Allan Harris!!

I'll start, Allan is German, but his mother is American, he lived in Germany until he was 16, and then moved to St. Louis

His birthday is 09/20/1907, he's 20 y.o. He's quite smart, but does not really show it, Allan is sociable in the sense that he adapts to the people he communicates with. For example, with someone quieter and calmer, and with someone else, louder and so on.

He has a very good relationship with everyone in Lackadaisy, except Victor. Allan really tries to establish contact with Victor, but he doesn't really succeed((

Allan has a bit of a German accent and was once told that he doesn't look German, now he tries not to be.. but his accent gives him away(

Allan simply loves playing cards and all kinds of gambling
