Let's put our hands together for my client Michele from Atlanta, GA who had lost over 20 pounds in 8 weeks. This lady was so desperate when she contacted me, seeking for help on how to get in her best shape ever. She's faced all kind of struggle, her husband was diagnosed cancer few months after their wedding and passed away within 8 months. She felt devastated and just let herself go and picked up, only God knows, how many weight. She's also dealt with the fact that she was obese her entire life and doesn't know what it feels to wear a size 6. She almost got in tears telling me she can't even look at herself in the mirror and she needs me to help her regain confidence and get in her best shape. I had to prove her first that anything that had happened to her before needs to be left behind and that doesn't define her as a person, that she has greatness within her and with DISCIPLINE and DEDICATION, there's nothing that can stop her. Long story short we started by customizing a diet and a workout plan that will fit her needs and over the last 8 weeks she went from 197lbs to 175Lbs for a total of 22pounds. But as you can see, she don't want to stop so I gave her a new goal which is to lose 10 more pounds by August 25th and I have no doubt that she won't reach it.
