bit closer than usual but jimin seems to not notice. Its either he is too focused watching tv or he is just thinking. "Hey jim?"

As if i had distrupt his train of thoughts, jimin fall back into reality. "Oh hyung. Didn't realise you were here. Whats up" that fake smile. I can only hope everything will be fine soon. It hurts to see him hurting.. "I figured.." "Hmm what hyung?" "Nothing jim. How are you doing lately?" It was just a simple question but the smile on his face faltered and it took jimin a few seconds for him to answer. "Its been good. Why?" That smile again. Aigoo. Jungkook is gonna get this hand of mine if this goes on. "Jimin ah. I know you are not doing well. You know hyung is always here for you?" Jimin's smile faltered and shift his eyes down, looking at his lap. "Am i that obvious?" "Fck yeah you are jimin. Everyone notice except that bunny." Is what i want to say but i held myself back. "I don't know? Just a Hyung Instinct" Jimin let out a soft chuckle. "What the hell is that hahaha" "Come here" i opened my arms wide inviting jimin for a hug. I mean i did this before with jimin before when he need someone for comfort so its not weird. Jimin looked at me for a second before smilling. He pounced on me, making me fall back on the couch. I let out a soft chuckle at how adorable he is. Jimin hugged my neck tightly while i stroked his hair to give him some sort of comfort. "Thanks hyung" To be honest this wasn't in the plan at all. It just comes naturally. I just want to make jimin smile. We stayed like that for as long as i can remember. The tv long forgotten. Jimin's steady breathing indicating that he fell asleep. I keep stroking his hair until i heard the door opening hoping its jungkook at least. I can't really turn my head since i am stuck lying down on the sofa with jimin. "Yoongi hyung have you seen tae-" Bingo. Nice taehyung. Finally you did something good. "What?" I didn't stop what i had been doing. I can totally feel jungkook's intense stare towards us. It was silent for a few seconds. "Jungkook?" Did he go back to his room? It was too early to judge when i heard footsteps approaching near me. Angry footsteps. Jungkook finally came in sight. Oh boy his face doesn't look that happy. He is straight out frowning in front of me. I gave him a questioning look in return. He glared at me for another 10 seconds before he decided to talk "Hyung. What are you doing?" I can feel my mouth twitching up in a smile. "What do you think i'm doing?" I gave him my usual sarcastic answer which leave him speechless. Never thought he is this possesive. I don't even need to try hard at all. We had a battle of staring for few seconds before jungkook gave up and walk away frustrated from us. I can hear the door to his room close. Well that was intense. I almost got choked by him not that i am scared of him. I let out a breath of relief. I looked down on the boy sleeping on top of me. "Looks like you got yourself a possesive bunny" That way i fell asleep too.
