Just read an article about the decision to push Cynthia to the lead role and Ariana as a supporting role for the academy award nominations...meanwhile, me, the avid musical lover: I'm sorry, is this supposed to be shocking? Do you think that anyone who reads the title "wicked" would think the "wicked" witch is indeed not the main character of WICKED? Anyone who thinks otherwise, I'm sorry, is stupid. I just can't put it in a nicer way. I don't know how to be nice about it. But if you are seriously shocked by Ariana not being nominated for a leading role, it's just silly and frankly makes you look stupid.
