It's cool to see this getting notes again! I can't believe they're still available eleven years later.

Perfect Strangers S6 Ep18, "Out of Sync" Feb. 15 1991
Balki is discovered by a producer called Clive Enright who quickly turns him into hip hop star Fresh Young Balki B. When Balki (who speaks English with a Mediterranean accent) realizes that Clive dubbed his voice with another singer and he's trapped in a nefarious record contract, he and cousin Larry hatch a plan to expose Clive at a press conference, where they do a song that puts the blame where it belongs - on the producer.
For context, this episode, written by Cheryl Alu and Barry O'Brien, aired less than three months after the Milli Vanilli press conference where Rob and Fab were blamed by the media for what was orchestrated by more powerful people.

Milli Vanilli performs "Keep on Running" on "Wetten... dass?" November 3, 1990 (Youtube)
Ten seconds in, Rob throws a middle finger.
Two days later, Frank Farian received a letter from Rob and Fab's lawyer blocking the release of the second album unless they either re-recorded it with their vocals or Farian came clean, ending the contract.

"You have to understand, we were seduced. We were abused. And we felt very guilty.
"BUT. We are here -- Rob and Fab is here -- because WE stopped it. Not Frank Farian like you guys think."

Article from 2014 about the artist behind the paintings in the "Girl I'm Gonna Miss You" video, including the commissioned "gallery girl" painting.
Nothing about the iconic gingerbread man painting, sadly, except it was a painting in a real art show that apparently sold.
