I have had a shower, put my hair into heatless curls, done my skincare, read my bible, snuggled into bed, put on a good show, and planned on scrolling until I got too sleepy to keep my eyes open. It's 6:44pm.

Ive been really trying to romanticize my life recently. I feel like if I have a more positive outlook on how my life looks then it will inspire me to live a little more like Jesus everyday. Don't be afraid to pretend your life is a little more glam than it really is. Its fun!

I'm attending the funeral of a good friend of mine tomorrow. I really don't know how to feel. on one hand, I don't want my last memory of him to be either a closed casket or a sad, sullen shell of who he once was. on the other, I think its best for me to have the closure of seeing him surrounded by the people who cherished him while he was here and knowing that he's going to carry on with the inner peace he deserves. Hold the people you care for very tightly. Speak to them. Let them know that you hear them and they are seen.
