6. Precautions for selection of suitable power supply Light strips are generally powered by DC12V/24V (direct current). When selecting a power supply to drive, select a power supply with appropriate power according to the length of the light strip to be installed. The total power of the light strip should be lower than 80% of the rated power of the power supply. For example: When you need to use a 5meter long COB light strip, the voltage of led strip is 24V, the power of the strip is 12W/meter, and the total power is 5*12W=60W. It should be equipped with a 24V 100W drive power supply. 7. Pay attention to insulation treatment After the light strip is installed, the light strip wire is connected to the power output end.
