arcane masterlist summary: headcanons of how you met/started dating jinx as a citizen of piltover

how you met

-ever since jinx was a young girl she knew she would never have positive interactions with the people from piltover, at least that's what she always thought; the people from up top were always so full of themselves, thinking they were better than people like jinx; over time tensions grew between the two when jinx began going 'rogue' and fulfilling her manic desires of causing havoc

-when jinx planned on going to piltover she never had any intentions of meeting new people (unless if it was to cause trouble) but there was something different about you, you looked like you didn't belong in piltover or anywhere for that matter, you looked angelic in the most eccentric way possible, she felt repulsed when she realized that she was thinking about a piltie who probably would run for the hills screaming if they saw her

-she was originally going to blow some shit up (literally) but when she noticed you she got sloppy and almost got herself noticed by some enforcers that were nearby, amidst all that chaos you pulled her out of sight and into a cramped alleyway, where she was left speechless and breathless for the first time by none other than a citizen of piltover

-after regaining her composure she shoved you off of her before asking why you would help her, waving 'pow-pow' around trying to intimidate and get you to reveal your true colors, for you to do the things the voices are saying your going to do (treat her like the scum of the earth and turn her in yourself for a big reward)

-she settles down after you tell her that you helped her because you knew who she was and thought she was pretty cool, jinx is dumbfounded because she still thinks you're lying but a part of her doesn't want to let you go just yet so she lets you tag along

how you start dating

-ever since then you simply accompanied jinx almost everywhere she went, it made her think that you were the one was actually crazy because why on earth would a citizen of piltover ever want to be near her?, let alone friends? or something more?; she takes some warming up to, trust issues and a piltie-tingle for when a piltie is nearby; jinx is the type of person who will never stop testing you to see if you will leave her, even after she declares you her "best friend or...whatever" she's still convinced that this is all just an act and you'll either leave her or turn her in

-has frequent nightmares about you turning her in and her having her trust obliterated once more, calming her down from these actually brings you two closer, far closer than either of you anticipated; the voices usually act up when she can't directly have you in her line of sight and they tell her that you've finally gotten sick of her and left her

-during a particularly tough episode she opens up about why she has such a tough time trusting others, especially piltover, you have a heart to heart about your struggles, fears, dreams, nightmares, etc and afterwards you two can't help but feel that the air around you has finally changed, relaxed

-as loud and confident as jinx is she wouldn't dare 'ruin' what you two have built over time, she knows that you consider her your best friend now and all but she's not too sure if you stare at her when she's not looking and think about what else you could be (you do); you end up being the one to break the newfound tension and tell her how you feel, based on her silence and that look in her eyes others would've thought that she meant rejection, however you know jinx now, better than anyone ever has and you also know that she is caught off guard by your sudden confession and is just waiting for you to jump at her and say "just kidding! I don't actually love you jinx, the enforcers are actually on their way" but it never comes, and instead you hold hands and that somehow is much more intimate than anything else

SAM ULEY

-has always worried about having his imprint not being able to handle his personality and him as a whole, but when he finds out you wrestle professionally? he's at your feet; admires the art that is beating people up (even if sometimes it's just for show)

-the way he finds out is funny because it happened when you were out on a date, a stranger tried to pick a fight with sam and you one-handedly flipped them onto the ground and act like it was no big deal; if he wasn't already in love with you he would've fallen at that moment

JACOB BLACK

-before he knew you were a professional wrestler he was protective and always thinking about your wellbeing, after though he felt the same way but for the people around you; loves that you can hold your own in a fight but is always ready to step in just in case

-begs you to teach him some moves and somehow incorporates them when he's in his wolf form, a big fan of watching you practice your wrestling moves; spars with you often, it always ends with him letting you put him in a submission (he's downbad lol)

PAUL LAHOTE

-always dreamed of having an imprint who could match his energy, his fire and presence; when he finds out about your profession let's just say that his mind quiets down for the first time, loverboy; the type to scream and cheer for you aggressively while you do your thing lol

-you two are a force to be reckoned with, a powerhouse couple tbh; his temper and power mixed with your skill and agility, equals everyone's biggest fear; he loves that his person is someone who calms and simultaneously excites him

EMBRY CALL

-when you first imprinted on each other you went on a long walk, spilling your secrets and dreams to one another; is amazed that you do what you love professionally, even if it means you beat people up for a living lol

-goes to all your shows and helps you train whenever he can, so in love with the idea that he can spar and play fight with you without worrying too much about hurting you, he does go easy on you 'cause he's a werewolf but for a human you're a tough cookie

-finds out you're a pro wrestler when he jokes that he can carry you but you can't carry him, you do end up picking him up and he turns into a schoolgirl lol he is so smitten with you after; his favorite pastime is doing things to annoy you so you manhandle him

-master at making wrestling puns and jokes; learns how to do wrestling moves to impress you, you are definitely impressed when he learns your signature move; patches you up when you get hurt, loves catering to you and when you dote on each other

QUIL ATEARA

-favorite pastime has always been sneaking up on people and either tackling them or carrying them onto his shoulders, is shocked when he tries to do this to you and you simply reverse the moves on him; still super protective over you even though you lowkey don't need it

-asks so many questions related to you being a professional wrestler, just wants to know everything, how you got into the sport, etc.; challenges you to different sporty-activities like running, push-ups, pull-ups, etc. and teases you if he wins

LEAH CLEARWATER

-though it took quite some time for her to warm up to you, once she does and finds out that you're a pro-wrestler she finds it badass and never fails to mention how cool you are; if anybody doesn't take you seriously or makes jabs towards your profession she always puts them in their place (p.s. don't make her mad)

-competitive in every sense of the word, even in things she knows nothing about, she'll figure it out; if you teach her how to wrestle she will become an even bigger menace that what she already is, the world should be afraid of her skills and loyalty to you

SETH CLEARWATER

-believes you can do no wrong even after he watches you completely obliterate somebody (or multiple people); looks at you with hearts and stars in his eyes while you train or fight; massages your shoulders before every fight lol like a coach

-picks up some moves scarily fast, so fast that you'd think he already knew how wrestle before meeting you; teaches you skills he's picked up from being a wolf, you incorporate them into your wrestling style which makes him feel so loved and a little shy

-your fans have always found it funny how downbad you both are for each other, the beginning being especially their favorite; there are so many compilations and edits that include your first impressions of each other

-you both ended up meeting at vidcon where you two vlogged the entire thing, filming your own point of view of getting ready to fly out to vidcon and even when you two met for the first time; this video on each of your channels becomes one of your most watched videos, second to your first video together/collaboration

-it was obvious to everyone who watched your first videos before you started dating that you both shared feelings for one another, but were too shy to say anything; so many compilations/edits of you two being really close and others mistaking you two for a couple; you have always matched each other's energy so well that your chemistry was hard to not notice, your fans were just waiting for one of you to confess already!

-he has lost people in his life before and he'll be damned if he loses you next, goes to extreme measures to ensure your safety and to keep the idea of you leaving him away from your mind; if you decide to make the mistake of deceiving him and attempting to escape, he will find and then isolate you until he can trust you again; to joel, trust means listening to everything he says and not stepping out of line, betraying that trust cuts deep for him but he doesn't make the same mistake twice

-joel is probably the scariest yandere to have because in his mind you are someone incapable of surviving alone and desperately need him to guide you and keep you safe; escaping him would be very difficult but your time would be extremely limited

ELLIE WILLIAMS

-congratulations you're so fucked lol, if she's the yandere that's after you then there is no possible way you can escape her unless (maybe) you play the part and she gets a bit comfortable enough to trust you with some supervised independence, but everything is a test with her and if you fail then she'll handcuff you two together

-you'll struggle with the idea of escaping your yandere with murderous tendencies but unless you're an experienced survivalist you're dying out there; she makes it impossible to breathe because of how attached she gets, being a light sleeper means she knows about every sigh and twitch you make when you're sleeping, (again) she will pretend to not hear you get out of bed at night but the moment you make it to the door she's already behind you

-to summarize, she's crazy in love with you (more like obsessed with the idea of you) and doesn't take no for an answer, good luck because if you do manage to escape yandere!ellie you may not make it far/will forever be looking over your shoulder

ABBY ANDERSON

-not the worst yandere but the best? when compared to those two (ellie/joel), she knows all your whereabouts and even bribes friends and other people around to keep tabs on you; super lowkey and chill around you unless you upset her by talking about wanting to do things she finds too dangerous for her

-her personality completely changes when she finds out you did/say something about wanting to get away from her, even if while she was gone all you said was that you didn't like the weather in seattle, which to abby that meant you hate her and want to run as far away from her as possible; her way of protecting you (and preventing you from wanting to leave her) is doing almost everything for you without shame, this is her way to express love and possession

-basically, she's reached a point of no return with love thanks to you and having you leave her/escape would break her emotionally and probably physically, though she does everything to prevent it if it were to happen she'd probably be too heartbroken to go after you
