7:00 take a hot shower. I usually take a hot shower in the evening and a colder shower in the morning to wake me up. Both have different benefits, so itโ€™s good to balance them out.
7:25 change into pyjamas and moisturise your whole body.
7:35 skincare. make sure you have a fairly simple skincare routine so you can do it daily without it being to overwhelming, and that the products work for your skin type.
7:50 make a fruit smoothie. I like to make a healthy smoothie a bit before i go to bed to get glowy skin. You can find many recipes on Tiktok or Pinterest.
8:00 meditate. Meditating calms the mind and builds a connection with your mind and body.
8:30 bullet journal, i like to do this to reflect on my day. Bullet journaling can be as personal as you want it, and if you donโ€™t have a physical book to write in, use your phone or your notes app. They work just the same.
8:45 watch a movie/show in bed.
9:20 make a warm tea to drink before i go to sleep, then brush my teeth once itโ€™s finished.
10:00 go to sleep.

6:55 wake up, get changed and brush my teeth.
7:00 do a smaller skincare routine, i donโ€™t usually use things like my eye creams in the morning like i do at night.
7:10 do my makeup.
7:25 style my hair.
7:40 eat a healthy breakfast. Donโ€™t make skipping breakfast a usual thing in your daily schedule. Eating a form of breakfast will get your body ready for the rest of the day.
7:55 do a workout. I like to do some pilates, or a simple workout at the start of my day to get my body moving. I follow lots of Youtube routines, i recommend looking there if youโ€™re wanting to find one.
8:25 drink a glass of water. Water helps flush your system out, which is great for weight loss.
8:28 check my phone. I donโ€™t go on my phone much during the day, this is the time i use to message people and go on my socials. I usually go on it again about 6pm.
8:40 make a cup of coffee.
8:45 read for 20 mins.

Steps to be That Girl this summer ๐ŸŽง
1. Bullet journal everyday, make fun spreads and look on Pinterest for inspo. You can even do it on your phone/notes app if you can't buy a physical journal. Journaling helps to reflect over your day, and to see the positives out of a bad day.
2. Have a good skincare routine. Make sure your products are good for your skin type, and that your routine isn't too long or overwhelming for you to do everyday. Skincare isn't something you should skip every few days, so make sure it works for you.
3. Exercise and move your body. This will help grow your mindset and encourage you to do more during the day. This could be a morning run, or a pilates workout at noon, anything that works for you.
4. Wake up early. This enables you to be more motivated during the day, you could use the extra time you have in the morning to go for a run or make a healthy breakfast etc.
5. Stay hydrated. This helps with acne, headaches and so much more. Drinking water will enable you to feel so much happier and awake. If you don't like the taste of water, put fruit in it or get an Air Up bottle.
6. Keep your room/workspace clean. This motivates you to do more as you feel more put together and organised. Cleaning your room will make you feel more relaxed at the end of a day.
7. Stay off your phone. Doing more physical hobbies like art, playing an instrument or baking for example, will make you feel brighter during the day.
8. Romanticise this season, make mood boards and watch summer movies. Make this summer enjoyable and fun by using the hot weather to its advantage. Go out and see your friends, sunbathe and drink lemonade and go out during the late nights.
9. Listen to podcasts, they can motivate you so much. Listen to Emma Chamberlain while you're getting ready, or Olivia Neale as you're walking to work/school.
