Age can be a weird thing for headmates as is, but since P1 is the original blueprint that all the other Dude's are created from, his age reflects when he was finally kicked from the front, AKA when P2 took the body over after their psychotic break that lead to the massacre of '97. When P1 went dormant he stopped aging and "got stuck", for lack of a better term i guess, at age 22.

And his age really only affects how he looks in headspace and dresses the body when in control. Dude's entire system shares memories and information amongst themselves (assuming it isnt repressed abuse or something) so no one acts more immature than the other or too vastly different when in control of the body. Like I said, they try to stay hidden to keep themselves safe, switches look more like fluctuating moods than a whole new person to a stranger. They don't exactly have a good relationship with mental health facilities.

P2 & P4 age with the body, P3 is locked in at age like.... 40? ish? When he was spawned after the suicide attempt.
