ドアは片扉なのでJR北海道かな？電気式気動車は環境的経済的に芳しくなかったからかな？ハイブリッドは特別な車両ばっかなのに普通の車両としても入れる方針になったんかな？

行き先が新習志野と思った人がいたらしく実際は大崎でりんかい線と直接接続して大崎からは70-000形と連結して牽引と思ったら機関車と共にJR東日本東京総合車両センターへ入庫
