hung out with old friends who i haven’t seen in like 4 years yesterday and omg!!!!
like when i walked in they were all telling me how much i had a glow up and yall these are men that used to call me feb (fake emo bitch) who were now trying to pmu to their friends and calling me fine asf
i feel so happy that change is visible and achievable like that was such motivation yall

losing weight has been so easy since i actually started watching what i’m eating instead of just counting calories. thinking about what i’m putting into my body and breaking down each individual ingredient has helped me so so so much!!
like instead of a 60 cal cookie i opt for a 60 cal apple. although the cals are the same their contents are SO different!
this process has also helped me stop eating so much junk food especially food with grease. if it looks nasty or it’s something i wouldn’t eat individually than it has no right in my body.
this has also shrunken my meals and in turn my stomach aswell which is useful since i physically can’t overeat without getting sick now. throwing up is infinitely worse than hunger pangs, sometimes it’s better to stop eating while you’re ahead.
besides eating better i also run at least a quarter mile every day, running is god awful especially as a smoker but it’s such easy cardio that i’ve found actually works for me
all this is to say that once you ACTUALLY put in work you’ll ACTUALLY reap the rewards!! i’ve come to realize that change isn’t impossible, in fact it’s quite attainable to those who reach out for it and make it happen. things don’t happen on their own YOU make it happen, YOUR life, YOUR body, YOUR responsibility! if you want change make it happen!!!

You don't have to eat. No one is forcing you to eat. The food will be there later. You can always have some later. Right now, just focus on getting the body you want…it's not like the food is going to disappear and you will never be able to have it again. You are so close to your goal, so why give in now? Why give in to something you have already tasted a million times…You know what it tastes like, so you don't need it. You know how easy it is to undo all your progress, so just avoid the food. It's not the end of the world. It's actually quite disgusting how food obsessed you are. Think about other things for once.
