We can confirm he’s the very same Warden of Lady Sneasler, simply returned to his actual original time. Though he isn’t of aid in returning to Hisui due to how he returned involving the gods of the clans, Giratina, and Arceus, that is something Rei and I can’t fault him for. Plus, he both is caring for a Hisuian Sneasel that snuck along with him (one of Lady Sneasler’s kits, no less) and has been able to confirm that I have not been mistaken about who I was before. If you want to speak with him, he has been quite responsive to our inquiries.

So, is Rei enjoying the festivities and sweets that have come about thanks to the special occasion? I have already got Arezu a jar of some hard candies she’s found she enjoys (and can actually stomach without getting sick after just one candy) and I have also found that she looked into the occasion and got me a large bag of jelly beans. Safe to say, we’re enjoying some candies today.

Yep, it’s quite a nice day, especially with the surprise sweets! Before you ask, though, we aren’t in a relationship and did the gifting as friends. Still a lovely day, though.

but yeah overall he’s been enjoying the whole exchanging of chocolates today! normally in regions like kanto and sinnoh, we kinda like have two Luvdays: Luvday and White Day a month later. Supposedly the women are supposed to give the men chocolates on Luvday, and the men reciprocate on White Day, but i dont particular care for following that and i just gift chocolates to my friends on both days >:)

hmm… i think maybe how extreme the cold and nighttime can get here! since Sinnoh’s farther north of the equator than a lot of people think, the shifting seasons are a lot more extreme. in the wintertime it’s possible to get very little time with sunshine!

hey, so someone was kind enough to point me here to maybe get some help w/ my situation. my friend Rei fell from the sky and claims he’s from Hisui, but when pressed further, cant rlly remember much abt himself or Hisui. I’ve been taking care of him and keeping an eye on him for the past few days, but i have no idea what to do in the long run…

We've run into similar situations before. Malakai, the owner and trainer of an Alpha Luxray here at SRRF has proven to be in a similar situation, though he's been present in the modern day for far longer, and his memory loss seems to be more severe.

Taking him to the doctors to get him updated on current vaccines, checked for old diseases, as well as allergies. Be careful of modern medicines or processed foods as Rei will likely have never been exposed to these things.

If you haven't gotten him a form of identification yet, we recommend doing so.

(@altitudesnapdragon) How is Rei adjusting to being around Pokemon? I'm not really up on history but wasn't there a really big period of time where people just hated pokemon or something like that? It sounds like he maybe came from around the end of that time period or around then, curious what he thinks about how we get along nowadays!

at first, he was way more scared of them. he practically freaked out when he saw that i kept Gougar out of her ball at all times, couldnt stand being in the same room as her. but it looks like he’s starting to get used to it! every so often i see him hanging out with Saiwai (ive GOT to get a picture its so cute omg) and he’s warmed up to Gougar a lot more now! ive yet to introduce him to the other members of my team, not for any reason in particular but i just havent had the opportunity to yet. im sure he’d have no problem with Orbee, he’s literally a baby. Chompers, tho, is a bit more aggressive, so i might wait a bit to show him to Rei.

I think sometime soon, i should get him into Pokemon battling. Arc knows i havent had a good sparring in a while, been too wrapped up in my internship wwwwwwww
