Day 20:
Literally just restricting. I have never really tried a real diet, like keto diet or something because Iām just way too lazy for that. Also I feel like the higher fat in the keto diet would freak me out. But honestly I donāt really believe in different diets, like every year or so a new diet comes along and people think that they cracked the code to weight loss and I just donāt buy it. But yeah, restricting and maybe just eating clean for me.

Honestly, I canāt really remember the last time I ate fast food. Just the thought of it makes me feel sick to my stomach. I used to love it when I was younger though.

I guess anything with carbs in it. Itās really hard for me to resist, like the carbs are just calling out for me from the pantry or something. Weather itās candy or pasta or chips, it doesnāt matter. All carbs just make me go a bit crazy. And when you start it eat them, they are so dang hard to stop eating!!! Like whatās the deal with that??āš„ā

Day 17:
No, I mean not a diagnosed one at least. Iām not one to self diagnose either so Iām just going to leave it at no, however I would be delusional to say that my eating habits are healthy in any way. Iām not pro anything either which might seem hypocritical, but Iām just doing this for me in order to stay on track. But I donāt know, I certainly have the eating pattern and mentality of an 4n0rex1c person, Iām just missing the official diagnosis.

Day 15:
Iām pescatarian, which means that I eat fish, but no other meats. I donāt think that it has helped me to lose weight, because I became pescatarian long before I decided that I wanted to lose weight and back then I did it for a bunch of other reasons. However I have heard that it has helped a lot of people to lose weight. :))

Itās definitely unhealthy, unfortunately. Ideally I would do it in a healthy way, but I simply donāt have the patience and energy for that. Right now Iām just trying to lose as much weight as possible in as little time as possible, without having to exercise lol.

Day 12:
It really depends on the day or how hungry I am. I usually donāt eat any breakfast, but I always drink coffee in the morning āļø. Iām not sure if itās true but Iāve heard that it suppresses appetite. For lunch I donāt have anything in particular that I like to eat, if Iām restricting then I usually eat like some fruits š or something like that, and I usually have like an iced coffee again. For dinner itās whatever my parents make, since Iām still living alone, however I try to eat as little of the food as possible.

Day 10:
I guess the hardest thing I have had to give up is like my freedom or feeling of freedom. For example feeling hungry and feeling ok with going to the kitchen and grabbing something I feel like eating. Now everything is so restricted and regulated. It has not really been super hard to give up eating how I used to, but the knowledge that Iām not allowed to eat makes me want to eat even more if that makes sense.

Yes, when I was 14 I got scouted by a modeling agency and ever since then Iāve basically been called too big or been told to loose weight. But other than that, no, no one outside of that industry has ever commented on it in a negative way.

I donāt have a workout routine because I donāt work out at all haha. I wish I were the kind of person that enjoys working out because that would mean that I could eat more. However, now I eat as little as possible, and I donāt work out. I do like a good walk through!

I usually donāt binge anymore. I used to do it some time ago, then purge and restrict afterwards. I donāt really know the reason why I stopped, but now I feel not restrict. (Iām not saying I definitely wonāt do it again in the future, but I donāt to it regularly right now like I used to.)

The reason I want to do this is not really clear to me. I know I feel awful about how I look now and all I want is to be skin and bones. I feel like a cow, and even though I know Iām not it sucks. I guess Iām doing it for myself. For me to be able to look in a mirror and actually be happy about what I see.
