Look, I'm not telling you to put this in your fanfic or anything, I just had this insane thought pop into my head after I saw your latest post.

"Maybe it would've been better for all of us if you just stayed in Peterson's house."

When Enzo said that, I just stilled in my place. I couldn't believe he just said that to me, but I guess maybe it's something he's been wanting to say for a while.

I didn't yell back, I didn't react, I didn't do anything. I just stood there and looked at my shoes. Maybe that's what made Enzo worry, the fact that I hadn't said anything yet. Maybe that's why he finally reached out a hand to me after I stood frozen for so long.

"Nicky, I'm sorry. I didn't mean -"

"No. No.", I said, interrupting him. "You're right."

He kept shaking his head and trying to apologize, but I didn't want to listen.

"Maybe it would've been better if I just stayed gone.", I said, little to no emotion in my tone. "Because maybe then, I wouldn't have had to come back to a world like this, a world where I'm treated like the bad guy for such bullshit things."

I turned around and walked away from Enzo, leaving him standing there in his regret.

Interesting . . .

I'll tell you this, I do have a plan for a similar situation like this in my fanfic between him and Enzo, in fact it was almost exactly like this.

About a week ago I posted this.

I’ve been getting horrible messages like this in my ask for months, including:

After getting the message saying “Just go kill yourself” I was completely done dealing with this person’s horrible messages and replied with just an “Okay.” and logged off tumblr.

About a week later I logged back on with 17 messages in my ask, most of them from the anon. I scrolled down and at first when I logged off, the anon messaged me things like

I scrolled up more and all of a sudden they started sending me more and more messages like

This was extremely surprising to me. I thought “After all those horrible messages you sent to me for MONTHS about hating me and wanting me dead, you say ‘sorry’ and that you ‘cant be responsible for someone’s suicide’?”

But I guess the lesson goes like this:

DONT TELL ANYONE TO KILL THEMSELVES UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR WHAT MIGHT ACTUALLY HAPPEN
