To every member of the military and every civil servant fighting in big ways and small, public and private, to protect the Constitution and uphold the oaths you swore, thank you for your service. We see you and we love you. We're counting on you and we're all behind you 100%. Hold the line.

This made me actually tear up and feel a little hopeful. Everyone, no matter who they are needs to do their part. The Fascists are dangerous but they are few. Together we can all defeat them and keep the freedoms so many have fought so hard for.

I don’t consider Prodigy canon. Chakotay going back out into space after ten years alone? He didn’t want to be in Starfleet in Voyager why would he want that when he doesn’t have to? You have to earn a choice like that and Prodigy did not do the work. I really don’t care if some fan can justify it; it’s a choice that takes previous knowledge of the character and runs in the exact opposite direction from it which is fine if you explain why but this show did not do that. Modern television doesn’t work like that. Justifying character actions was something fans do with old TV that didn’t focus on characters as much as we’d like; this was unforgivable on Prodigy’s part.

Listen to me, there are much simpler and more subtle ways to show that two characters are in love. For some reason, I think it's human nature to notice when two people are in love. I don't know why so many people still don't see these two as a couple, since the signs aren't even subtle, they're pretty obvious to me. The only thing left to believe is that people really need to see a kiss to believe in love, and that's SO SAD!

Heads up, NeilMed Pharmaceuticals’ has issued a precautionary recall of over 89,000 bottles of NasoGel Spray due to possible microbial contamination.

These bottles would have been available for purchase through 2024.

This initial recall was issued last week as of February 5th 2025 but the new prevention.com article just dropped today which is what a friend sent to me.

The FDA says some of the following SKUs were included in the recall:
