Day 20:
Literally just restricting. I have never really tried a real diet, like keto diet or something because Iā€™m just way too lazy for that. Also I feel like the higher fat in the keto diet would freak me out. But honestly I donā€™t really believe in different diets, like every year or so a new diet comes along and people think that they cracked the code to weight loss and I just donā€™t buy it. But yeah, restricting and maybe just eating clean for me.

Honestly, I canā€™t really remember the last time I ate fast food. Just the thought of it makes me feel sick to my stomach. I used to love it when I was younger though.

I guess anything with carbs in it. Itā€™s really hard for me to resist, like the carbs are just calling out for me from the pantry or something. Weather itā€™s candy or pasta or chips, it doesnā€™t matter. All carbs just make me go a bit crazy. And when you start it eat them, they are so dang hard to stop eating!!! Like whatā€™s the deal with that??āŒšŸ„āŒ

No, I mean not a diagnosed one at least. Iā€™m not one to self diagnose either so Iā€™m just going to leave it at no, however I would be delusional to say that my eating habits are healthy in any way. Iā€™m not pro anything either which might seem hypocritical, but Iā€™m just doing this for me in order to stay on track. But I donā€™t know, I certainly have the eating pattern and mentality of an 4n0rex1c person, Iā€™m just missing the official diagnosis.

Day 15:
Iā€™m pescatarian, which means that I eat fish, but no other meats. I donā€™t think that it has helped me to lose weight, because I became pescatarian long before I decided that I wanted to lose weight and back then I did it for a bunch of other reasons. However I have heard that it has helped a lot of people to lose weight. :))

Day 13:
Itā€™s definitely unhealthy, unfortunately. Ideally I would do it in a healthy way, but I simply donā€™t have the patience and energy for that. Right now Iā€™m just trying to lose as much weight as possible in as little time as possible, without having to exercise lol.

Day 12:
It really depends on the day or how hungry I am. I usually donā€™t eat any breakfast, but I always drink coffee in the morning ā˜•ļø. Iā€™m not sure if itā€™s true but Iā€™ve heard that it suppresses appetite. For lunch I donā€™t have anything in particular that I like to eat, if Iā€™m restricting then I usually eat like some fruits šŸŽ or something like that, and I usually have like an iced coffee again. For dinner itā€™s whatever my parents make, since Iā€™m still living alone, however I try to eat as little of the food as possible.

I donā€™t really have a particular thin$p0 blog like that, I just kind of look at random people when I want thin$p0. I do however get thin$p0 from like some celebrities, like Emma Chamberlain and Bella Hadid.

Day 10:
I guess the hardest thing I have had to give up is like my freedom or feeling of freedom. For example feeling hungry and feeling ok with going to the kitchen and grabbing something I feel like eating. Now everything is so restricted and regulated. It has not really been super hard to give up eating how I used to, but the knowledge that Iā€™m not allowed to eat makes me want to eat even more if that makes sense.

Yes, when I was 14 I got scouted by a modeling agency and ever since then Iā€™ve basically been called too big or been told to loose weight. But other than that, no, no one outside of that industry has ever commented on it in a negative way.

I donā€™t have a workout routine because I donā€™t work out at all haha. I wish I were the kind of person that enjoys working out because that would mean that I could eat more. However, now I eat as little as possible, and I donā€™t work out. I do like a good walk through!

I usually donā€™t binge anymore. I used to do it some time ago, then purge and restrict afterwards. I donā€™t really know the reason why I stopped, but now I feel not restrict. (Iā€™m not saying I definitely wonā€™t do it again in the future, but I donā€™t to it regularly right now like I used to.)

Day 5:
The reason I want to do this is not really clear to me. I know I feel awful about how I look now and all I want is to be skin and bones. I feel like a cow, and even though I know Iā€™m not it sucks. I guess Iā€™m doing it for myself. For me to be able to look in a mirror and actually be happy about what I see.
