And, working on shedding this fat. Been going back to the gym slowly and I ended up a little sore so I'm taking a break today. Week 1 is down. This thing I have on my shoulder is called a polar cuff. It circulates ice water to that cuff and makes icing so much easier and has been key to me feeling better.
