BMSAC were commissioned by Waverley Council to design and paint several murals on the iconic Bondi Beach in Sydney. The purpose of the paintings is to raise awareness about the harmful effects that littering has on our marine life.

A selection of photos from some recent paintings commissioned for the Tankstream Lab's office building in Sydney CBD.
The patterns were completed to represent an archway that connected two of the start-up companies using the office space (along a hallway). It was quite a challenge to paint onto the ceiling, but the end result was quite rewarding.
The Mario Bros. designs were painted in an area that will become the 'games room' for the office. The theme was chosen due to the nostalgic appeal of Mario for a lot of the employees.

This is the final product of our collaborative mural completed over four days in Katoomba, the Blue Mountains. The video documents the process over these cold, but sunny days and was shot and edited by Adam Scarf. Special thanks to Jarrod from Blue Mountains Street Art Collaborative (BMSAC) who set up the whole project. And thanks to everyone who came down on the days to either help out or watch it all coming together.
The mural itself is situated on the other side of a car-park from a children’s primary school. Thus, the theme of musical animals in a fantasy landscape, applied with bright and playful colours, seeks to remove the dark and grey aesthetic of the carpark and make it more accessible for the local community (particularly the children and parents of the primary school). Although the subject matter is largely based on fantasy, it does reference the Blue Mountains in regards to the situation atop a hill looking over a distant landscape and rolling hills, and the vibrancy of the animals (and music) refers to the vitality of local art and culture that is alive in Katoomba.
The music was provided by the extremely talented Vanilla from the UK. Check out his sounds here:

Some shots of the mural I painted for the OnePiece Flagship store in Oxford Street, Paddington. The design was appropriated from their 'Marius' design, inspired from traditional Norwegian patterns. Quite a challenge to paint atop a four metre ladder perched on a rusty old roof!
