Hi my name is gabbie i have severe body dysmorphia, generalized anxiety disorder, and clinical depression.

It all came to a head last year. I finally broke down and went to see a therapist. Now, I’m on my meds, talking to someone regularly, and working on myself.

I still struggle BADLY with hating my body but hey at least I’m not depressed anymore!!
