Modification of the shoulder saver exercise I posted yesterday for people with hand and wrist injuries. Start by wrapping the exercise band around the wrists and imagine slowly writing the letter C . Repeat 5 -10 times each side slowly walking up the wall -This can be repeated several times per day. Emphasis is on the use of the hamstring or knee flexion to rock over ... a very relevant exercise progression after isolated strength training for the hamstring muscle for a climber.
