Theres so many people that need help in this world

Whats the best place to start?

Around yourself I guess, begin with re connecting with those people that you thought you may never see again. See what they have going on with their lives. 

Personally I find happiness in hearing someone else’s story - their life journey, their progressing into being an adult (of sorts, I mean not many adults out there from our generation - they just never gave us enough space to develop, geez)

But its amazing how we develop, childhood development should be a journey not a race, and when we race with each other too much others suffer. The depressed people of the world UNITE 

and say ‘hey, we might not be the best at anything right, but we sure know how to feel bad about ourselves’ and that feeling keeps you in check.

So don’t be so glum about being alone. Pick up the phone

‘Phone a friend’ Who wants to be a millionaire got it right, its that easy to be happy. 

Oh and talk to strangers, thats fun too. For when you think someone is a danger, well maybe they are - but I’m talking about the ones that the big man upstairs thinks are a danger to ourselves. Because we’re battling our own way -fighting to be a happy person you know.

And I'm still inside desperately trying to get my friends into gear when all I really should be doing is tidying the house! Definitely going to do that. Later. The sun is probably too hot to even be outside right now is my reigning excuse. At least there's some cloud coverage, congrats on the sky today - reckon it wants us to have a good day. Its no sacrifice

To be nice

What a way of living

We lost the art when we let the disease start

Don’t follow the maddening crowd just let voice be free *unless you want to of course, then the world is your oyster, just don’t believe the lies we tell ourselves

For people are good, inherently. 

Freedom of speech is for everyone.

And the day awaits What a day to indulge But don't go overboard ey! It feels good to keep yourself in check. Life should be enjoyed not rushed!

Yet another incredible summer day - I'm thanking the Gods for this one! To all those at work today I salute you, the sun will still be shining when you're done I'm sure so Let's not forget sun cream!

Our world is entangled Caught up with the machines that help us along They have distracted our minds To the point of development So let nature back in! Live happy :)

Addiction

Is something that has been scrutinised in our society for a long time, those that are addicted to substance are trying too hard to find their purpose. Their purpose is to live but they insist on trying to self destruct. 

This is a generational stumbling block that has been looked over as a disease - an affliction - a curse almost. But it was generation X crying for help but being without a release. For our forefathers thought too much and we think too little. 

We focus on the negatives when we should look to the light again. See the beauty in everyday experience. Talk it out, don’t all shout at once. Feel the pain you see but never let it anger your heart. Just take a step back and let life wash over you from time to time - watch the clouds go by, cry when you need to cry.

Some people will never ‘get you’. Do not spend eternity asking why. People will see you differently, just cherish those who lift your soul.

SOUL

We all have a meaning in this life, but dependent on how much we experience we develop at differing rates

These rates define us, we are channeling an energy all of our own, but sometimes we fall off our own track and its hard to get back to being you

Who am I to talk, when I sit alone thoughts flow but when the negative vibes get you down turn to someone for help right?

But I turn to the world and hope it laughs along with me.

Green tea is good - why was I never drinking it before, it had been sat in my cupboard for time! It's definitely a grower, honey helps!

Paradise

Is lost 

When we forget ourselves

We become others, and project our negativity

Life is about the positives you see

And we need to learn to love everyday life

The cup of coffee that makes your morning, the clouds that protect us from the sun, have fun being alive and paradise is in living!

Be alive, be productive, be whoever you want to be, but understand the demand for safety is causing us to become fearful of everything and everyone. However we know we are all human, we are all animalistic but we need to bring out the best in each other, not the worst. So Smile today, push for a positive change in your own life.

We have lived selfish lives, forever in disguise

Hiding our true selves from one another

Forgetting we are all sister and brother in the world, if we choose to help out

No need to scream and shout

Go at your own pace, for life shouldnt be a race
