Summary:

Yamato wasn't expecting to end up like this, locked in a closet with Sogo staring back at him. It was Yamato's idea, though. Seven minutes in heaven seemed like a fun party game, and with Sogo this drunk, of course he'd oblige. "Your time starts... now!" Mitsuki says from the other side of the door. And Sogo is just... looking at him. A lustful gaze certainly isn't the right way to describe it, but Yamato thinks it isn’t entirely wrong, either.

A/N: I'm double dipping with both @i7promptweek2024 Day 7, and @trgdaily because this fits the "Be Authentic" prompt for July

What if Ryou did get his hands on TRIGGER? What fate awaited them in Tsukumo? Feat. Touma's conscience

“It’s like a caterpillar a child finds on their way home. They feed it the best milkweed, keep it safe in a glass jar on the windowsill so the caterpillar can see what beautiful horizons it will one day explore. The child cares for it through the long wait before the caterpillar emerges as a butterfly, letting its slimy wings dry into beautiful gossamer and admiring the jewel of the insect world that has grown with their love. And they one day open the window, take the lid off the jar and let the butterfly fly out into that blue sky as a radiant glory,” Ryou explained, grinding his knuckles into the hydrangea bloom he’d been brandishing at Touma. “Then a bird snatches it out of the air and has a nice breakfast.” 

“Your contract with Yaotome Pro was like…the bird?” Touma asked, trying to keep up with the tirade he’d invited with what he’d thought would be a simple question. He’d just wanted to know the details for their victory, get the full picture of how they’d succeeded at tearing down the group that he’d been cursing for over a year now. But he should’ve known talking to Ryou would be like trying to get a toddler to give him a straight answer, incomprehensible and slightly unhinged. 

“Yes, finally something to thank my parents for.” Ryou plucked a few thorns off a gaudily huge rose and shoved it into the middle of the ikebana display. “They had this fun little clause in all their support contracts, any products that became a loss were allowed to be ‘rescued’ by them. And you know I love rescues,” he finished, waving at Touma as if that explained his last comment.

In which Yuki proves to Momo just how much he loves him so that Momo can sing freely at his side once more.

Prompt Week Day 6: Re:vale ♡

All this time, Momo had thought Yuki planned to leave him. Was he really such a terrible partner that Momo could believe that of him? He must be, if he hadn't even noticed how Momo was hurting. The pain that etched itself over Momo's face burrowed into Yuki’s heart, settling deep in that way it did only in the middle of the worst of their fights. Yuki was selfish and demanding and rude, he knew that, but he never wanted to hurt Momo. Certainly not without even realizing it. You don't get it at all, Momo had accused. He was right. Yuki didn't. He didn't know what to do to fix this.

The familiar back and forth lightened the air in the room but not the heavy weight on Yuki’s heart. Not the one on Momo's heart either, if his expression was anything to judge by.

"Yuki-san, you don't have any intention of replacing Momo-san as your partner in Re:vale, right?" Ryunosuke's voice cut through the convivial banter of their juniors.

Yuki glanced back at him over his shoulder. "I don't." The answer came easily — and why shouldn't it? It was the truth, as plain and simple as he could make it.

It wasn't enough.
