I am so looking forward to them bringing these characters to life I can’t freaking wait man. I know this show won’t be 100% perfect but it will still be my everything really really can’t wait !!!

Max’s Harry Potter TV series has officially cast four series regulars and two recurring roles, including four actors Deadline previously revealed: John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall, Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, and Nick Frost as Rubeus Hagrid. The newly announced cast includes Luke Thallon as Quirinus Quirrell and Paul Whitehouse as Argus Filch. Whitehouse is the only actor cast thus far to have appeared in any of the original films. He played Sir Cadogan in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. “We’re delighted to have such extraordinary talent onboard, and we can’t wait to see them bring these beloved characters to new life,” said Gardiner and Mylod in a joint statement.

The Boggart In The Wardrobe chapter just finished.

What a great chapter and what a great Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson they had. Professor Lupin seems like a great teacher that knows what he’s talking about and I love to see that. His lesson was so fun. The Boggart was crazy as well. I loved seeing the Boggart transform into everyone’s fears and I am so proud of Neville for showing his stuff especially after Snape’s class. If I went face to face with a Boggart I have no doubt it would take a form of a Spider like Ron or Bees/Wasps as I don’t like them at all. I’m slowly getting over my fear of them but still they make me afraid sometimes.

I found it interesting that before Harry even had a chance to face the Boggart Lupin stopped him. He probably stopped him as Harry was thinking because of the Dementor incident on the train. Either that or because the Boggart would have transformed into Voldemort which would have been crazy. Don’t worry Harry I have no doubt you would have done your thing if you faced the Boggart precious bean but yeah Lupin has the right idea right now I don’t blame him.

Last but certainly not least let’s talk about Hermione and all these books and subjects she’s taking. My word she’s going the extra mile here isn’t she. I hope she doesn’t stretch herself thin and ware herself out. I know you’re the book and school queen but you don’t have to do to much queen bean please relax because you are worrying me a little bit. Also Draco trying to talk nonsense this chapter oh my word don’t worry Harry don’t let him get into your head about Sirius Black he’s not worth it you know he’s all talk and no bite.

Next chapter up Flight Of The Fat Lady. I can see why you guys have been sharing with me that this is your favorite book in the series it’s so good so far and there is something special about it from the other two. I’m looking forward to seeing the movie for it afterwards along with the others.

i feel like there needs to be more neil gaiman hate, i expected him to get the jkr treatment. everyone has just been like "oh i'm so upset, I looked up to him so much :(". where's the harassment? where's the pipebombs? where's the thinkpiece about how dead boy detectives was fascist this whole time?

Interesting, when a bunch of TRAs decide to try and pressure bookstores or companies to not platform or sell Harry Potter related products, that's a "grassroots, public, organically generated boycott"

But when feminists pressure companies to not platform rape games it's a "Right-wing, Christian fundamentalist-funded slippery-slope attack on Queer Media"

Talons and Tea Leaves chapter is finished.

First I just want to say Professor Trelawney’s Divination class was eventful wasn’t it. With her making a fuss over Harry’s cup and making him not only worried but everyone else to. But honestly it worried me as well because the Grim that was in his cup does sound like it connects to the monster dog Harry saw earlier even Ron pointed that out. And with Sirius and the Dementors on grounds man this is even more stressful then the last books. However I do also agree with Hermione and McGonagall. Harry is not going to die at all… at least NOT ON MY WATCH OK ???????!!!!!!!!!

Second Hagrid’s first Care of Magical Creatures lesson was also eventful. Like Harry I was hoping that his first lesson would go really well and honestly I bet it would of if Draco would’ve just calm down and shut up but nooooo he had to be jealous and he just had to insult Buckbeak didn’t he 🙄 I do hope Draco is ok but now because of him milking his injury Hagrid could possibly already be fired. If he is I do hope he can still be Keeper of the Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts I have no doubt Dumbledore will vouch for him no questions asked. Also Harry’s ride with Buckbeak was so freaking cool I loved it. Buckbeak and the Hippogriffs seems awesome in my opinion but then I am biased because I just love animals. I can see why Hagrid is the way he is somewhat ngl but still please be careful Hagrid we need you here !

Last but certainly not least let’s talk about Harry, Ron, and Hermione all going to check on Hagrid afterwards. Man my beans are so sweet. I did find it hilarious when Hagrid sobered up and told Harry to go back to the castle though. Crazy but a little hilarious at the same time awwww. And oh let’s not forget Sir Cadogan he was great and deserves the spotlight along with Buckbeak this chapter lmao.
