though I have to admit that it feels like there’s something else missing, I have wrapped this story up.

to posting chapter 5 of Patterns of Warmth 12, - Kidnapped Comfort. This encompasses two prompts from days 2 and 3. I’ve unfortunately not had time to take on another daily prompt because of it.

The chapter is almost done and the muse has Danny laughing his ass off for some reason. Who would have guessed THAT after chapter 4???

This is the next two days worth of Whumptober2020 compiled into one full story. This segment for Whumptober is strongly McDanno and relates directly to "Patterns of Warmth" and the new character of C.J. Reading those stories would make this more sensible, but if you haven't, I hope you still enjoy it.

1. Day Two "Kidnapped" - (In the Hands of the Enemy: Pick who Dies, Collars, Kidnapped) Charlie and C.J. are kidnapped from school by Rachel's new au-pair, a woman very involved with Stan Edwards.

2. Day Three "Comfort" - from the alternate prompt list. Kind of obvious how Danny and Steve will be comforting each other, as well as the boys after this scare.

Haven’t posted day 2 of whumptober because I just can’t get it right… And I think there’s some value in focusing on it.

But it’s already day 3! I might have to flip-flop some prompts and days posted.

After much deliberation and feedback from the community, we have decided to add an alternate list of prompts to the event again this year.  These alternates can be substituted for any theme/prompt that you’d like.  You do not have to use them in any order.  The only change you would make is to add an ‘alt. #’ tag to your post when you use them. Hopefully this will help anyone struggling with a theme and all of its extra prompts.

One shot/twiddle: day 1 prompted a missing scene on Steve's thoughts after seeing Danny shackled and hanging at Daiyu Mei's hands.

Pleased to say that chapter 66 of Mindgames is posted on A03 and that I should only have one more left… An epilogue of sorts. At least that’s the plan!

I can’t believe I haven’t been out on Tumblr in such a long time. I am so sorry for anyone who missed me. I’m so unreliable I don’t think anyone has… LOL! So as of now : 65 chapters published on A03 now as I try to wrap up Mindgames

I just went to a big DIY store near me and got an avengers wall paper sample that I've cut an iron man decal out of I'm cheap but you could buy the paper (why would you though) best wishes with your table

I’m still working on this. What a great idea!!! I’ve also recently seen purple mermaid paper which is enticing too.
