Hey, a blog I used to follow (nonbinary support) reblogged a post talking about how “trans men are the men of trans people” and I really advise all of y’all to stay away from them. It scared me, because I’ve been following them for some time, and they’re supposed to be for nonbinary support. You cannot support nonbinary people while also being transandrophobic. You can’t. I unfollowed them, and will probably block them like I did with another blog, a popular sex ed blog, and I’d really advise y’all to do the same. Trans men are men, but they are NOT privileged over other groups because of them being TRANS MEN. Nobody is privileged for being trans!

I had a dream a while ago that I was walking down a winding road in a forest in the middle of the night and there were several signs along the road. One of them had a picture of Dr house on it and it said “are you gay” and there were two buttons underneath labeled yes and no. And if you pressed the yes button a fire hose would spray at you
This is exactly what it looked like

Messaging people for the first time is so hard. What am I supposed to say? Like, "You seem really odd and your blog intrigues me. Do you want to have philosophical conversations or perhaps talk about fictional characters?" What! Whatever. I will just follow you back and stare at your blog with my big beautiful brown eyes.

I think "never kill yourself" is one of the funniest phrases to come out of the internet in recent times. Deeply silly but also captures the importance of experiences one might think frivolous or inconsequential.

It's not inherently harmful to want to have unconventional or non-human body parts. Your body is your own, do what you like with it.

it's so funny to me that conservatives think the reason university students become more liberal is because of the actual course material and not like. the fact that universities in the US introduce are oftentimes the first place Americans are introduced to a walkable environment with affordable health care, with community spaces for any affiliation under the sun where they give you free resources and cheap food. with included public transit and opportunities for training in your field of choice. and you realize that for how much you're spending on tuition/taxes, yeah, you do deserve these things, it would be insane not to have those. and then you graduate and go back to having to buy a car to drive 20 minutes to the grocery store.

I get that some folks hate Shrek for ushering in an age of irreverant genre comedies, but something the irreverent comedies and Shrek detractors forget is that movie had heart
Shrek was, at its core, a story about how othering and marginalization impacts the psyche and causes us to weaken our trust in ourselves and our relationships with others.

This is the game they made a brain rot movie of and it is kinda sad seeing such a big piece of nostalgia turned into something that is clearly not geared towards the age group who was raised with it. They could’ve made something so beautiful and at least tried to replicate that magical feeling of being a kid and discovering/learning everything this game has to offer whilst the soft music plays in the background.
