Working on a mini sub-series...
A side door into Night Raven College
where the background steps into the spotlight.
In the prestigious grounds of Night Raven College, it is full of surprises, mysteries, and drama—but what about the students we never really meet? The nameless mob characters in the main story? That’s where Twisted Wonderland B-Side comes in.
This is my mini sub-series dedicated to giving those overlooked background students their own voices, personalities, and stories. Instead of generic NPCs, I’ve created a cast of original characters—each one carefully crafted to fit the vibe of their dorm while adding depth, variety, and charm to the NRC experience.
🌙 How it works:
Every dorm gets its own set of new faces.
Each OC is “twisted” from unused concepts, lesser-known inspirations, or thematic details tied to the dorm’s original source material.
The plots unfold alongside the official dorm stories, giving an alternate perspective on familiar events.
Think of it like peeking into the corners of Twisted Wonderland that the main plot only hints at—side conversations, rivalries, and little moments of magic that make the school feel more alive.
So, if you’ve ever wondered what’s going on just outside the camera’s frame during the dorm arcs
 welcome to the B-Side.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
I will be showcasing the B-side characters I have planned for this sub-series in order of the dorm line-up, like a fun little introduction thread. The number of these characters are either randomized or made according to the empty available slots in each existing dorm roster.
This is only for the canon dorms, so there won't be involvement from the fandorms I made previously.

Fandorms' Unique Magics
I'll only do unique magics for the fandorm housewardens since doing ALL of the members would take FOREVER- (I do remember getting an ask about this in the other blog and I half-assed the list)
The ones here are for housewardens/housemistresses ranging from Season 1 until Season 4 (excluding the ECL gals)
Season 1 Housewardens
Wilder C. Clayson – [Man’s Expedition]: Able to fire magical projectiles in a bullet-like formation that paralyzes his targets for 15 minutes.
Arley Grapnel - [Unhappy Thoughts]: Produces magic chains that when latched onto a target, they feel a heavy weight slowing them down, the more they feel hopeless.
Vidone Camozzi - [To the Other Side]: Extracts negative emotions from individuals in his vicinity. These emotions are drawn out as inky, swirling blot-filled bubbles. He stores these emotional bubbles into containers of his choosing, leaving anyone feeling nothing but euphoria.
Khuno Nisqa - [Boom, Baby!]: Allows him to generate bursts of magical energy through dance. The more expressive, confident, and stylish the movement, the more power is built up and released, turning every spin, snap, and strut into a reservoir of vibrant arcane force.
Juge Carillon - [Hellfire Verdict]: Conjures a ring of crimson flames that binds and incapacitates his target, forcing them to confess their wrongdoings while feeling the searing heat of judgment. The flames grow more intensely the more guilty the target feels, but if the target is truly innocent, the fire dissipates itself.
Gizmo Von Hamston - [I Am Evil!]: Invade a target’s mind and forcibly reverse their core moral compass, twisting empathy into cruelty, kindness into malice, and restraint into chaos. Upon casting, the spell projects a sinister pulse of corrupted magical energy that locks onto the target’s thoughts. The target’s eyes momentarily flash with a distorted symbol resembling a twisted conscience, and their demeanor changes within seconds.
Kang Ru - [Deliver the Message]: Freezes both the body and spirit of its target. Once eye contact is made, the victim’s body begins to stiffen, frost over, and turn pale, as if the very essence of winter were rooting them in place. Ice-like patterns spread across their limbs, breath slows, and movement ceases, locking them in a state of petrified stillness.
Dalma Velvett - [Truly Cruel]: Allows him to gain complete control over any textile material in the vicinity, be it silk, leather, velvet, denim, or threadbare cloth, and can instantly reshape, manipulate, or weaponize it to his desires.
Marquise Trein - [No Doors Were to Be Locked]: Can conjure a magically sealed chamber in any space, turning open halls, entire rooms, or even wide fields into inescapable prisons with a single gesture of a gleaming, cursed key. Once activated, no physical or magical force can break through without permission from him, who alone holds the master key.
Gilles Vargas - [The Beast]: Originally an unintended magical defect born from arrogance, obsession, or a tampered enhancement spell, this unique magic triggers a grotesque transformation in him every nightfall, into a creature that can be described as a carnivorous muscular deer. Unlike a controlled shapeshift, this transformation is uncontrollable and involuntary. He retains only slivers of human memory and identity while in beast form, enough to recognize enemies, rivals, or objects of obsession, but too little to act rationally.
Oz ??? - [Friends on the Other Side]: Allows him to control others by manipulating their shadows like puppets, using their own living shadow as the puppeteer’s hand. Once the spell is cast, he blends into the shadow and becomes animated and semi-sentient, slipping across surfaces like liquid darkness. The more fear or uncertainty a target feels, the more control he has over them. Conversely, strong-willed individuals may resist the spell, but only if they break eye contact with their own shadow.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Season 2 Housewardens
Ranja Vaaris – [Rule of the Jungle]: Accelerates the growth of flora with a single touch, causing vines, trees, flowers, and thorns to bloom, twist, and stretch in moments. This spell also forms a mental bond between him and the surrounding plant life. Through this connection, he can feel the emotions and sensations of the flora—their responses to light, pain, water, fear, or presence. The jungle speaks in subtle pulses of feeling, and he listens.
Beau Rathclyffe – [All Mine]: Targets a specific person or object, be it treasure, power, land, or even a person of influence, and floods the minds of those within range with an intensifying desire to claim it. The victim begins to crave ownership, becoming hostile, obsessive, and emotionally volatile toward anyone who stands between them and the object of their fixation.
Mael Devlin – [Wholesome? I Hate It!]: Reverses the inherent logic or function of any object, system, or even spell it touches. However, the spell is not without risk, it feeds off chaos, and if overused, it may backfire or cause collateral reversals in the environment around him.
Jacquelinne Gryffin – [Tax the Rich!]: Allows her to assess a glowing, floating "tax value" above any target’s head—revealing their magical, emotional, or material wealth in numerical form. This value isn't just gold, it's an accumulation of status, secrets, knowledge, influence, or inner strength. The higher the value, the more “taxable” the person becomes in the eyes of the spell, and she may choose to extract part of that wealth.
Sergius/Othello Modesto – [Dance for Me, Puppet!]: Conjures glowing, enchanted strings from their fingertips, which can latch onto any humanoid inanimate object, be it a doll, puppet, mannequin, armor, or marionette, and bring it to life as their obedient performer or soldier. If a puppet is destroyed, the strings violently snap, and the backlash can briefly stun the caster. The spell works more effectively when cast on objects that once held emotional weight or symbolic purpose.
Chace Hawkes – [Hunter’s Mark]: Grants him unerring precision in all ranged magical attacks, be they arrows, bullets of energy, thrown weapons, or even summoned projectiles. Once the spell is invoked, the next ranged attack launched is guaranteed to hit, regardless of obstacles, distance, or evasive maneuvers. However, this spell demands extreme focus and emotional detachment to use.
Blaise Strider – [You’ve Got 12 Hours]: Allows him to offer a magically enforced “loan contract” to a target. However, strict conditions and deadline (usually 12 hours or less, but adjustable by him) are embedded within the deal. If the terms are not fulfilled exactly within the allotted time, the spell activates a penalty lock, sealing away something the target values until they paid the “debt”, indicated by a countdown sigil marked on their person.
Anton O’ddel – [Yodel-Adle-Eedle-Idle-Ooo!]: Turns his magically-enhanced yodel into a hypnotic wave of sonic manipulation. The moment he begins yodeling, all who hear it fall into a trance-like state, their senses and will be overridden by his yodels. Creatures, human and animal alike, may become entranced, lulled into passivity, or made to follow commands issued in rhythm with the continued yodel.
Marcel Gorgon – [Find the Big Diamond!]: Draws magical power from gemstones by touching or holding it, unlocking unpredictable effects based on the gem’s type, cut, and purity. However, he never has full control over which specific effect will emerge, making the spell a last-resort gamble during combat.
Suilven J. Tresor – [Makings of Greatness]: Alters the gravity field in his immediate surroundings, either to pull objects and people toward his with crushing force or repel them outward in a violent shockwave.
Lexi Taggert – [Nothing Personal]: Summons a semi-autonomous, magically-forged plane-like entity dubbed “Ulysses”, that patrols the skies near her and can be controlled mentally within a wide radius. It carries infinite magical ammunition, a detection radar and a last-resort bomb that can reach nuclear levels of devastation.
Caxir Arwest – [Cauldron Born]: Awakens the dead through a cursed, ancient melody channeled by his magestone-powered guitar. Once summoned, the undead remain until they are destroyed or until the song is silenced.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Season 3 Housewardens
Niklaus Thebeau – [Happily Never After]: A one-time-use spell that summons a dimensional portal capable of transporting himself (and optionally others) to any location, be it across continents, beyond time, or even to non-existent, conceptual, or forgotten worlds. After using this spell, he would be left in a crippling state of magical exhaustion, rendering him unable to use any significant spells or abilities for an extended period.
Dean S. Aster – [Not for Kids]: Grants him full access to cartoon physics for a limited time, effectively rendering him immune to traditional physical harm in the most unsettling and exaggerated ways imaginable. Upon activation, his body becomes hyper-elastic and toon-like, bones can snap, heads can twist, the body may be flattened, stretched, crushed, or even blown apart without any lethal consequence.
Esmond Rampion – [Mother Knows Best]: Allows him to drain vitality and life force from any living being, or even enchanted objects to rejuvenate his own body and magic. Victims suffer rapid aging, weakness, or emotional numbness, depending on the target.
Samael Morbidus – [Night on My Command]: Conjures and command spectral entities, shadowy, winged wraiths and monstrous silhouettes torn from the veil between the living and the dead. These specters serve his will absolutely, emerging from smoke, shadows, or magical portals that tear through reality like curtains of flame and darkness. The spell gains strength at night or in places steeped in fear or sorrow, and the more emotionally intense the environment, the more vivid and aggressive the spectral forms become.
Friend O. Buddie – [Patchwork Embrace]: When Friend O. Buddie hugs someone, they experience a comforting warmth that can temporarily ease sadness, anxiety, and fatigue. While incredibly powerful for emotional support and morale, he absorbs fragments of those feelings into himself. If used too often without rest, he would risk emotional burnout or becoming overwhelmed by others’ burdens.
Finneas L. Worthington – [Too Easy]: Can manipulate the probability of any outcome he can verbally define, making it nearly impossible to lose when the stakes are in his or his allies’ favor. The spell can only be activated verbally and requires confidence, if he doubts himself or hesitates, the probability shift weakens or fails. It also cannot guarantee absolutes; he must frame his declarations within reason (“almost certain” rather than “will definitely happen”) or risk magical backlash due to overconfidence.
Cellica De Faustus – [No Idea]: Links her senses with another living being, human or animal, granting her access to that being’s point of view, including what they see, hear, and feel emotionally in real time. The link is nearly instant and can last for several minutes or longer with focus.
Regina Brieanne – [Greatest Mind]: Gets a small foresight of what’s about to happen next, but it doesn’t show the specific time, location or person, only the outcome that is about to happen next.
Matrix Command Algorithm – [End of Line]: Scans and digitize the structure, appearance, and basic behavior of any person or object within visual range, storing the information as magical data. Once stored, he can generate avatar replicas, glowing constructs that mimic the form, voice, and limited abilities of the original.
Halvard Chrysten Gaarder – [If Only]: Freezes a person’s emotional capacity, encasing their heart in a temporary magical frost. While under the spell, the target becomes emotionally numb, unable to feel love, guilt, joy, or even remorse. The ice can be thawed, but only by certain conditions.
Icyln Wintertide – [Eternal Winter]: Summons and control winter weather at will, from gentle snowfall and freezing mist to blizzards that blanket the area in silence and ice. The spell can alter temperature, summon frost, or freeze objects and terrain in a specific radius. It also passively enhances her resilience to cold and allows them to walk on ice without slipping.
Edwin Akkerman – [Residence Speaking]: Uses his magic item (a rotary phone) to dial into anyone’s conversations magically, able to hear what others are saying through the receiver. It doesn’t take much magical strain to use, but its magical signals would often cut off at the worst times to give off the wrong context of information due to the complexity of the spell.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Season 4 Housewardens
Sienna A. Felicius & Arianna S. Felicius – [If You Please]: Swaps the minds of two individuals into each other's bodies with a simple touch. The spell is notoriously tricky to undo, and only the original caster can reverse the switch... if they please.
Rion Kenkichi – [Yokai Takeover]: Magically infiltrate any electronic device with a display screen, be it phones, televisions, monitors, or even digital billboards and override its interface to broadcast memories or imagined scenarios directly from his mind.
Guy Noobers – [Thought Through]: Allows him to imbue any headwear, be it a hat, helmet, hood, or crown, with a mind-controlling spell. Multiple hats can be enchanted, but only one host can be fully controlled at a time without risking magical backlash.
Carmello Dulces/Tvalski Virro – [Go Turbo]: Can hijack someone’s entire identity—appearance, voice, mannerisms, and even their magical style. With just a glance or a focused memory of a target, he can morph into an uncanny replica, mimicking the individual down to their magical aura and signature spells, but can only do so if he consumed the bodily fluids (i.e. blood sample) of the person he’s disguising as.
Daahling Lecher – [Fear Always Works]: When activated, she emits a swirling, shimmering gas-like substance from their body. Once inhaled, the gas triggers a neurological overload in the target’s brain, short-circuiting their higher reasoning and unleashing their most primal, feral instincts. Even she herself isn’t immune to the effects of the gas, so to use it safely, she must wear a magically enhanced gas mask for protection.
Kralle Dietrich – [Da Jodel Rudel]: When he locks eyes with a target, maintaining the gaze for at least three seconds, the spell silently activates, seeding the victim’s mind with a magically amplified, obnoxiously loud yodeling song.
Kaskae Luupas – [Power in The Mountains]: Allows him to summon and channel the ethereal projection of any animal, provided he carries a sacred totem representing that creature. Each animal spirit has its own temperament, and the more he relies on one, the more his personality may be influenced by it.
Azramir al-Djamal – [Treasure of Collie Baba]: Able to reshape, restore, or entirely reconstruct any man-made structure, palaces, temples, ruins, or even cities, so long as the base materials remain. The more complex or massive the reconstruction, the more it drains his strength, both physically and magically.
Taonga Muramura – [Shiny!]: Emits an intense, radiant burst of light from his body, erupting in a wide radius around him, searing into the vision of anyone nearby and rendering them temporarily blind, disoriented, or even stunned depending on their proximity and magical resistance.
Leotis Pindargos – [Stop That Ball!]: Channels his voice into a devastating magical roar, an explosive bellow of lion-like power that generates a shockwave strong enough to send anything in its path flying.
Bidemi Oloro – [I Provide Solutions]: Allows her to activate a specialized magical vision that reveals a shimmering aura around any person they observe. This aura manifests into a visual representation of the individual’s deepest desire, most cherished memory, or greatest weakness.
Eustice Swade – [Good as Dead]: Can detect the presence, location, and physical state of any living being within a wide radius by attuning to subtle vibrations in the ground, air, and environment.

Some Random TWST Lore Explanations
So, this would be a bit of a personal rant about how the TWST lore in my discord server works for those who are curious and wanted to know how me and my Discord moots work there in terms of RP and story coordination-
The server's RP lore
We mostly still follow the main storyline as per the game itself (only occasionally tackle some events on the sidelines), but with some added dialogues and plot development, courtesy of the inclusion of Canon dorm TWST OCs. (if the quote-on-quote "canon" user is not present during the story RP) In addition to the regular dorm shenanigans, in between the canon dorms, we would slot in our "fandorm" stories (i.e. our own original contents) to develop like an "interlude" between the occurrences of the books. Due to the complexity of the fandorms in comparison to the seven canon dorms, we only do Season 1 in tangent with the canon storyline, the rest would be after the fact. Also, because at the time we're developing this, Book 7 was still ongoing, so after Book 6, we tried to squeeze all the remaining fandorm stories to take place BEFORE Book 7's occurrence to avoid spoilers for the more spoiler-sensitive people.
So the lore arrangement we settled on in our discord server is: Heartslabyul -> Spoorjag -> Savanaclaw -> Navihook -> Octavinelle -> Cirqostrare -> Scarabia -> Aztesurco -> Pomefiore -> Priecarillion -> Ignihyde -> Malilewa -> Emperkhan -> Chioriente -> Cleminuit -> Vargrove -> Sombrayou -> Diasomnia (Idia had his work cut out, that is for sure-)
2. Book 6
If you are wondering about how Book 6 would go with the addition of FIVE more overblotters (not counting the other 6 due to the fact it happens AFTER Book 6) being taken to STYX, then allow me to explain. The majority plot for Book 6 would be the same regardless of the number of overblotters there now is, there would just be more new dialogues and interactions between the OG and fandorm OB boys. But when it comes to the Tartarus tower plot, there will be a change in that. Initially, I planned to have the three separate groups have one or two additional people (the fandorm housewardens) accompany them, but after more planning development between me and the ideas team, we decided on keeping the same number of groups of three for the towers. As for the fandorm OBers? They stay behind at the headquarters office, keeping the staff safe while they try to find ways to stop Ortho from fully overtaking the system and also fending off any upcoming rogue autonomous Charon suits. AND they get to check in on the Tartarus squad's progress via the walkie-talkies themselves. There would still be some one-on-one talks between the fandorm boys too, don't worry- (because I usually play AS the fandorm housewardens)
3. Book 7
Now, I know you might be thinking... "Herren, if you have these fandorms slotted in between the main plotline, how would the Book 7 plot go then with THAT many characters?" Yes, of course, the Lilia's Farewell party segment where Malleus shows up and put everyone present (and the entire island) into an eternal slumber. Having a total of 23 students (+ 1 direbeast) and 5 staff members to roleplay is a lot, but with the additional Canon OCs and fandorms? Sweet merciful sevens, that is GOING to be a LONG journey for Silver and the dream squad afterwards- Fret not, I came up with an idea to work around this problem. Instead of having the dream squad hop through ALL of the dream-brainwashed students, the dream squad STILL stick with the OG group, well in this case, ONE exception was made that differs from the canon occurrence. Remember my Yuusona, Yuukai Kageaku? HE will be an essential for the B-plot of Book 7, which would focus primarily on the fandorm side of the cast (There will be some changes if there are other Yuusonas involved in the RP). As to HOW he will get into the dreamscapes later without Silver's help, that will be kept spoilers for now, and will have to wait until we get to that point :)
Thanks for coming to my ted talk-

Introducing my Yuusona
It really took me THIS long to finally reveal my main Yuusona of this whole plotline I'm doing-
Yeah, I think some people out there are wondering about my Yuusona like the rest of the TWST Tumblr artists out there (love you guys and gals), and it's about time I finally introduce him.
Who's the one that has to deal with all the fandorm shenanigans in this TWST universe?
Edit: I legit forgot to add the fact Yuukai is twisted off Paint & Thinner from Epic Mickey- He's a TWST inspo Yuusona-
[Character Introduction Below]
Meet Yuukai Kageaku (Yuu + Kai [Play-on Yokai] + Kage [Shadow] + Aku [Evil])
Tumblr media
In the early chapters of the story, Yuukai Kageaku is the embodiment of a misfit with a chip the size of a coffin on his shoulder. Moody, confrontational, and laced with a brutal tongue, he doesn’t just speak — he spits his thoughts, often vulgar and brash, with no regard for sugarcoating anything. You would basically find him either quipping someone for stupid reasons or just standing away from crowds in general.
Notable Traits:
Blunt to a Fault: Yuukai doesn’t do polite. If he thinks something is stupid, dangerous, or fake, he’ll say it. Whether it’s insulting an authority figure mid-sentence or rolling his eyes at another dorm’s drama, he carries an air of “I’ve had enough of this crap” in nearly every scene.
Vulgar Sass: Curses like a sailor in a fantasy world. He drops quips like:
“Another overblot? Great. Can’t wait to dodge another laser beam while someone sobs about their childhood trauma.”
Disdain for Overcomplication: To Yuukai, so many of the school’s conflicts could be solved if people just talked like actual humans.
“You morons could’ve avoided this entire arc if someone just said, ‘Hey, I’m upset,’ instead of throwing buildings.”
Observational Brutality: Despite his attitude, he’s absurdly perceptive. He notices inconsistencies in behavior, picks up emotional tension quickly, and can cut straight to the heart of people’s insecurities — often without meaning to.
Low Patience, High Awareness: He has zero tolerance for pretension, manipulation, or emotional repression, which ironically makes him the least fake person in the school.
Role in Ramshackle:
Ramshackle is less a dorm and more a grudge match between himself, Grim, Ace, and Deuce. He constantly bickers with them, often slamming doors, threatening to sleep outside, or sarcastically commenting on the next disaster they drag him into.
Still, Yuukai never truly leaves. No matter how much he claims to hate the place, he stays, instinctively drawn to companionship, even if he can't name it yet.
“I ain’t their friend. I’m just the guy who makes sure they don’t set the roof on fire every other day.”
Beneath the layers of anger and sarcasm, there’s a consistent undercurrent of restlessness and confusion. He doesn’t understand where he came from, why his dreams are sometimes full of static, or why the word "phantom" makes his skin crawl. His abrasiveness is a defense mechanism — a subconscious wall built to keep others away before they can question the holes in his identity.
He feels like a ghost walking through someone else’s world, and it eats at him in the quiet moments — though he’ll deny it if asked.
Bonus (In-Game Dialogues):
Grim
"If I hear that furball say ‘I’m gonna be the greatest mage’ one more time and he gets distracted by other bullshit, I’m feeding him his own tail." "Oh great. The talking fire-hazard set the dorm kitchen on fire again. Color me shocked." "Stop shedding on my bed, you talking emotional support carpet with teeth!"
Ace and Deuce
"Congratulations. You two idiots just turned ‘punishment' into a competitive sport." "It’s like watching a clown and a brick try to solve a math problem. I’m embarrassed for the school." "Every time Ace opens his mouth, a brain cell dies. And Deuce just apologizes to it."
When an overblot occurs
"Oh, look. Another breakdown. Guess we’re due for our weekly magical tantrum of mass destruction." "Does no one here believe in therapy? Or is screaming into the void just part of the curriculum?" "We’re seriously normalizing students turning into berserking emotion bombs and wrecking the school like it’s just a Monday now?" "At this point, I don’t even flinch when the sky turns black and the room fills with screaming. Just means it’s lunchtime."
Classes
"Professor Trein gave me detention for ‘tone.’ Bro, this is my tone." "If I wanted to be judged by uptight magical boomers, I’d go live in a crystal ball." "Y’know what’s more painful than Professor Trein’s lectures? Nothing. Literally nothing."
Ramshackle (His new life in Twisted Wonderland)
"I woke up in a haunted roach motel, surrounded by debt, and I don’t even remember being born. Vibe check failed." "Ramshackle? More like Ratshackle. I’ve seen dumpsters with more structural integrity." "I’m not a student. I’m a mistake that walks and breathes and pretends to give a damn."
NRC in general
"Every dorm has drama, delusions, and daddy issues. Why is this place still accredited?" "Why do I keep getting dragged into these dorm drama arcs like I’m a side character in their teenage tragedy show?" "This school runs on blot, trauma, and barely-contained ego. Honestly? Respect."
During TWST Events
"Every time we 'celebrate' something here, I either almost die or get glitter in my shoes. Sometimes both." "Is this a school or a reality show? 'Night Raven’s Got Trauma' airing weekly with a side of explosions." "I'm not participating unless it involves leaving early and setting something on fire."
Somewhere deep down...there are times where it feels like he forgot something important, like a missing piece of his memory that would've helped him long ago before his arrival in Twisted Wonderland.

You lie right out of your month Dire Crowley
"Nonsense! I totally know EVERYTHING about my beloved nephew and his dorm, which I graciously have started before he came to my school and have not been living in that rundown Ramshackle dorm with the ghosts all those years!"

Fandorm Showcase #???
POV: Crowley wrote this document in one sitting and some spilled ink stains are on the paper
"Ahem-hem! Well, well, well. It has come to my attention (not that I was unaware!) that a new dorm has
sprung up from the ground like a haunted pumpkin patch. It is called Wickrew—yes, very mysterious, very dramatic, very edgy and young! The dorm was founded under my completely intentional supervision, of course! And it's based on—what was it again? Oh yes, fearsome villainy and poetic gloom... or something of that sort. Very goth, very grrr, very
 relevant."
Introducing...
Wickrew (Wicked + Crew)
Tumblr media
"They’re all about
 you know
brooding in towers, writing cryptic poetry by moonlight, bonding over mutual loathing of authority—yes yes, the youth love this! Very rebellious, very mysterious! I definitely signed off on it, probably while multitasking. They light candles instead of turning on lamps, they have crow motifs everywhere (how derivative), and they speak in full paragraphs for some reason. It’s
charming in a way, though slightly unnerving at family reunions
"
"A dorm founded on the Misunderstood's spirit of morality. Students in this dorm here tend to brood, monologue, and turn minor inconveniences into lifelong vendettas—but with flair! Yes, yes, all perfectly normal academic behavior
 probably."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
“The uniforms are specially designed by yours truly, as the kind and generous headmage I am! This is for my nephew, after all! I took creative inspirations while drafting the looks for Crewel to create, to reflect my greatness, and TOTALLY not my hand-me-downs back when I was a young crow, no sir! The standard look is purely Crewel's idea, taking some liberties of keeping the feathery style of my glorious outfit! I even give my dear nephew a key staff of his own, aren't I a sweet uncle?”
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
“Ah yes, my most loyal, dutiful, ever-so-industrious
What’s-his-name again? Ah! Lonan! Lonan Bran Crowley, of course!” "Ahem—allow me to introduce to you my nephew, Lonan Bran Crowley. A fine young lad
or was it "young man"? Hard to tell with how serious he always looks. Stoic as a statue, that one, always scribbling away in ledgers, sorting through files, patching broken windows, or—most recently—crawling through the vents to fix whatever nonsense the ghosts dislodged this time. Invaluable, really." "Now, mind you, he is not an enrolled student at Night Raven College. That’s right! Never was, never applied, and frankly, I don’t think he’s interested in the curriculum. No magic affinity to speak of, but don’t let that fool you—he works harder than most of the staff combined. Why, I once saw him mop an entire hallway while simultaneously holding a disciplinary hearing for four freshmen and reorganizing the library's card catalogue. Such dedication!" "You see, Lonan came into my care after the—er—unfortunate vanishing of his fathers, Rhode and Caelus. Tragic business, truly. I, being the benevolent and charitable avian that I am, graciously took him in. Raised him as if he were my own flesh and feathers! Yes, yes
very paternal of me. He doesn’t say much, but I’m sure he’s grateful." "Now, where was I
? Oh yes! Lonan. Very punctual. Always dressed in that sharp, buttoned-up uniform—wait, does he own more than one outfit? Curious
He enjoys—er—paperwork? Filing? Surely he has hobbies
 friends
oh yes! He had a boyfriend! Or maybe two? Or was it just a very intense friendship with that one second-year student who kept dropping by to see him?" "Well, surely he had something going on in his personal life. Probably. Maybe. Honestly, he blends into the background so well I sometimes—ah—forget he’s even around! Which is a compliment, you see! He works so efficiently, like a well-oiled
janitorial ghost-repelling, document-archiving machine!" "Truly, I couldn’t ask for a better assistant. Not that I asked, per se—he sort of just
showed up one day and began fixing things." "Oh well! I’m sure he’s happy. Or at least content with his tragic, overworked little existence. And if not—well, I’m far too busy to inquire! He’ll bring it up when it's important." "Won’t he?"
[SPOILERS FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
"Now, where did the boy come from again? Oh, yes, of course! He’s my nephew! Or second cousin? Third? Ah well—he’s a Crowley, that much I’m certain of. Quite the honor, I imagine! Imagine being raised by yours truly, the ever-dignified Headmage of Night Raven College! Hah! ahem" "You see, it all began
oh, must’ve been a few years ago now—possibly more? Time flies when you’re managing an elite magical institution. Anyway, I received a letter—or maybe it was a telegram?—informing me that young Lonan’s
 er
caretakers? Fathers? Yes, two fathers, right! Rhodes and
Citrus? Celeste? Oh—Caelus, yes, yes, those two. Tragic, tragic accident on a boat. There was a storm, lightning, dramatic screaming—very cinematic! The next thing anyone knows, little Lonan washes up ashore like a seaweed-wrapped kitten. Very poetic, very soggy." "Naturally, I—out of the kindness of my heart!—decided to take him in. I thought, “Why not? He’s family, after all! What’s one small traumatized child under my wing?”...Of course, by wing I mostly meant handing him a broom and a list of maintenance chores. I mean, the boy needed structure! He wasn't a student—never officially enrolled, no, no. But he wanted to stay! Or, at least, he didn’t protest loud enough. That counts, doesn’t it?" "He’s a quiet little thing, always muttering to himself while sweeping the halls or carrying my tea (which he sometimes forgets the sugar in—tsk tsk). Always looks like he hasn’t slept in a week
or eaten in a day. Wait, does he even eat? Hmm
I should probably look into that. Or was that someone else
?" "Anyway, he’s very diligent. Tirelessly so. Frankly, I think he works a little too hard. I've seen him collapse once or twice—but don't worry! The infirmary knows his name quite well by now. He just
forgets things. A lot. Names, dates, how long he’s been awake. He says it’s from all the stress, but really, who doesn’t forget things once in a while? I personally forgot where I put my monocle for three months." "As for hobbies
 he
does have hobbies, doesn’t he? Quilting? Gardening? Or was it raising pigeons? No, wait, that was the janitor. Regardless, he spends a lot of time in the greenhouse whispering to plants. Says it helps him focus. Odd child. And now that I think of it, he hates storms. Won’t go near water either—once saw him jump three feet when a garden hose sprayed him. And bugs? He practically had a breakdown over a beetle. Sensitive lad!" "Still, despite his
quirks, the resident ghosts seem fond of him. Took him under their ectoplasmic wing, you might say. They did a much better job of raising him than I ever could—er, I mean, than I had time for, of course. Between leading this prestigious school and avoiding certain board meetings, I simply couldn’t be everywhere at once!"
"Thanks to my gracious spirit, I gave my beloved nephew his very own dorm to run to cheer him up! Although...I had some ahem issues trying to admit students into this dorm since it looked barren...no offense, but rest assured, I had to call in some favors to get some students for my nephew's brand new dorm! (I'm kinda concerned about the fact these ones I got are juvenile teens from the local magical institutional center)"
Notable Members:
- Zelgius Arcius (???) - "Ah! Zelgius Arcius. Yes, yes
that one. A name that sends shivers down the spines of professors and lights up the paperwork stacks like a bonfire. Truly unforgettable—well, except when I do forget, which is often. But that’s neither here nor there! Zelgius is what one might call
intensely focused. Or broodingly enigmatic. Or possibly haunted by arcane knowledge no teenager should possess. He has this way of looking at people as though he's already predicted your next ten steps, and whether you’ll explode or not. Very efficient!" (Twisted off Dark Magic) - Zofia Garcia (???) - "Ah, yes, Zofia Garcia. Now there’s a name I remember
mostly because she keeps showing up in rooms I was certain were locked. Delightful little thing! Absolutely precious—barely up to my waist, if that, but oh, don’t let the height fool you. She’s got enough bite to make a chimera whimper. Her personality? Oh, she’s a sweetheart! That’s the first mistake most people make. Zofia’s got these big eyes, button nose, adorable lisp when she’s playing innocent
and a tactical mind that could outmaneuver a war general in a labyrinth." (Twisted off Emotional Manipulation) - Vail Chivalia (???) - "Ah! Vail Chivalia! The shining example of
well, something noble, I’m sure. Yes, yes, she’s a lovely girl, really. Practically glows with goodness. If it weren’t for the fact that she came to us straight from the center, I’d have mistaken her for a transfer from—what’s that place?—Royal Sword Academy! She’s one of those types
what’s the word? Gallant! Very "stand-up-and-do-the-right-thing" sort. Always talking about honor, dignity, standing up for the underdog... inspiring, really. Annoying at times, too, especially to anyone trying to skip class or hex their roommate. But still—admirable in that “morally inconvenient” sort of way." (Twisted off Princesses/Princes who are rivals to the villains)
- Torvex Rachille (???) - Yes, yes, I am well aware of the documents. Yes, I have read (some of) the reports. And yes, it is true that the Magical Institutional Center staff very sternly “recommended”—ahem, mandated—that he be placed at Night Raven College under monitored parole. Now, before you panic—or call the Council again—let me explain in the most legally non-damning way I can: Torvex is... how shall I put this
brilliant, in the sort of way that makes your hair stand on end. He speaks in a calm, calculated tone that somehow makes even compliments sound like threats. He’s the type who knows everyone’s secrets before they’ve even spoken, but never says a word unless it benefits him three steps down the road. Quietly observant, but oh, so unsettling." (Twisted off villains' plans and crimes)
“I absolutely did not forget to file the paperwork for Wickrew’s founding! This is all part of my master plan. Yes, yes, the lonely, neglected dorm full of powerfully gloomy students was always part of the curriculum. Stop asking questions!”
You wonder why this is amongst the multiple discarded documents disposed in the bin of his office...Then again, this is Crowley you're talking about.
Tagging the moot who suggested this post idea: @sharkybean
Lonan Bran Crowley belongs to her, and she gave me the idea to make this dorm showcase post a full-on bullying hour for the poor overworked boy. /j

Fandorm Showcase #54 - The Fox and the Hound
We have come to the last dorm of Season 4, after this one, there will be a bonus showcase that I did not include in Season 1.
Introducing...
Houndyke ("Hound" (Dog) + "Dyke" (Land Division))
Tumblr media
Houndyke is a dorm rooted in deep personal bonds, long-standing codes, and the harsh lessons of nature and survival. Members are taught to follow through on their duties even when emotions clash, no matter the condition or conflict that occurs. They also respect the tradition of mentorship, partnerships, and the chain of trust between different boundaries of various backgrounds. There is also a deeper internal conflict: dorm members must regularly face situations where their loyalty to people clashes with evolving perspectives. There is an optional condition where members of Houndyke are permitted to have a magical familiar, mainly canine familiars as part of their tradition of loyalty and trust.
"A dorm founded on the Gruff Woodsman's spirit of steadfastness. Students in this dorm stand firm in their beliefs, defend what they value, and thrive through resilience and self-reliance, while learning to bond with their canine familiars."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
I kept it short and simple with this one, with some added patterns of paw prints and mud splatters. I wanted it to give off a southern farmer vibe to fit the theme.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
You better stay off his territory or he'll hunt you down.
Eustice Swade (Twisted off Amos Slade)
Tumblr media
Gruff, guarded, and grounded like a rusted fencepost in the middle of nowhere, Eustice Swade is the prickly, no-nonsense junior housewarden of Houndyke Dorm, a dorm known for its principles of grit, loyalty, and unshakable instincts. A farm boy with worn boots, a weathered duster coat, and a low, grumbly Southern drawl, Eustice is the kind of man who’d rather fight a tornado than admit he needs help. He’s notoriously distrustful of newcomers and makes it a point to drive off anyone who seems too “fancy” or “fake.” To him, trust isn’t given—it’s earned after long days and longer nights of proving you’re not just another snake in the grass. His short temper, territorial nature, and intimidating glare make him an enigma to most of NRC’s students and staff, often branding him as nothing more than a cantankerous old watchdog. But underneath all that salt and suspicion lies a man who has been burned before—too many times to count.
Eustice values loyalty above all else. Once someone earns his trust, he becomes a fiercely protective figure, much like a pack leader watching over his kin. He trains his dorm members to be vigilant, resourceful, and self-reliant, often putting them through rigorous survival-style exercises, both magical and physical. He believes hardship builds character and makes no apologies for being tough on his own. Despite his standoffish nature, Eustice has a sharp, tactical mind and an eye for trouble. He can track down lies and betrayal like a bloodhound on a scent trail. Rumor has it that he once worked as a “magical warden” hunting down dangerous creatures before settling into dorm life at NRC—though Eustice never confirms or denies such tales. He also has a permitted familiar accompany him, a greyhound named Dashiel who can track any scent of anything Eustice asked him too.
[SPOILERS FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Long before he ever stepped foot onto the polished cobblestone paths of Night Raven College, Eustice Swade was nothing more than a barefoot farm boy growing up on the cracked earth of the Ashridge Flats—a remote rural region far from magic academies and high-society glamour. Born into a long line of hunters and wardens, Eustice’s world revolved around tending fields, tracking game, and defending the livestock from roaming beasts. His family lived by a simple code: "Protect your own, trust no one else."
The Swade homestead sat on the edge of nowhere, where the wind howled louder than any gossip and visitors were rare—and rarely welcome. Even as a child, Eustice had a distrustful glare and a quiet strength. The few times his folks crossed paths with passing city traders or magic-folk, Eustice would glare at them from the porch, snarling under his breath about “slick-tongued liars and pocket-pickin’ cowards.” When he was only eight years old, tragedy struck. A pack of feral beastfolk raiders—magic-wielding scavengers from the southern badlands—descended on the Ashridge Flats. Eustice's father, a stern but proud man, fought them off with nothing but grit, a rifle, and a hound’s fury, but died in the process. That event sealed Eustice's disdain for "outsiders with pretty powers and bad intentions."
After that, Eustice trained harder, hunted deeper, and grew colder. By the time he was a teen, he had a reputation across the surrounding counties as a beastman who could track anything and survive anywhere. Folks came seeking his help to handle wild beasts, recover lost kin, or fend off troublemakers—but never for long. Eustice always sent them on their way, distrustful of praise and weary of anyone overstaying their welcome. But everything changed the day a representative from Night Raven College arrived—an aged professor who had heard of a “wild hound who could sniff out lies and danger like a spell-sensing bloodhound.” He offered Eustice a spot at NRC, saying his instinctual talent and magical affinity for tracking, defense, and barrier magic was untapped potential. Eustice nearly slammed the door in his face, but his mother—old, tired, and hopeful—convinced him otherwise. "You got too much burnin’ inside you to rot here," she told him.
Reluctantly, Eustice accepted.
His arrival at NRC was...less than smooth. The refined halls, the rich students, the glittering uniforms—they made his skin crawl. He was mocked for his accent, his rough manners, his lack of refinement. But the moment a danger scenario unfolded during a class exercise, Eustice showed what years of survival could do. First sorted into Savanaclaw, he outlasted every other student, protecting his squad with speed, precision, and an uncanny ability to sniff out threats before they appeared. He earned respect through results, not reputation. In time, he rose to become housewarden of Houndyke upon its founding, the dorm that values instinct, resilience, and loyalty. He carved it into a place where outsiders weren’t tolerated unless they earned their place, a reflection of the world he came from. Though still gruff, harsh, and painfully blunt, Eustice has a select few he trusts—and for them, he would bite down on the world and never let go.
Notable Members:
Chester Pawket (Freshman) - The brightest beam of sunshine ever seen under Houndyke’s stormy skies. A beagle beastman with floppy ears, a tail that wags constantly, and a heart twice the size of his body, Chester is what most would call “out of place” in a dorm known for hardened loners, wary survivalists, and gruff personalities. But that never stopped him. He has a habit of wandering into restricted areas, striking up conversations with intimidating students, and offering to share snacks with monsters-in-training. (Twisted off Cooper)
And that is all for Season 4! Stay tuned for a bonus showcase post soon!

Fandorm Showcase #53 - IwĂĄjĂș
Not a lot of people talked about this Disney+ exclusive original series, so why not make it a TWST dorm that most people won't get? /j
Introducing...
Onijiranet ("Onijira" (Master) + "Net")
Tumblr media
Onijiranet embodies the themes of digital sovereignty, technocratic power, and the line between protection and oppression. Inspired by Bode's manipulative use of surveillance tech and socio-economic control, the dorm focuses on neural net enchantments, data-magic fusion, and urban illusionism. Students of Onijiranet are taught to master predictive enchantment algorithms, data-based spellcasting, and automated defense constructs—giving them a near-oracular edge. The dorm has access to exclusive cloud-based spell libraries, encrypted summoning gates, and techno-familiar labs. Students build and refine AI-companions, tracking sigils, and predictive runes to solve or manipulate outcomes.
"A dorm founded on the Futurist Mogul's spirit of cognition. Students in this dorm focuses on technological advancement, societal influence, and the fusion of progress with control."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
Yes, we have a plus-sized housemistress, ladies and gents. For this one, I tried to combine a lot of things, futuristic, mafia and Nigerian styles. The housemistress wears a special gear around her face that can produce a mask-like hologram, complete with a voice-changer module for anonymity purposes. Her magic item is a specially-built robotic boomslang (a species of snake) that acts like her personal computer, it also has a "Combat Mode", where it channels magical energy and change forms for combative purposes.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Show some respect when the "Mistress of The Future" speaks...
Bidemi Oloro (Twisted off Bode de Sousa)
Tumblr media
Bidemi Oloro is a name spoken with both admiration and wariness throughout Night Raven College. As the junior housemistress of Onijiranet, she is not only a student, but a young tech magnate, already the CEO of Oloro Innovations, a fast-rising tech empire developing everything from wearable smart gear to surveillance nanodrones.
Always carry a very calm and suave behavior, Bidemi exudes precision, ambition, and a near-frightening level of foresight. She’s someone who always seems ten steps ahead, having already predicted your choices before you made them. Her words are measured, her tone cool, and her presence unmistakably commanding—like someone accustomed to running boardrooms, not just school dorms. While she mentors her dorm members with care, her style is calculated rather than sentimental. She sees potential as data to be optimized, and failure as inefficiency to be debugged. Members of Onijiranet admire her intellect and drive, though some whisper about her strict surveillance protocols and how “she always knows where you are.”
Bidemi believes in control—over environments, outcomes, and emotions. She encourages technological integration into every part of daily life and holds a firm belief that the future belongs to those who master information and systems. However, this control can verge on obsession; her mistrust in others' unpredictability pushes her to micromanage, sometimes even manipulating situations from the shadows. There’s also a darker undercurrent to her brilliance. Rumors circulate that Bidemi’s rise was not without cost. Some believe she ousted her former mentors or business rivals in calculated takeovers. While she dismisses these claims as jealous speculation, her stoic demeanor and aversion to personal questions suggest there may be truths hidden beneath her polished surface.
Despite this, Bidemi remains one of the most influential and effective housewardens in NRC. Her dorm’s labs and infrastructure are far beyond standard, and her students often go on to dominate tech competitions and cybernetic tournaments across the world.
[SPOILER FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Before she was the calculating and cool-headed housemistress of Onijiranet, Bidemi Oloro was just another bright spark in the crowded, tech-saturated skyline of the Neo-Lagos Arcology—a towering metropolis of innovation, surveillance, and social stratification. Born into the middle echelon of society, she had neither extreme wealth nor the desperation of the slums—but she had something more potent: unrelenting ambition. From a young age, Bidemi showed an uncanny knack for systems thinking. While other children played with toys, she was dismantling them to see how they worked—and then building them better. She hacked her school's security system at age 10—not out of malice, but to demonstrate inefficiencies to the headmaster. At 12, she sold a blueprint for a drone-based delivery system that later inspired a national mail service overhaul.
But her defining moment came at age 14, when she uncovered a data vulnerability in a major city surveillance grid—one that could have endangered thousands if exploited. Rather than report it outright, she used it to track and expose a corrupt city councilman, earning public recognition and an invitation to develop cyber-integrity systems for city infrastructure. From there, Bidemi launched Oloro Innovations—a start-up with a vision to reshape the way society interacts with tech. She marketed her devices as tools for efficiency, accountability, and personal security—but quietly used their data feedback loops to analyze patterns in consumer behavior, further refining her market dominance. Investors called her a genius. Critics called her cold and invasive. Either way, she rose rapidly, catching the attention of Night Raven College's headmage, who extended her a rare early invitation for enrollment at age 16.
Though her admission caused waves—especially since she bypassed the usual tests—her performance quickly silenced doubters. Within a year, she submitted a proposal for a new dorm: one that would house the brightest minds in technological sorcery and cybernetic enhancement. Thus, Onijiranet was born, with Bidemi named housemistress and dorm founder in record time. Now at NRC, Bidemi remains a step above the rest—not just as a student, but as a leader of the next generation of magical technologists. Her company continues to operate under a remote AI she personally programmed, while she focuses on molding the future—on her terms.
Notable Members:
Idunnu Imolara (Sophomore) - One of the most enigmatic students of Night Raven College. Always donning a faint, unsettling smile, he speaks in a soft, mechanical cadence—his words eerily polite, but hollow in tone. Born with a rare neurological condition that blocks his emotional receptors, Idunnu lacks the ability to feel or understand emotions as others do. Idunnu is highly intelligent, loyal, and ruthlessly efficient, monitoring the dorm’s perimeter, tracks behavior patterns of potential threats, and even handles psychological intimidation with unsettling calm. (Twisted off Happiness)
Ilufin Ọsáșč (Junior) - The steel behind Bidemi Oloro’s shield—the loyal fist that balances the emotionless strategy of Idunnu with raw, grounded resilience. He is the most human of her bodyguards—empathetic, cautious, and observant. He keeps Idunnu in check when his lack of emotional judgment becomes too cold, and often handles negotiations or confrontations that require both strength and tact. (Twisted off Sunday Adelekan)

Fandorm Showcase #52 - Bedknobs and Broomsticks
Ignoring the other parts of the movie's plotline, I'm focusing more on the "animated" portion of the whole film.
Introducing...
Regalpelota ("Regal" + "Pelota" (Ball in Latin/Spanish))
Tumblr media
Regalpelota Dorm is founded on a philosophy of athletic might as a display of nobility. Students are expected to demonstrate grace, strength, and sportsmanship — while also indulging in pompous theatrics. Matches are not just contests; they are performances. The dorm's curriculum emphasizes tactical enchantment, team synergy, and aggressive flair, with sports magic adapted for both duels and stadium spectacles. Members of Regalpelota are bold, flamboyant, and often ego-driven — but they know how to work as a team when glory is on the line. Similar to Savanaclaw, Regalpelota has their own stadium grounds for practice runs or training for upcoming tournaments, in this case, they train for a sport called Metam Morbi (that plays the same rules as football and Spelldrive), teams of players stand in different positions and try to get the ball into the other's goal, but the one exception that makes this sport unique is that they're allowed to disrupt the opposing team as long as the ball is in their possession, once it was passed to the other team, they cannot disrupt the players or it's considered a disqualification.
"A dorm founded on the Pompous King of Sports's spirit of pride. Students in this dorm rule their domains with confidence, creativity, and a touch of extravagant flair."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
I combined elements of medieval and athletic themes into this fit. The magic item is a referee whistle that when blown into it, a magical concentrate in the form of a football appears and the caster can use spells that way.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Tread carefully when you're on the grounds of Regalpelota, because the housewarden doesn't like intruders.
Leotis Pindargos (Twisted off King Leonidas)
Tumblr media
Leotis Pindargos is the roaring king of the field—sophomore housewarden of Regalpelota Dorm and the undisputed star of Metam Morbi, Twisted Wonderland’s fiercest full-contact sport. A lion beastman who radiates confidence with every step, Leotis lives his life like it’s a championship match—and he’s always the MVP.
Draped in golds and royal purples, Leotis walks with a swagger that screams “I’m the best and you know it.” His ego could fill a coliseum, and his speeches often sound like half-time victory monologues, even if no one's asked for them. He thrives in the spotlight and expects admiration as if it's owed to him—narcissistic, dramatic, and utterly unashamed of it.
Yet behind that roaring bravado lies raw talent and hard-earned skill. Leotis trains like a machine, and his leadership on the field is unmatched. He’s a master tactician with a sixth sense for momentum and strategy, commanding his team like a general leading an army. To Regalpelota, he’s more than a housewarden—he’s their king.
When challenged or contradicted, Leotis’s regal composure gives way to explosive fury. His roars—deep, guttural, and magically charged—can physically knock people off their feet, a manifestation of his magical prowess and leonine pride. He doesn’t handle defeat well, but he sees every loss as a plot twist in his personal epic, destined to lead to an even grander comeback.
Though pompous, Leotis isn't without virtue. He honors loyalty, detests cowardice, and believes every student has the right to carve their own legacy—as long as they know his name comes first.
[SPOILERS FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Long before the roaring applause, autograph lines, or the golden throne at the center of Regalpelota Dorm, Leotis Pindargos was just a meek, scruffy lion cub with a voice barely louder than a whisper. He was born in a far-off savannah town known more for its sleepy sunsets than its sporting legends. Amongst his pride, Leotis was smaller than the others, softer-spoken, and too gentle for the rowdy tussles of his peers. His roar—when it came at all—was more of a chirp than a challenge. To others, he was nothing special: overlooked, underestimated, and always chosen last for school teams.
Despite the ridicule, young Leotis clung to a dream: to become someone who couldn't be ignored. He watched Metam Morbi—the world’s most intense, high-impact sport—from the sidelines with wide, glowing eyes. The players looked like gods: graceful, fast, and utterly untouchable. He memorized every stat, every play. He wasn’t strong enough to play yet, but he studied the game like a strategist, waiting for his moment. That moment came one fateful evening during a traveling match held in his village. A team coach, looking for raw talent to take back to their youth camp, noticed Leotis mimicking their plays from the bleachers—flawlessly. Out of curiosity, the coach tossed the cub a ball.
It took only one leap, one perfectly timed dodge, and a full-speed shot into the goal for the coach to offer Leotis a spot at the training camp on the spot.
Leotis grabbed the opportunity with claws outstretched.
Years passed. The once-meek cub became a tactical prodigy and a fierce forward. Through grueling training, mental discipline, and a thirst for recognition, he transformed. Each win earned him more than just points—it earned him attention. Praise. Headlines. Fans. And with each cheer of his name, something inside him shifted. He began to speak in proclamations. Walk like he was already royalty. His once-humble dreams of “being noticed” grew into an obsession with fame, image, and power. Where once he had whispered, now he roared—not just on the field, but in every room he entered.
By the time he received his invitation to Night Raven College, it was written as if a king were being summoned. Leotis arrived already draped in his signature purples and golds, with his personal Metam Morbi stats in tow. Though initially placed among the general student body, his charisma and commanding presence quickly won him the leadership of the newly founded Regalpelota Dorm, built around the values of athletic excellence, performance, and glory. Now, Leotis Pindargos rules his domain like a king among lions—his ego inflated, but his talent undeniable. Deep down, however, a part of that small, quiet cub remains, wondering whether the crown he now wears was always meant for him
or if he simply roared loud enough that the world believed it was.
Notable Members:
Secres Gittarius (Junior) - Regalpelota’s calculated counterbalance to its flamboyant housewarden, Leotis Pindargos. A secretary bird beastman, Secres may not be the most athletic member of the dorm, but he commands just as much authority—if not more—with his piercing gaze and no-nonsense demeanor. He knows his worth, and that it's his regulation, rule knowledge, and unmatched awareness that keep Regalpelota running like clockwork. (Twisted off The Secretary Bird)
Leone Pindargos (Freshman) - An adopted rabbit beastman and younger brother to the housewarden, Leotis, Leone is a flashy, fast-talking offensive player on the dorm’s Metam Morbi team—known for his unpredictable maneuvers, split-second reactions, and habit of taunting his opponents mid-play. Leone is sharp, nimble, and a bit of a show-off, often performing unnecessary flips or back-kicks during matches just to prove he can. (Twisted off King Leonidas's Rabbit Form)

Fandorm Showcase #51 - Moana
So remember my first ever post of my TWST Tamatoa boy back in 2022? I am bringing him back, but this time, more flamboyancy and sass for him-
Introducing...
Kinikarama ("Kinikini" (Polish/Shine) + "Karama" (Glamour/Luster), in Maori)
Tumblr media
Kinikarama Dorm embodies the vanity and power of the deep. Its members are often flamboyant, clever, and manipulative, mostly focusing flair for deception and material obsession. Magic in this dorm centers around reflective surfaces, bioluminescence, and illusion, with a cultural backdrop of deep-ocean folklore and spiritual symbolism. These students shine—literally and figuratively—but underneath their glitz lies a cunning hunger for power, fame, and immortality. Kinikarama is also a dorm where students can visit Lalotai Leisure Club, an exclusive club where guests can enjoy hand-mixed non alcoholic beverages and watch live entertainment on a stage, performed by top dazzling members of Kinikarama under blacklight, which would reveal the performer's bioluminescent tattoo or make-up for visual effects.
"A dorm founded on the Glamourous Crustacean's spirit of self-assurance. Students in this dorm embrace their uniqueness, outshine the competition, and dazzle the world with confidence and flair."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
Absolutely. Beautiful. I loved every bit of how this turned out. I leaned a bit into the ahem c*nty fabulous side of the spectrum, it almost makes it look drag queen-ish. No regrets tho
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Y'all remember him, he was Octavinelle's dazzling little crab, now a full-fledged housewarden of his own dorm...
Taonga Muramura (Twisted off Tamatoa)
Tumblr media
Radiant, resplendent, and unapologetically fabulous, Taonga Muramura is the dazzling housewarden of Kinikarama, a dorm known for its creativity, theatrical flair, and artistic ambition. On land, he walks tall with swagger and showmanship. Beneath the waves, however, he reveals his true form—a massive crab merfolk with a bioluminescent shell encrusted with gems, gold, and rare collectibles he claims were “gifts” from admirers (most likely trophies he snuck off with during his undersea escapades).
Taonga is a superstar in the making, and he makes sure everyone knows it. His every word drips with charisma and his every move is choreographed to impress. Whether he's center stage or simply strolling to class, he treats every step like it's a red carpet walk. Flamboyant, theatrical, and fiercely self-confident, he thrives in the spotlight—and hates being upstaged more than anything. Despite his overwhelming ego, Taonga isn't just all show. He's incredibly clever, often using his charisma and dramatic flair to manipulate situations to his advantage. He believes in "shining brighter than the rest" and encourages his dorm members to embrace what makes them unique, so long as they don't try to outshine him. As housewarden of Kinikarama, he emphasizes self-expression, flair, and perfection in performance. Whether it’s singing, acting, fashion, or visual arts, Taonga pushes his dorm to constantly dazzle and deliver with style and confidence. He is a perfectionist in his craft, demanding the best from others—and even more from himself. Beneath the glitter and glitz, however, lies a touch of insecurity. Taonga’s obsession with being admired and adored is rooted in a fear of being forgotten or seen as ordinary. He masks his anxiety with extravagance, clinging to fame and praise as proof of his worth. Very few ever see this side of him—after all, “dim” and “Taonga” don’t belong in the same sentence.
Taonga is also protective of his dorm, considering Kinikarama a stage for not just his talent, but for every misunderstood gem striving to shine. But if anyone dares insult his style, his voice, or—stars forbid—his shell polish, they may find themselves buried under a landslide of sass and sabotage.
[SPOILERS FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Before the glitter, the glam, and the thunderous applause, Taonga Muramura was just another plain little crab at the bottom of the sea.
Born in a modest coral crevice within the depths of Coral Sea, Taonga was a crab merfolk with nothing that seemed to stand out—no radiant shell, no flashy colors, no dazzling lineage. Among the other merfolk children, he was invisible, overlooked by teachers, ignored by peers, and forgotten at gatherings. His voice was dismissed as “too loud,” his movements as “too dramatic,” and his dreams of grandeur were mocked as childish delusion. But in the quiet solitude of the reef, Taonga would daydream. He imagined himself draped in jewels, performing for thousands, his shell glowing like stardust under ocean lights. He began collecting discarded treasures—shiny pearls, broken glass, sunken trinkets—and adorned himself in them, crafting his own image of brilliance. To the other merfolk, he looked ridiculous; to Taonga, he was becoming a masterpiece.
Everything changed when he heard whispers of a school above the waves: Night Raven College, where excellence in magic, uniqueness, and ambition were recognized—even rewarded. He worked tirelessly to earn his way in, and when he was finally accepted, he arrived with stars in his eyes and the fire of self-made confidence in his heart.
However, his grand debut was met with a reality check.
Sorted into Octavinelle in his freshman year, Taonga struggled to fit in. While the dorm's polished aesthetic and elegance matched his tastes, he clashed with the cool, composed demeanor of his dormmates. His flamboyance was seen as disruptive, his aspirations too loud, his style “a bit too much.” Though he respected Housewarden Azul’s strategic brilliance, Taonga craved something different—a place where expression, not restraint, defined greatness. (Also it may or may not have something to do with Taonga's genuine fear of Azul and the Leech twins in general-)
Frustrated but never defeated, Taonga began working on a plan. He rallied students who felt like outsiders—those who didn’t quite fit the mold of their dorms but had a spark to show. With their help, he petitioned Headmage Crowley to establish a new dorm: one dedicated to creativity, self-expression, and individuality—a place where art and performance were paramount. And thus, in his second year, Kinikarama was born—with Taonga at its glimmering helm. Now known as the glittering icon of Kinikarama, Taonga transformed from a forgotten crab of the reefs into a supernova of confidence and charisma. He never forgets where he came from—but he refuses to go back.
Notable Members:
Taiao Puranga (Junior) - A deeply attuned nature lover, Taiao possesses an aura of calmness and quiet grace, embodying the cycle of growth, renewal, and peace. (Twisted off Te'Fiti/Te Ka)
Kaipu Pahua (Freshman) - Kinikarama’s resident hype machine, an energetic freshman with a booming voice, wicked beats, and a party-starting presence you can hear from down the hall. Kaipu is loud, impulsive, and wildly expressive, the kind of person who will crank the volume up even when told not to. (Twisted off the Kakamora)
Kopare Tapawhā (Junior) - One of Kinikarama Dorm’s most mysterious and otherworldly students, a figure who almost seems to glide through the corridors more like a wraith than a student. Silent, observant, and unsettlingly calm, Kopare is known for his eerie presence and cryptic gaze. He rarely—if ever—speaks with his mouth, instead choosing to communicate through eye contact, body language, or tapping patterns that only the most attentive can understand. (Twisted off the Sloth Monster)
Matapo Haruru (Sophomore) - One of Kinikarama Dorm’s most enigmatic yet dazzling performers, a bat beastman whose charm, wit, and sheer stage presence never fail to leave a lasting impression. Matapo lives for the thrill of surprise—whether on the stage or in battle—and relishes proving people wrong when they misjudge him. (Twisted off the Eight-Eyed Bat Monster)
MākĆ« Pokora (Freshman) - Kinikarama Dorm’s hyperactive powerhouse—a freshman with a never-ending well of energy and a love for everything extreme. A frog beastman with slick reflexes and even slicker confidence, MākĆ« thrives in high-adrenaline environments, especially if it involves water. Whether he’s surfing the enchanted waves of Coral Sea or parasailing over the cliffs of Sage's Island, MākĆ« is always chasing his next thrill. (Twisted off the Frog Monster)
When things get hectic for Kinikarama, they have the ability to tap into their true forms, which increases their magic tenfold but have a high risk of accumulating blot.
Alternate Roster:
Tumblr media
Taonga: His crab merform mostly, but unlike regular merfolks, he towers over most people in size. His lower body is the crab part of him, large pincher claws, hard durable exterior shell and bioluminescent counter-camouflage in the dark.
Taiao: A volcanic golem made out of magma rocks and flowing lava forming the body, he also emits ashy smoke from the constant burning of his core.
Kaipu: A quadrupedal eyeless creature with a large gaping mouth, poisonous quills and a rock-hard underbelly. He has the ability to spawn smaller versions of itself and attack anyone they sense.
Kopare: A four-armed sloth creature with a mask-like face. He can sneak up to anyone by completely obscuring his presence with invisibility.
Matapo: An eight-eyed bipedal bat with dexterous wings as his arms, eight of them similar to a spider. He can emit sonic screams that can temporarily deafen people and spew spider-like silk to blind them.
Mākƫ: A bipedal frog creature with large dorsal fins, webbed claws and mucus-covered skin. He has strong springy legs that tops over skyscrapers and a prehensile tongue that stretches for miles.
Next Up: Bedknobs and Broomsticks

Fandorm Showcase #50 - Ducktales The Movie
Honestly, nobody ever put together this movie is like Aladdin but with ducks- And also Merlock kinda looks like Jafar's more comedic and furry cousin.
Introducing...
Kanzahifrit (Kanz [Treasure] + Ifrit [Genie])
Tumblr media
Kanzahifrit Dorm represents the dangers of unchecked desire. Students here are drawn to arcane relics, wishcraft, cursed objects, and the allure of limitless power. They are master manipulators of binding spells, transformative magic, and dark artifact channeling. Kanzahifrit teaches that all power has a cost—and some are willing to pay any price. Only those able to resist temptation can progress into deeper halls filled with genie vessels, cursed scrolls, and relics.
"A dorm founded on the Eternal Wishmaker's spirit of pursuit. Students in this dorm harness forbidden power, master persistence, and stop at nothing to fulfill their grand ambitions."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
I leaned a lot into arabic theming for this one, but also make it somewhat flashy like Merlock is. The magic item being a genie lamp is ironic but at the same time, it would be funny to see how it was used in battle.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Fear the all-powerful mage and housewarden of Kanzahifrit...
Azramir al-Djamal (Twisted off Merlock)
Tumblr media
Junior housewarden of Kanzahifrit, Azramir al-Djamal is a commanding and enigmatic presence at Night Raven College. Hailing from the storied and arcane Djamal family, whose bloodline is steeped in ancient sorcery and mythic tales of treasure-seeking djinn, Azramir carries himself with an air of prideful mysticism and unyielding ambition. He is not just a student of magic—he considers himself its rightful master. His magic specializes in transformation, summoning, and ancient curses, heavily inspired by old desert legends passed down through his family’s hidden tomes. There are whispers among students that he once transformed an entire classroom into a sandstorm when someone disrespected his lineage.
Azramir is calm, calculating, and ruthlessly intelligent, rarely losing his temper—but when he does, it is like a storm from the desert: swift, scorching, and unrelenting. He speaks with formality and precision, often quoting proverbs in an old tongue, and he treats most interactions like negotiations—always with something to gain.
As Housewarden of Kanzahifrit, he encourages ambition, cunning, and self-mastery, viewing weakness as a temporary state that must be overcome through will and wisdom. His leadership style is strict, but fair—he rewards excellence with deep respect and punishes betrayal with silent, ice-cold retribution. Though he appears as a noble scholar, Azramir hides a deep obsession: the pursuit of absolute magical power, particularly through ancient relics and forbidden pacts. He has a particular interest in the mythical Lamp of the Ifrit, a relic said to house limitless magical energy—rumored to be connected to his family’s original rise to power.
Many fear him. Even more admire him. But almost all agree: Azramir al-Djamal is not a name you challenge lightly. He’s a housewarden, a desert-born heir of arcane might—and perhaps something far more dangerous waiting to be awakened.
[SPOILER FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Long before the gates of Night Raven College opened for him, Azramir al-Djamal was already a name whispered with reverence and caution across the Golden Dunes of Qamara, a kingdom veiled in mysticism and guarded by age-old traditions. Born as the first and only son of the House of Djamal, an ancient bloodline of desert sorcerers said to have descended from a pact between man and djinn, Azramir was destined from birth to carry the full weight of his family’s legacy. The Djamals were not merely wealthy aristocrats—they were keepers of arcane secrets, protectors of ancient relics buried beneath the sands, and feared practitioners of forbidden arts. Their estate, the Citadel of Shifting Stars, sat atop ley lines humming with mystical energy, guarded by animated statues, enchanted traps, and bound spirits. Azramir was raised amidst this grandeur and danger, trained from a young age by his father, Sahir al-Djamal, in ritual magic, elemental control, relic hunting, and curse weaving.
But while his lineage promised power, it also bred isolation. Azramir had no peers, no companions, and no childhood in the ordinary sense. Every lesson was a test of his discipline, every interaction a negotiation of power. His mother, a former priestess turned scholar, saw the boy's brilliance and emotional detachment and began preparing him to succeed the family—not as a son, but as a sovereign. However, the turning point came when his father vanished under mysterious circumstances during an expedition to unearth the mythical Lamp of the Ifrit—an artifact said to contain untold magical power. The Djamal clan fell into disarray, elders bickering over leadership, and some questioning the legitimacy of Azramir’s inheritance. But Azramir, calm and unwavering, assumed control without protest—his authority enforced not by bloodline alone, but through his mastery of magic that surpassed even the most seasoned of the Djamals.
His first act of power? Sealing the family vaults with a spell only he could break, declaring:
“Let no hand but mine awaken the storm beneath the sand.”
At just 15 years old, he made the bold choice to leave Qamara and travel abroad, not for pleasure or escape—but to strengthen his arcane discipline and uncover global magical knowledge that could feed his lifelong obsession: mastering all known forms of power and retrieving the Lamp that claimed his father. Upon arrival at Night Raven College, he was swiftly placed into Kanzahifrit, a dormitory known for its esoteric scholarship and elemental mastery. Within a year, he rose to the rank of Housewarden, outwitting and overpowering older students through cunning, control, and sheer magical talent. Many suspect he used enchanted relics during the housewarden trials—but no proof has ever surfaced, and none dare confront him outright.
Now at NRC, Azramir is not merely a student—he is a sovereign in exile, a scholar of ancient fire, and a shadow of something greater looming in the sandstorm. His peers may call him arrogant. His rivals, dangerous. But Azramir knows the truth: Power belongs to those who are willing to take it—and he will stop at nothing to claim his destiny.
Notable Members:
Dhahab al-Jinn (Sophomore) - A jackal beastman known across the dunes of Qamara as a "sand-scuttler"—a cunning treasure raider and relic retriever who always knows where something valuable is buried and exactly how to not get caught taking it. Dhahab serves as Azramir’s personal scout and errand runner, often sneaking between dorms under cover of night, striking shady deals or acquiring hard-to-find materials (legally or not). (Twisted off Dijon)

Fandorm Showcase #49 - Brother Bear
Introducing...
Tatqimka (Tatqiq (moon/guide) + Imka (soul/path))
Tumblr media
Tatqimka emphasizes introspection, emotional strength, and the spiral nature of cause and consequence. Students learn to trust intuition, animal instincts, ancestral knowledge, and the interconnected paths of all beings. Rather than focusing on might or cunning, Tatqimka trains students to understand how feelings influence magic, how memories shape reality, and how one’s soul evolves through transformation.
Students undergo spirit reflection ceremonies, guided by ancestral magic to uncover their soul’s true form. Magic here is less explosive and more transformative or emotion-based—students can commune with animal spirits or temporarily take on attributes (sight of eagle, strength of bear, etc.).
"A dorm founded on the Wise Shaman's spirit of tranquility. Students in this dorm achieve inner peace and harness the ability of their spirit animal within."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
I tried my best to come up with designs that fit inuit culture, it's the best I could do, honestly.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
To those who are lost and wandering, you may seek advice from the wise and tranquil shaman of his tribe and the housewarden...
Kaskae Luupas (Twisted off Denahi)
Tumblr media
Kaskae Luupas is the housewarden of Tatqimka, and a wolf beastman revered not for his ferocity, but for his wisdom, restraint, and spiritual clarity. Born into a nomadic tribe deeply attuned with nature and ancestral spirits, Kaskae rose early as the tribe’s youngest shaman, chosen to carry the mantle of the Wolf of Wisdom—a sacred figure said to guide others with insight rather than force.
Though his towering presence and sharp gaze may suggest an apex predator, Kaskae is anything but aggressive. He exudes a quiet calm, moving and speaking with deliberation, as if every word and step has weight. His leadership style within Tatqimka is reflective, mentoring, and deeply rooted in empathy. Rather than barking orders, he poses questions. Rather than scolding mistakes, he encourages contemplation.
Kaskae is known to spend hours meditating in nature, communing with spirits or observing the behaviors of animals in silence. He teaches his dormmates that strength does not always lie in claws or teeth, but in understanding one's instincts and mastering them. He often serves as a mediator in inter-dorm disputes, holding a reputation across NRC as the one who can defuse tension without ever raising his voice. However, Kaskae is no stranger to inner conflict. Though he embraces peace, he still carries the instinctual rage of the wolf, buried deep within. He trains himself to keep that darkness sealed, fearing what would happen should he ever lose control. In rare moments when his emotions threaten to overwhelm him, he isolates himself to avoid harming others—one of the few signs of his internal struggle.
Wise beyond his years, Kaskae is a spiritual guide, dorm leader, and philosophical warrior, walking the line between beast and sage. To many in Tatqimka, he is more than a housewarden—he is a guardian of the old ways, and the embodiment of balance between power and peace.
[SPOILERS FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Before his journey to Night Raven College, Kaskae Luupas lived far from the bustling heart of Twisted Wonderland—in the snow-covered wildlands of the Tatqimka Tundra, a region untouched by industrial growth and rich with the spiritual heritage of beastfolk tribes.
Kaskae was born to the Luupas Clan, a proud line of wolf beastmen known for their deep connection to the natural world and the spirits that govern it. His father, Sorin Luupas, was a fierce hunter and protector of the clan, while his mother, Anika, was a respected spirit-seer who guided the tribe through omens, visions, and communion with their ancestors. Even as a pup, Kaskae was different. Where other children of the tribe play-fought and howled under the moon, Kaskae would sit still for hours, watching the movements of the stars or listening to the howling wind. The elders saw this quiet wisdom and proclaimed that Kaskae had the "Echo of the First Wolf"—a rare spiritual gift said to mark a future shaman.
His training began at a young age, and it was grueling. Under the guidance of his grandmother, the tribe’s previous shaman, Kaskae learned to interpret signs in nature, to meditate in isolation for days at a time, and to speak with the spirits that crossed between worlds. His connection to the Wolf of Wisdom, the totemic guardian of the Luupas Clan, became evident when he began to enter dream trances, receiving visions of danger or opportunity that later proved true. But Kaskae’s journey was not without struggle. At age thirteen, during a particularly harsh winter, his father led a hunting party into the high cliffs and never returned. The tribe mourned, and Kaskae buried his sorrow deep, learning that wisdom also meant enduring loss without letting it consume you. In the years that followed, Kaskae’s influence grew. By fifteen, he had become the tribe’s youngest active shaman. His advice guided hunting paths, his rituals healed the sick, and his presence brought calm during strife.
However, the elders believed that the young wolf had more to learn—that wisdom, while rooted in tradition, must also face the modern world if it is to endure. When a raven messenger from Night Raven College arrived with a personal invitation—an extremely rare gesture—Kaskae was sent off with the blessing of his people, carrying his tribe’s hopes on his shoulders.
Arriving at NRC was a culture shock. The noise, competition, and arrogance of some students clashed with Kaskae’s quiet upbringing. Yet, he adapted—not by fighting, but by observing, reflecting, and gently guiding. His dorm, Tatqimka, soon formed around him, attracting students who sought balance, calm, and spiritual strength. Now as housewarden, Kaskae upholds the values of his tribe: wisdom over force, unity over pride, and the belief that true strength lies in harmony between instinct and spirit. Though far from home, he still dreams of his snowy homeland and the howls of his ancestors on the wind.
Notable Members:
Raamus Densis (Junior, Vice Housewarden) - A ram beastman blessed with the ancient sigil of the Ram of Strength, Raamus is often described by his peers as “the mountain that walks.” Raamus is the living embodiment of strength with humility, a reminder that true power comes not from dominance, but from the ability to carry the world on your back—and still offer your shoulders for someone else to stand on. (Twisted off The Rams)
Fun Fact: The inspo I got for Kaskae being a grey wolf beastman literally comes from a Brother Bear McDonalds toy I found while searching online-

Like, no joke, this helped me came up with the idea-

Fandorm Showcase #48 - Valiant
Ngl, this movie has been stuck in my head for years since childhood, I didn't know it was made by Disney back then-
Introducing...
Falkensturm (Falken [Falcons in German] + Sturm [Storm/Assault in German])
Tumblr media
Falkensturm Dorm teaches strategic dominance, hierarchy, and the art of intimidation through strength and discipline. Drawing inspiration from predator birds like falcons and hawks, students are shaped into swift, merciless tacticians who see weakness as a flaw to be corrected—or eliminated.
Think of a regimented air force academy crossed with the elegance of a hunting aviary. They value control, loyalty, speed, and clean precision. While their conduct seems perfectly orderly, whispers suggest that Falkensturm students use fear tactics and covert sabotage in inter-dorm competitions or interrogations.
"A dorm founded on the General of the Skies's spirit of persecution. Students in this dorm are mostly aviary beastfolks who are training to be future air military units."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
A majority of Falkensturm's student count are aviary beastfolks (i.e. harpies, Griffins, aarakocra, etc), so their uniforms are custom-tailored to fit their wings and talon feet.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Be sure to keep your posture when the General is around, because he's a ruthless falcon that shouldn't be messed with.
Kralle Dietrich (Twisted off General Von Talon)
Tumblr media
Kralle Dietrich commands respect, order, and excellence—in that exact order. The fearsome junior housewarden of Falkensturm, he is a falcon beastman renowned for his unyielding discipline, militaristic leadership, and zero-tolerance policy for weakness or cowardice. At first glance, he’s all stern glares and booming commands—but beneath that cold, steel-cut demeanor lies a relentless drive to mold his dorm into the elite combat force of Night Raven College. Kralle views every member of his dorm as a soldier in training. He drills his students with the precision of a general, keeping their minds sharp and bodies sharper. His motto is simple: “If you fall behind, you are dead weight. If you hesitate, you are a liability. Rise—or be discarded.” He treats laziness as treason and failure as a stepping stone to elimination.
Despite his authoritarian rule, Kralle is not without reason. He rewards those who persevere under his demanding standards, offering them his rare but valuable praise—an honor considered greater than gold among Falkensturm members. He believes in earning respect, not asking for it. And once you've earned his, you're under his wing—protected with the ferocity of a true apex predator. However, his obsession with strength and control stems from a hidden fear: the fear of losing command and returning to the chaos he once knew in his youth. While he rarely speaks of it, it’s this fear that fuels his iron-fisted leadership.
[SPOILERS FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
[CONTAINS MENTIONS OF LESBIAN AND WAR TOPICS]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Before he soared above the students of Night Raven College as the indomitable housewarden of Falkensturm, Kralle Dietrich was a sharp-eyed child born into a legacy of steel, flight, and valor.
His father, Erhardt Dietrich, was a celebrated member of one of the most respected beastfolk aerial military legions in the continent. A legendary falcon beastman who bore the weight of sky-battles and led high-altitude missions with unshakable resolve, Erhardt was a hero in Kralle’s eyes—a warrior, a protector, and a symbol of everything Kralle aspired to be. But duty demanded sacrifice. Erhardt often left home for long stretches, summoned to the frontlines of a brutal, drawn-out war. Young Kralle waited tirelessly for his father’s return, spending days perched on rooftops watching the skies, convinced he’d see him soaring home.
That reunion never came.
News eventually reached their roost that Erhardt had fallen in battle, his body unrecovered. The nation hailed him as a martyr. Kralle was devastated, his chest hollow, the sky darker than ever before.
His mother, Alda, a calm and intelligent kestrel beastwoman, mourned too—but not in the way Kralle did. Only months later, she introduced someone new into their lives: a gentle, intellectual owl-woman named Muriel Strigif, whom she revealed was not just a companion, but her partner. Kralle was stunned. The pain of loss sharpened into resentment. To him, it felt like betrayal—as if his father's memory was being swept aside, the very sacrifices he made forgotten. It didn’t matter that Muriel was kind, or that Alda had quietly been in love with her even before the war. Kralle, in his grieving heart, saw only one thing: his father had given everything, and his legacy was discarded like a relic. This bitterness hardened Kralle’s spirit. He began training obsessively—flight drills, combat training, tactical reading—all self-led. He shut himself off emotionally, choosing discipline over affection, stoicism over vulnerability. He vowed to carry his father’s legacy alone and never let sentiment cloud his judgment again. He does not fight for glory. He fights for memory. And he fights so it is never forgotten.
Notable Members:
Kadett Horrus (Freshman) - A sparrowhawk beastman with the embodiment of raw enthusiasm and unfiltered patriotism—a cadet with dreams far too big for his flight capacity. While his spirit is unshakable, his intellect is... malleable. Kadett tends to misunderstand instructions, frequently overestimates his abilities, and has a knack for charging into situations before assessing them, often with hilarious or catastrophic results. (Twisted off Cufflingk)
Soldat Rusticor (Freshman) - A Gyrfalcon beastman who towers most of his peers with a broad frame, thick feathers, and a wingspan that looks more like a glider’s sails than flight-ready appendages. Despite his imposing size, he possesses a remarkably calm demeanor, serving as the dorm's grounded giant who is known for being mellow, thoughtful, and slightly aloof. (Twisted off Underlingk)

Fandorm Showcase #47 - Zootopia
Introducing...
Oviseer (Ovis + Seer)
Tumblr media
Oviseer emphasizes social responsibility, regulation, and representation of the unheard—but beneath that is a subtle current of information control, strategic manipulation, and the dangers of unchecked belief in moral superiority. In Night Raven College, Oviseer is akin to a hall monitor committee for the school, they're usually in charge of keeping the order of the school population when school staff are too occupied, any offending student gets reported back to Headmage's office upon detection. If the situation calls for it, Oviseer can issue suitable punishments for rulebreakers or aggressive students under permissible orders.
"A dorm founded on the Silken Strategist's spirit of perception. Students in this dorm focuses on social navigation, hidden influence, and tactical intelligence, making sure order and rules are followed properly."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
I took a lot of inspiration from police uniforms for the overall design, especially the one Judy wore.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
Make sure to follow the rules, or else you'll be caught by the lead hall monitor of NRC...
Daahling Lecher (Twisted off Dawn Bellwether)
Tumblr media
Daahling Lecher may look like your typical gentle sheep beastwoman—with her soft fleece, disarming smile, and small stature—but she’s anything but defenseless. As the sophomore housemistress of Oviseer and the lead hall monitor of Night Raven College, Daahling is tasked with maintaining order across the chaotic sprawl of campus—and she takes that responsibility with obsessive dedication.
Behind her polite tone and round glasses lies a sharply calculating mind, one that never forgets an offense, a rule broken, or a student who thinks they’re above authority. Though her appearance often causes others to underestimate her, Daahling knows how to weaponize that perception. She uses her perceived harmlessness to blend in, observe, and plan her moves before striking—be it through cleverly worded reports, or policies that subtly strip power from unruly students. Tirelessly diligent and known for being seemingly everywhere at once, Daahling has a near-encyclopedic knowledge of campus rules and infractions. Her dorm, Oviseer, reflects her vision of structured balance—its members are trained in observation, investigation, and tactical order-keeping. But beneath the clean-cut order of her dorm lies a dorm culture that values manipulation over brute force, and information over intimidation.
She smiles sweetly even as she assigns harsh disciplinary measures. And while she upholds justice on paper, Daahling always acts in favor of her own vision of what’s “best for the system”—even if it means bending the very rules she claims to protect. Though she publicly claims impartiality, Daahling keeps detailed personal files on every housewarden and staff member, including suspected secrets, behavioral patterns, and potential leverage points—just in case “campus order” needs a little nudge in her favor.
[SPOILER FOR BACKSTORY AHEAD]
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Born into a quiet, unassuming town nestled in the Shaftlands, Daahling Lecher was the only child of sheep beastfolk parents who lived a modest life as scholars and civil advisors. Her early years were peaceful, filled with books, careful etiquette, and the warm lull of bedtime stories—until one fateful night when a mysterious wildfire engulfed her village and took her parents’ lives. Daahling, only a toddler, survived—saved by a passing wolf patrol from the neighboring town. She was taken in by the Lecher family, a large, stern pack of wolf beastfolk who lived by a creed of strength, survival, and dominance. While they gave her a roof and food, Daahling was never seen as one of them. To wolves, she was prey—frail, passive, and meek. At best, a curiosity. At worst, a burden. She grew up on the fringe of the pack, taunted by young wolves who saw her as an outsider, and barely tolerated by the elders who thought kindness was a weakness.
Yet Daahling watched. She listened. She learned.
She began to realize that what made wolves powerful wasn’t just their claws—but the rules they followed, the packs they formed, and the hierarchies they built. It wasn’t brute force that gave the alphas power—it was order. She leaned into what made her different. She wasn’t strong, but she was smart. She wasn’t loud, but she was strategic. Where wolves growled and snarled, Daahling took notes, kept records, and remembered everything. By her teenage years, Daahling had already turned the tables in subtle ways. When a young wolf tried to sabotage her studies, she caught him with a perfectly timed exposure that led to his exile. When another mocked her softness, she engineered a trap of social embarrassment that left him too ashamed to speak again. No one could prove she did anything wrong. After all, she had followed all the rules.
Eventually, Daahling began to gain recognition—not for her strength, but for her discipline, her intellect, and her flawless ability to maintain control. When she applied to Night Raven College, she submitted a perfect application packet, complete with letters of recommendation from reluctant yet respectful Lecher family. Now, as the housemistress of Oviseer, Daahling has crafted a sanctuary for those dismissed as weak, overlooked, or too clever for their own good. She preaches order and observation as the truest form of strength—after all, she’s lived it. Beneath her calm exterior is a beastwoman who has survived the wilderness of wolves, risen above her prey status, and turned the system that once shunned her into her greatest weapon.
Notable Members:
Richie Marmot (Junior) - A woodchuck beastman who is very obnoxious and annoying, despite being apart of the school hall monitor committee. He has a grating voice, a permanent smirk, and the self-confidence of someone who's never been told “no” convincingly, but a bit of a coward when things escalate too far even for him. (Twisted off the Woodchuck Bully)
Porkella Swinne (Sophomore) - Calm, calculated, and surprisingly cunning behind her gentle eyes and cheery demeanor, she is one of the few members of the hall monitor committee who doesn't need to raise her voice to get results. She has a deep sense of pride in her work, and an uncanny ability to tell when someone is lying or trying to play dumb. (Twisted off Mayor Swinton)

Fandorm Showcase #46 - Wreck-It Ralph
100 percent should make a Sugar Rush event at SOME point-
Introducing...
Dulcirush (Dulci + Rush)
Tumblr media
Dulcirush is about more than just sweetness and racing — it celebrates excess, strategy, and the drive to win at all costs. Students are outwardly cheerful and colorful, but behind the frosting is fierce ambition and cutthroat tactics. The dorm has a performance-over-honor philosophy — where style, position, and unpredictability are rewarded. Members in this dorm often excel in enchantment-imbued engineering, illusion magic, and “perception-based manipulation” — mixing racing enchantments with candy-themed spells. Every month, the dorm holds an exclusive event known as the "Sugar Grand Prix", where members compete against one another in a racing tournament on a specially-designed race track within their dorm, containing various terrains and environmental conditions as obstacles, using their custom-made "Confection Karts", vehicles that are safe even for beginners and specially powered using mage stones functioning as "engines".
"A dorm founded on the King of Confectionary's spirit of adaptability. Students in this dorm hold a monthly race around the track to determine who gets to be top of the leaderboard for the month."
Dorm Uniform:
Tumblr media
This one is really fun to do, in my opinion, because I get to play around with the sweets theme on the outfit as well as taking inspirations from King Candy. While coming up with the design, I did draw ideas from Riddle's dorm uniform as a reference, which came out perfectly.
Character Roster:
Tumblr media
All hail the sweet and charming housewarden of Dulcirush...
Carmello Dulces (Twisted Off King Candy)
Tumblr media
Carmello Dulces is the ever-smiling, sugar-slick junior housewarden of Dulcirush, the dorm famous for its vibrant, candy-themed design and high-speed racing traditions. As the reigning Sugar Grand Prix champion, he holds the record for the longest-running first-place streak in the dorm’s competitive history—a legacy his dorm members admire and fiercely protect. To the public, Carmello is all charm and caramel-smooth charisma: flamboyant in fashion, infectiously cheerful, and always the first to offer sweets, compliments, or comforting words. He’s the type to throw surprise celebrations for the smallest accomplishments, make flamboyant grand entrances with confetti, and speak in an overly polite tone, almost like a host from a whimsical game show.
His leadership style reflects a mix of lavish pampering and strict control. Dorm members adore him—or at least believe they do—because he’s shaped their environment into a sugar-coated paradise. But under that saccharine smile is a calculating and obsessive individual who will do anything to protect his title and image.
Carmello’s biggest fear? Losing relevance. He’s been at the top of the Sugar Grand Prix for years, and he intends to stay there. Though he appears benevolent, Carmello has a darker edge when it comes to protecting his status—sabotaging potential threats, manipulating race outcomes, or quietly rewriting the rules to ensure no one can ever surpass him. There are rumors that Carmello may have once "crashed" his way into Dulcirush from another dorm altogether, erasing traces of his old identity. But no one dares question him—because in Dulcirush, questioning the king gets you cut from the roster.
Notable Members:
Berryn Sour (Sophomore, Vice Housewarden) - The quiet, unsmiling foil to the glittery charisma of Carmello Dulces. Berryn is infamous for his flat, monotone voice, unblinking stare, and uncanny emotional deadpan—traits that many first-years find creepier than most Heartslabyul punishments. (Twisted off Sour Bill)
Jayco Kreme (Sophomore) - One of the dorm’s primary rule enforcers, Jayco takes his job with an intensity that borders on obsession, often delivering punishment with a grin as saccharine as it is sinister. He carries out rules with militaristic precision, following orders to the letter, often without understanding the full context. (Twisted off Wynnchel)
Krisp Dunkins (Sophomore) - The second half of Dulcirush’s infamous enforcer duo alongside Jayco Kreme—but where Jayco is precise and cool-headed, Krisp is rough, loud, and lives for the drama. Krisp has no problem getting his hands dirty when rules are broken, especially if it gives him an excuse to flex his strength and leave a “lesson” behind. (Twisted off Duncan)

Beneath the sugar coating of Dulcirush, there lies a secret hidden from everyone within Dulcirush.
A secret group of troublemakers set on "reprogramming" the world to their image...Authorities have been searching for this infamous group of criminals, known as...
The Turbo Trio
Tumblr media
They're described as the "viruses" of the world, who wants to corrupt the world for their own shared goals.
Their leader has been known across Twisted Wonderland media as "the identity-stealing virus"...
Tvalski Virro (Twisted off Turbo)
Tumblr media
Previously known in STYX records as Project Override, Tvalski was an experimental prototype created to infiltrate and sabotage magical society through perfect mimicry, a STYX-engineered anomaly who once terrorized the labs of the Isle of Woe with his uncanny ability to assume the identities of others—if he consumes a trace of their bodily fluid, most effectively their blood. However, the project was deemed a security hazard after Tvalski grew self-aware and addicted to power, choosing to consume not just identities—but lives, to wear their power like a costume. During a catastrophic breach at STYX, Tvalski escaped, leaving a trail of drained, unrecognizable victims. In a desperate bid to vanish from their radar, he targeted a promising young racer named Carmello Dulces, stole his essence—his voice, his thoughts, his appearance—and erased the original entirely. From that moment on, Carmello was no longer a person
he was a mask Tvalski wore.
Tvalski plays the long game. Under the candy-coated guise of Carmello, he built up a flawless reputation, smothering suspicion under layers of saccharine praise and calculated warmth. He thrives on control, orchestrating every event in Dulcirush to center around his presence. Though adored by many, Tvalski feeds on that admiration like a parasite, needing it to affirm the illusion that he belongs. But behind closed doors—when the mask slips—Tvalski is obsessive, egocentric, and terrifyingly methodical. He keeps trophies of former identities and studies his dorm members carefully, just in case he needs a new body to assume. His identity-shifting ability is still active, but unstable; if he overuses it, his disguise may glitch or unravel, revealing the monstrous truth beneath.
Notable Members (The Turbo Trio):
Cyril Thorax (???) - A bug fae with an insatiable hunger for evolution, both literally and metaphorically, with an ability when he ingests a piece of an object or organism, he can morph his body to replicate its structure, function, or properties. He presents himself as sly, polite, and eerily charming, often lacing his conversations with insect metaphors or faux civility. He rarely raises his voice, preferring to disarm others with unsettling calm and subtle provocations. (Twisted off the Cy-Bugs)
Anoxi Java (???) - The most enigmatic and chilling member of the Turbo Trio, a living virus born of negative emotion, particularly insecurity. He has the unique ability to detect the deepest insecurities of those around him and weaponize them into living constructs, as part of a failed experiment by STYX to create a solution to contain emotional volatility in rogue mages to reduce risks of overblots. (Twisted off Arthur the Insecurity Virus)
This is my most developed fandorm to date, because I had to somehow fit both King Candy and Turbo into this without it clashing.
