Does walking help lose weight?
There is no doubt that walking help burn extra calories. But the real question is, does it really help us in losing weight?
Well, it depends on various factors.
and the several factors are :
Number 1 : How much is you're walking speed?
Number 2 : The amount of distance that you will going to cover?
and Number 3 : Type of path you will travel. Is it a flat surface? or is it an uphill or downhill.
I hope you will pay more attention to this factor next time you prefer walking as a option to reduce your weight.

You can walk however many steps you want to! My suggestion would be to start small, and slowly build from there as you progress.
