FOOD VLOG # 4

WEEKEND CRAVING: COOKIES 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪

I was craving for cookies but we don’t have one. So, we baked cookies. Ha! 👌🏻

It is easy– here’s the recipe y’all!

📌First, prepare these ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (melted)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup chocolate chips

📌Now—let’s do this! Baking time! 👩🏻‍🍳🍪

Preheat the oven to 177°C.

Microwave the butter for about 40 seconds. Butter should be completely melted but shouldn't be hot.

In a large bowl, mix butter with the sugars until well-combined.

Stir in egg and vanilla until incorporated.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mix dough until just combined. Dough should be soft and a little sticky but not overly sticky.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Scoop out tbsp of dough (medium cookie scoop) and place 2 inches apart on a baking pan.

Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until cookies are set.

Serve your cookies with a glass of milk, yummy! Enjoy! 😋🍪🤎

FOOD VLOG# 3

KIDDO’S BANANA BREAD💛

Bananas are about to become overripe. Kiddo decided to bake banana bread. Nom-nom-nom! 😋

BANANA BREAD RECIPE:

📌First, prepare these ingredients:

6 bananas

1/2 cup butter (melted)

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

📌Here we go, baking time! 👩🏻‍🍳

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mash the bananas.

Add in the melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix until combined.

Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix again until just combined.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until cooked through.

Once cool, take the banana bread out of the pan.

Slice and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yaaaay! Enjoy! 🍌🍞💛

FOOD VLOG # 2

Leftover Pasta > Classic Carbonara💕

...without bacon and toasted bread hehe, ran out of supplies, 미안해~~ ECQ svcks heehee

📌This is one of the easiest recipes you can make. So, prepare these ingredients:

125g spaghetti pasta (I used leftover pasta hehe)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 large egg

1/4 cup parmesan cheese (I used cheddar cheese)

2 slices bacon, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper, to taste

📌Here’s the 5-step recipe:

Whisk the egg and parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.; reserve 1/4 cup water and drain well.

Cook bacon until brown and crispy; reserve excess fat. Stir in garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to low.

Working quickly, stir in pasta and egg mixture and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add reserved pasta water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and serve with a toasted bread. Yum! 😋👌🏻

FOOD VLOG # 1

HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI: A MOTHER’S DAY SPECIAL🍝💕

📌Ingredients:

1 kg spaghetti noodles

500 g spaghetti sauce

1 tsp. garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 kg ground pork

1 pork cube

5 hotdogs, sliced

1 cup cheese, grated

4 tbsp butter

4 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

📌Here are the steps:

In a saucepan, saute garlic and onion in butter.

Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes. Add hotdog and cook for 2 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, pork cube, and water. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook pasta according to instructions on the packaging. Drain well.

Pour spaghetti sauce over pasta. Top with grated cheese and serve. 🍝💕
