Not the end for me!
Soooo. I didn’t write something since a long time ago, but my travel of 8 months was planned and there I go!
So it will be too difficult for me to maintain my “blog's rythm”. I will enjoy my trip and do a little bit of exercices each day : a lot of stretching and LISS. 15-30min per day will be very good for me (and my boyfriend xp).
This isn’t the end of something, I still have my “perfect body” in mind. I know that my menus are not healthy for the moment, but it can only get better :)!

Today’s menu : 
Breakfast : orange juice, cake
Lunch : Pizza
Dinner : Dumplings, with rice and salad
Yesterday’s night was so funny :) we drunk a lot and went in a karaoke bar ! We had so much fun ! Even if it’s not good for me x’D (too much alcohol!)!

Today’s menu :  - Breakfast : Cornflakes, orange juice - Lunch : Pide with spinach and mozzarella - Afternoon : Coffee - Dinner : Pasta with pesto, cake and coffee for dessert It was a shopping day :p We have walked all the afternoon and find some nice clothes !

Today’s menu :  - Breakfast : Cornflakes, croissant - Lunch : Quiche, salad - Afternoon : Bread, chocolate, biscuits - Dinner : Salad (avocado, eggs, tomato, mozzarella) Today we went on a thermal spring and it was so nice <3! I feel relaxed all day :3

Today’s menu :  - Lunch : Meat and potatoes, biscuits for dessert - Dinner : Pasta with Feta and Pesto Currently i’m woke up late and don’t eat breakfast because it’s already time to eat lunch x’D I’m not very a “morning person”... But I do my workouts :’D! Today was an “abs session”, I find it less difficult than legs session - my weak point!

End of the week 9

I think my workouts begin to pay :)!
I can see that my abs shows up more than before - even if I still have my “love handles” and my tiny belly! I must say that I've always had a belly, so I think it will take me more time to have a perfect flat belly... About my legs : my cellulite on thighs and butt are practically gone :) I have legs very tonic and muscular now, it feels so good :)! Last part that I must work yet is the part between legs : it’s an harsh part to strenghten!
When I see my “day 1″ picture, I’m proud of myself ! Even if I’m not as muscular as other person who do kayla’s guide, I think I’m a lot better than before :)! I lost a bit of weight also, but most important is that I can wear again a dress which at the beginning of summer I couldn't wear anymore :D For me, it means what it means!
