stuff i want to see myself do this year

1. write a book, even a bad one

2. walk more, drink more water

3. sleep regularly, rest my body

4. experiment as much as i like

5. do things in increments, to be kinder to my future self

6. be kinder to people, and to myself

7. find a way to incorporate social and environmental justice into my life. the time for just thinking about it is over.

Something not everybody in my life understands is that the way they talk and their behaviour towards me always attaches itself to some of my traumas, like a magnet. It sticks their till I no more can keep quite, it sucks out all the positivity from within me and I start hating them but then I hate myself more. You either create a new demon for me Or add mass to my old monsters.
