Happy Just Published The Game And It Works Day!! (also it's my alter birthday. This wasn't on purpose lol) Yippeeeee

- Fixed more stuff 👍🎉
- Playtest for windows supposedly on Sunday (15th), playtest for macbook supposedly on Tuesday (17th)
- Lost one ending somewhere??? I said that the game contains 7 endings on the itch.io page and on the pinned post here, so CLEARLY I COUNTED SOMETHING, but in my own endings guide I only have 6???? And I'm trying to figure out if I managed to forget one ending somehow or if I miscounted??? Like hello how does this even happen
- Only things left to do are: the ending guides (+ figuring out the endings situation), finishing the credits, applying changes according to the playstesters' advice

This is a short depression experience about a hopeless girl whose world is falling apart. We're following her as she tries to get ready and go out on a mental health walk. Last time I checked, it qualified as a horror game. There may be blood, there may be some slight undressing, there may be one jumpscare.
Loosely based on someone's life, chock-full of metaphors and with a healthy sprinkle of marriage language.
The game contains:
6 Endings (one of them the token True End)
6 maps
4 soundtracks
About 1 hour of playtime
Quite a lot of CGs, if I dare say so
Interactable chair and a closet door
Cute main character who struggles with hygiene and is indiscreetly colored like bi flag

I can proudly announce that I finished the true end map today and I made all the animations for it and they don't even look that bad lol :"D
Now technically the only thing left to do (which sounds insane and I'm terrified) is to draw the final cutscene (15 separate pics with variations..)

(it's actually pretty close to being finished. I need to draw details on two buildings + the spot for the final interactable thing. Then it'll be done and I'll need to do the animations)

Okay so updates right
Finished 5 out of 6 endings (yippee?)
Scope creep scope creeped into me needing another background track for two of those endings tho so i guess i didn't fully finish. all 5 of them. help.
I started comparing myself to y*nderedev because I spent such an unreasonably long time on this game for how short and uncomplicated it is. Plus I added funny features before doing the main events and that's Not The Smart Kind Of Approach
There's still an Amount of Stuff I need to finish for the true end which i haven't started yet and it's making my balls itch but by god I'll get to it
You won't believe it but: I'm still having fun working on the game. My brain is so so stupid about it tho. It's so hard to focus most of the time and I work best at the time when I get aggressively told to go to sleep (1-3 am) If only my brain was normal this would go much much faster

So close to being done with Kit's interactions! Gotta praise myself where I can lol. 12/18 interactions finished at the moment of typing this! Might take a break for drawing the cutscenes but I've been kind of scared of that for some reason.

ALSO I've come to a realization that the way I named my assets sucks ass. Like literally
I have three kinds of pictures, first ones are for in-game 'animations', second ones are for 'cutscenes' and third ones are for character dialogues.
You can see here which ones are which, and how they're named. In-game 'animations' and 'cutscenes' are named in an adequate fashion, while the dialogue portraits are.... huh. In general it's just the first-letter based Character name + Body sprite version + Mouth type + Eye type + Brow type. Which is kind of logical because most of Eugene's expressions cannot be described fully in one or two words like the animations or cutscenes... But also when I see these names in the event editor I go "Now what the fuck is that string of letters and numbers supposed to look like" soooo uhhh. And that's one of my most major frustrations. Yeah.
Maybe trying to describe them in one or two words should've been The Way To Go.
