Weight loss Journey
Losing weight is not just a physical process. It is a mental and emotional process as well. You shed pounds of fat from your body but you also shed a mindset and a feeling that comes with that body. A skinny person who does not have a fast metabolism has be intentional about what goes into their body and how much energy is exerted.As a person what paid for a gym membership for a year and only went about 5-6 times , ai can tell you to save your money. Without developing discipline it will all be in vain. Develop the habits daily that will send ripples through your whole life. Afterwards everything will be easy. I am personally going through this at the moment on my weight loss journey. Even though health os the goal I also want to be confident in myself and look the way that I have always wanted to look in my clothes. If you're interested. I can post some updates on that. What is inflammation and what does it have to do with you?
Hi guys👋
If you have ever been sick before, then you have experienced inflammation.I can go in to scientific technicalities, but I want this content to be simple ,so anyone can understand it. I wish that I had it broken down to me like this before.
Inflammation is your body's response to harm or illness. Your body has a security system called the immune system.Once the immune system recognizes harm,illness or possible threats,it will attack them so that they can be flushed out and you can be healthy once more.Once that attack by the immune system begins, inflammation will surely manifest itself.In my personal experience, along with some research ;I found that inflammation in the body appears in five main ways:
1.Pain
2.Fever
3.Swelling
4.Some skin reaction
5.Mucus
I'm sure you can relate to having at least one of those forms of inflammation in your body at some point.It is important to understand that every physical illness known to man will be manifested in some form of inflammation. It is not a bad thing, in fact inflammation will actually let you know that there is something wrong in the body,however, there are times that inflammation can be hard to live with and almost unbearable especially if you don't know the true cause of the inflammation or the illness affecting you.Please bear in mind that if you are experiencing inflammation very often or even from time to time don't just brush it off because there is definitely something wrong.I know it can be difficult because you may minimize the effects and getting a proper diagnosis can take some time.
I will share in a future post how I had a misdiagnosis and was told by a doctor that I may be crazy.There are some things that are definite and where there is inflammation,there will always be an illness behind it.You just have to find out what it is.
