Hey y’all! Have to share my secret weapon in the morning. I call it my green shit! I NEVER have time to sit down and eat during the week so I make this. 1 1/2 cup of unsweet original almond milk 1/2 a banana 1 handful of spinach 1 handful of kale 1 spoonful of peanut butter Blend together and enjoy! Now I don’t use ice because I freeze my bananas, spinach, and kale. I buy it all fresh and just peel and slice and bag. Usually what I get lasts about two weeks. It also gives you 1-2 servings of leafy greens which is great since I have a hard time eating my veggies too! Enjoy! 💕💪🏻

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted and I’ll explain in a video later tonight but I’m getting back on track with prep this week! Baked chicken, veggies sautéed in sunflower oil, triple zero Greek yogurt, and raw almonds. Super simple stuff and super packed with nutrients, proteins, and healthy fats. ZERO of what we don’t need! ZERO added salt. ZERO added sugar.

Do not let someone who is naturally skinny bully you into thinking they look the way they do because of some supplement. Advocare, Herbalife, slim fast, nutrisystem, fittea, and more are not good for you! They steal yo money and make you feel like you’re not good enough. All you need are nutritious meals and consistent exercise. And for that matter, NUMBERS DO NOT MATTER. If you really want to get progress reports please go see your physician so they can tell you how your body is doing. You CAN be 200 lbs and HEALTHY.
And with all that being said. Do you baby doll. You got this!!

Post gym snack, this is a Jimmy Dean sandwich! Super easy! It’s like 170 calories, it’s super yummy too. Egg whites with spinach, whole wheat bread, and either Swiss or provolone cheese. Either way it’s a great snack!! 🤷🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️🙌🏻😁

Meal prep this week is grilled shrimp, quinoa with black beans and corn, and grilled zucchini and squash. I always pair my meals with La Croix because I really like soda and I feel like this tricks my body. It’s also delicious and refreshing!

Lifestyle Change
Hey yall, I’m Britt,
I’m 25 and live in ATX. Welcome to my journey!
I was always in decent shape before, I looked good, was pretty active, and ate right most of the time. I’m not even sure when that changed. I know I went through a heartbreak, then I dated from one guy to another, then my roommate bailed and left me broke so I had to break my lease, and I quit my job with no back up or savings. I ended up living with my friend who had just had a baby and I wasn’t sure what I was doing with my life. I stopped exercising, I stopped watching what I ate, I stopped caring and I slept all day. My depression worsened and my body suffered.
I went 140 to 180 what seemed like over night, even though I know it wasn’t. I knew I was gaining weight and losing muscle, I saw it happening and I hated it, but I couldn’t convince myself to do anything about it. So, I didn’t.
Now I’m 196 and change, I have stretch marks, cellulite, and I get tired so easily. Cleaning leaves me winded, I bruise easily and my legs and arms ache all the time, my heart rate always seems to be too high, my acne has gotten worse, and my headaches are back on a daily basis. I don’t like feeling this way, I don’t like who I see when I look in the mirror.
That’s why I need to change. It not a decision I made that was difficult, it’s not like picking out a new car or painting your house, I knew this whole time what I had to do. I just never had the motivation to do it, now, I do.
So I hope by blogging I can help motivate other to just be healthier! It’s not about how you look really, it’s about how you feel! Ok...and a little how you look, I mean, I think all sizes and all people are beautiful but my confidence does come from looking how I did before. And I think that’s key here, where does your confidence come from? Find that, find your goal.
I’ll be posting my measurements, pics, meals and workouts, I’ll answer questions and give advice and support! I might even do some videos just for the heck of it! All of this will be free. I’ll literally never ask for anything except good behavior and support for you all too! That said, I hope you’ll join me in my change for health!
