This ( TWENTY-SEVEN ) year old ( OWNER OF JILANI BAKERY )has been living in Chicago for ( TWENTY-SEVEN YEARS ) Some say that they are ( DEDICATED & ADVENTUROUS  ) as well as ( STUBBORN & FINICKY ) If they had a theme song, some might say that it would be ( NEXT - OLIVIA HOLT) All I know is that I can’t wait to see what they bring to the Windy City.

Being born in Chicago, when she was only a few days old, her teenage mother left her at the police station. No name, a way to track the young female, only a baby left in a police officer’s arms.

Harlow was moved from home to home in the foster system. That was until she was five and was then adopted by two females, when it became legal for same sex couples to adopt kids in 1995. 

BULLYING/HOMOPHOIA TW: She had grown up being bullied for having two moms instead of having a mom and a dad. Once Harlow had enough, she began to fight back, standing up for her parents, telling the other kids that they were better than her parents and trying to educate them that it was better to have two parents than just one and she still got the same love like any other child.

Her parents opened Jiliani Bakery a year after they adopted her. Harlow loved baking with them, she helped them with whatever they allowed her to. Every day after school and on the weekends she stayed there and when she was old enough to work there, she did. She helped create new recipes, helped make cakes, coffee, whatever it was, Harlow was an expert on it.

After high school, she went to college for business and culinary. Her mother’s passed the bakery down to her. Though, they are still the main owners and do come in from time to time to help her, they had put her in complete charge and trusts her with the company.

Harlow is the type that will stand up for anyone and she will stand up to people that piss her off. She easily gets angered, though, she tries not to.

When she puts her mind to something, she makes sure to do it until she gets it done/correct. She is incredibly stubborn as well. Trying to get through to her is like trying to carve into a concrete wall with an eraser.

At the bakery you are guaranteed new items every day. There isn’t one specific thing that is on the menu all the time. She likes to experiment with new things. Once seeing how many people like one certain item, she will occasionally keep it on the menu until she’s tired of making it. That also goes along with flavors of coffee. Of course she has the traditional black non flavored coffee but besides that she’s always switching up new things to see how well they work. 

She doesn’t care about gender/sexuality when it comes to people or dating. She’s just here for love. She flirts non-stop. No matter who you are, there’s a chance she will just start flirting without even realizing it herself. 

Just don’t get on her bad side and everything should be fine.
