I did nothing wrong but my flight rising account was closed for good

I dont know why Im writing this, it's not like it'll get my account back or anything.

We apologize for the delayed response; we can certainly understand the frustration over having your account closed. We have reviewed the reasons surrounding your account closure and have decided to uphold the closure and any future requests to review this decision will be met with the same response.

You may register one (1) new account. As long as our Terms of Use and Rules & Policies are followed, this new account will be allowed to remain open.

On the 14th of March without any warning, my flight rising account was closed because I apparently made multiple accounts. That is the reason given. Ive never had multiple accounts. You can believe me or not, but I know what Ive done and havent done. And Ive NEVER made a second account. I'm a goody two shoes so bad honestly it's embarrassing. My gf's account was closed on the same day. Me and my gf live together, and we have both been playing flight rising since 2017. Is it because my gf and I would trade items frequently? Is it because we have the same IP address? Flight rising claims both of these are okay to do. Even ENCOURAGING us to play together.

Should I tell the staff I share an IP with someone?

This is not necessary. We're aware there are players who share IPs and we encourage friends and family to play Flight Rising together. Sharing an IP or a device is not enough to be considered using multiple accounts.

I requested an appeal of course. Today I got the news. My account will stay closed forever, with no chance for appeal. If I attempt to appeal again I will get the same response. I'm really stuck, I've spent years of my life on this site, spent real world money to buy gems! I had an art shop. I spent time and energy drawing for other players to get treasure and gems. I never broke the rules. I even turned off my adblocker for the site so they could get the extra ad revenue. I'm just as innocent as any other player. So what is happening? Why am I being punished?

They wont talk to me, they wont hear me out. I never got a warning. The audacity they have to tell me to make a new account. That wont get my money, time, and effort back will it? Not to mention the dragons themselves. Ive been robbed of a hundred characters that I loved. I miss my dragons so much. Would you want to start over? 6 years of development, art, designing, love, thrown away.

In almost all cases, if an account is closed due to repeated rule violations or certain Terms of Use violations, they are welcome to return so long as they are able to follow our rules going forward. 

The penalty for cheating is losing all items, dragons, currency, achievements, etc gained while cheating. If your account is closed due to multiple accounts or the use of bots, browser extensions, or anything else that could give your account an unfair advantage over others, all items, currency, and dragons are permanently locked on it. Flight Rising Support will not transfer any items or dragons from a closed account to an open one. 

As always, players are able to appeal an account closure by replying to the notification email sent to their registered email address. 

The appeal was never going to work, was it? Flight rising staff doesn't care about their user base. Why are innocent players getting banned? If I wasnt banned for the reason given then what was the reason? I think I deserve an answer.
