3rd Year Artwork Project 2. Each and everyone one of us have a light within, which has been lit from our arrival into this world how bright your light shines is down to YOU. The people which we hold dear within our hearts, the people we come into contact with day to day, these people have an impact upon how we grow as a person and upon how we see ourselves. The light that you have however big or small just know that it touches someone that's close to you whoever you are aware or not. How is death represented? How is the celebration of life represented? How do you hold on to the sweet memories? Is it through a picture? Is it an artefact? We all have different forms of remembering a friend or family member. How does an artist visualise such a subject matter? DEATH in a form of remembrance? THIS IS MY FORM.

One of my art projects. Paragraph from my essay briefly explaining what this piece is about 'What makes us who we are? What determines how we are percieved? Culture, religion, gender, age, race, choices. As humans we are a judgmental race, at times failing to acknowledge a past or unknown story, before putting our guard up very quickly.' Art theme was-(Identity) - Before a person or an object can be given an identity you have to unravel it's structure to it's core from the 'layers' which form that full identity. It is only when you 'peel' off a persons experience that you really begin to UNDERSTAND/ APPRECIATE /UNAPPRECIATE what forms the person. #Artlife #Art #sculpture #identity
