Well, ALL Kamen Riders need a secondary rider. Even my bootleg one.

Glare's counterpart, Kamen Rider Shadow.

To be honest, drawing this guy has made me rethink Glare's lore. So that's something I'll hopefully find the time to work on.

2021 vs 2025

Yeesh, I hate that I understand the idea I was going for in 2021, but boy does that not make it okay. I wanted to make a Showa Era Kamen Rider, but I did NOT do a good job with "Glare Guy" up there. I was trying to go for something like Riderman, but calling 2021 an homage to Riderman is an insult.

Kamen Rider Glare here is a cyborg who has to keep a supply of batteries on him in order to transform. He's able to produce bright lights and beams of light from his eyes, but that drains his batteries, so he mostly sticks to his wrestling moves.

He's been fighting the forces of darkness for decades now and is ready to retire, especially now that there's younger and more spry heroes on the scene. But as long as darkness holds sway, this old firefly will shine his light.

Glare Guy taking care of some of my favorite waifus; Cheetara from Thundercats, Steelheart from Silverhawks, and Octavia from Tigersharks.

Honestly, was REALLY looking for an excuse to draw all three of them since they form a very interesting trio of gals. Honestly, I wanna live in a world where Tigersharks took off and I could watch all three shows.

And if we assume Jango's under that helmet, then our little tradition continues of him routinely whooping Cheetara~

Just a funny idea. I never intended for Jango to secretly be Glare Guy or anything, but I guess with the design of the helmet and all, ANYONE can be under the helmet. And, well, since I now love my new bootleg Kamen Rider and love drawing him all the time, why NOT make him a superhero persona for my main OC?

I Met Up With My Old Underling And...

"Kyaa~ Kuroki~"

The home was filled with the rhythmic clapping of a woman's bottom getting smacked.

"This is so inappropriate~" Akane cried; she is a middle-aged woman at around 45. And despite her moaning and groaning, she's not doing much to get off of Kuroki's lap. In fact, the way she shook her ass made it clear she wanted more. "The client is coming to meet us any minute~"

Kuroki, meanwhile, was a young man, 20 years younger than Akane. He was chuckling as he continued to smack her rump. "This is just a little reminder for you to be on your best behavior." He tried to scold her, but his tone was too playful. "Now settle down and take your medicine."

"Yes, sir~"

[My name is Akane. And I'm getting spanked. Kuroki is my lover, though he's also...sort of my boss. We've been together for a little over half of a year now.]

[I guess things started five years ago; Kuroki was just 20 back then and he was the new hire for our company, Gagaga Industries. He was my underling in the accounting department. As his manager, I was pretty strict, but I didn't make my workers do anything I wouldn't or couldn't do. And I put my neck out there for my staff.]

[And, as...embarrassing as it is to admit, I kinda had a crush on Kuroki back then, so I made it a personal project to make him a shining member of my team. I didn't know it at the time, but Kuroki was kind of my type. He was a bit timid back then, but he was a considerate and thoughtful young man who always rose to the occasion. Back then, I restrained myself from doing anything....inappropriate since I was roughly twice his age back then.]

[Then, a year later, he resigned.]

[Kuroki: Here's my two weeks notice.

Akane: (WHAT?!)

Kuroki: I'm sorry, but I'm actually gonna be moving out of the city. And I won't be able to make the commute.

Akane: (Oh, I see.) Well, that's a relief. I was a little worried I pushed you too hard, Kuroki-Kun.

Kuroki: N-no, not at all! I can't thank you enough for this experience, Akane-San!]

[It felt good to hear that I didn't push him away. But Kuroki really was an amazing worker. Him leaving my team was noticeable. And the Department Chief was breathing down my neck...]

[Akane: What?! You can't expect me to work my employees like dogs! These demands are too much!

Hiragi: Your team is under performing, Akane. It has to be done.

Akane: We're 'under performing' because we're understaffed! And besides, our numbers are fine. They’re only lower because Kuroki is gone! We’re no worse than the other departments!

Hiragi: Maybe I'm not making myself clear. You're GOING to do as I say, Akane. Or these photos will be spread around the company.]

[I was horrified to see that the Department Chief had photos of me working as a Hostess. They were when I was in college, but there was no denying it was me. This could ruin my reputation. So I had no choice but to bend the knee and do as the Department Chief said. I worked my team to the bone, going beyond any expectations I had set for them before. And I was there with them in the trenches.]

[But, being the only middle-aged worker with a team of 20-somethings,there was no denying that I just couldn't keep up like they could. I just didn't bounce back like I used to...]

[And when I saw that they were denying my team their overtime, that was when I had enough.]

[Akane: (Alright, Hiragi. If I'm going down, you're coming with me!)]

[I had hired a detective to dig up some dirt on the Department Chief. And after I stood up to him and he exposed me to the Board of Directors, I leaked what I had learned; that Hiragi was not only embezzling funds, but also cheating on his wife, Yuzuriha.]

[Hiragi's life was in shambles, but so was mine. I was blacklisted from the industry and there was nothing I could do but find a job as a waitress and just try to survive. I had savings, but I knew I was on borrowed time. I had given up on relationships, having kids, vacations - I gave everything to that company. And this was my reward.]

[And then, I met him again...]

[Kuroki: Akane?

Akane: K-Kuroki?!]

[He was at the bar I was working at that night and we started sharing about how life had been treating us in roughly four years. I told him about my mutually assured destruction with the department chief. And in turn, he told me about how he was still working as an accountant from his home in the suburbs.]

[We talked. We laughed.]

[...I cried.]

[He held me in his arms...]

[Kuroki was a gentleman and he even offered me a job!]

[Akane: Your...secretary?

Kuroki: That's what you'd be on paper, yes. But, in truth, I could use your help. I'm sure with your experience, you'd be a great asset to my business.

Akane: Ah, so, I'm more like your consultant, huh? Well, I mean, it's better than working at this dump...

Kuroki: You won't regret this, Akane! In fact, to save money, maybe you should move in with me!

Akane: I-isn't that...kind of forward?!

Kuroki: I mean, I have the space for two. And besides, this will just be a temporary thing, until you have enough money to live comfortably on your own.]

[Turns out, I was plenty comfortable at Kuroki's place...]

Akane finally got up from Kuroki's lap and patted the seat of her skirt. "How horrid, treating an old lady like this. You should be ashamed."

Kuroki blushed a little, "well, sorry. But when I have a beautiful woman over my lap, how can I not spank her?"

"Hmph!" Akane huffed as she crossed her arms. "There you go again, trying to charm me to get your way. I bet this was your plan when you saw me at that bar that night."

"H-hey now!" Kuroki blurted, "I never...I mean, I was just trying to...I just really appreciated you from-"

Akane then leaned in and kissed Kuroki's cheek. "Hey now, I'm only teasing you, Kuroki. I know that you genuinely were trying to help me. I know you're not the type to try and exploit me."

Kuroki smiled at her. But before he could say anything, they heard the door knocking.

"Ack! That's the rep from Etra Industries!"

"Lead them into the sun room." Akane said, more calm than her partner as she walked from the living room and took every second to adjust her suit. "I'll get some tea ready."

"Right. Thanks, Akane." Kuroki nodded, adjusting his tie and taking a deep breath. "I love you." He said before heading for the door.

"Love you too, Kuroki~"

I gotta say, I knew the first Etra-Chan spanking pic I'd be doing would be Akane related, but didn't think it'd be like this, let alone be a commission. It's almost a reverse of the original pic I did all those years ago, with Akane being the protagonist and actually being a stand-up gal as opposed to the brat I wrote her as before. That's the fun thing about Etra-Chan's content; these characters are so flexible, even if they're also identifiable. Akane can be an overgrown brat, but she can also be quite respectable and earnest.

Like what I said about Katsura, Kuroki is a fairly okay character for me. I find myself relating to him a lot since I'm also a pretty shy introvert and Kuroki kinda gives off that vibe in a lot of stories he's in. But he makes for a fairly good protagonist, which I think why I latched onto him in that first pic I did and why (I feel at least) he gets the protag spot more than the other guys.
