one of the things i'm really loving about Fourever You is the cross-wise friendships that are building- Hill does not hesitate to give North rides when he picks up Ter and is always happy to see him and have him around and make it clear that he's welcome to spend time with him and Ter and that he isn't imposing or unwanted; Johan can see Ter's insecurities about his relationship with Hill because of their history, and is quietly reassuring and supportive and encourages Ter to have confidence and take the steps he needs to take to be with Hill. Johan especially is definitely the grumpy cat character of the group, and North is his person, but he is also so soft with Ter and it's really nice to see. the four of them gel really well as a subset of the larger web of friend groups, and i'm looking forward to when they can expand out into the other set of boys and everyone gets to hang out together.

every time i start another playlist i feel like Spotify is quietly judging me with these numbers, being like "don't you have enough already? are you really gonna make ANOTHER one? don't you know how many you already have?"

Style is the one who said "sometimes you make me feel so scared, and sometimes you make me feel so safe" and Fadel said "it wouldn't hurt to be wary of me" in response, and i keep thinking about how those two things they said could have been said by either one of them and still be true but for very different reasons.

Style said he could love Fadel no matter who he really is because he already knows more than he should (tho clearly still not everything) but that's not going to save him from how hurt Fadel is going to be when he finds out what Style's motivations and intents were, even tho Style's feelings became more genuine more quickly than either of them could guess.

this show is setting up for HURT and it's so good and i love it even tho i feel stressed about it and how much i know it's going to make me cry ha haaaaaaa

Just up thinking about these two.

Like how Fadel tried to close himself off again and cut off his feelings when he thought Style no longer liked him.

Only for Style to make Fadel laugh every chance he got this episode.

Even when Fadel was trying to hide it.

Until Fadel no longer could hide it.

And how Fadel feels so comfortable and at peace around Style that he opens up and closes his eyes to rest around him.

Because Style makes it safe for Fadel to feel happy. To feel safe. To feel loved.

Style makes it safe for Fadel to feel.
