Idk if you’ve done this before but what muppet would you assign to each MCR member?

okay. had to think on this for a few days. there was much to consider.

ray = rowlf. steady, easy going presence. very heartfelt kind of guys. heavily associated with their respective instruments. right hand to the leader. and his ears remind me of rays hair 💕

mikey way = pepe. i was originally going to go with beaker (tall, weird speech) but mikey has pulled mad bitches and you can’t do that without some kind of aura. Lanky. Bug like. Charismatic. WEIRD.

frank = rizzo. this one is easy peasy! they’re both mischievous. loyal. incredibly passionate and opinionated. small, loud, more aggressive than the others, but no less kind. also, fun fact, rizzo is canonically the only muppet from new jersey.

gerard = gonzo. I know most people associate them with miss piggy, and while they both have the diva factor, miss piggy isn’t weird enough to be gerard. gonzo however…. has the unapologetically strange element, the artistry, the fashion sense and the gender weirdness.

i rest my case.

I like how the homestuck pilot stuff is just giving everyone a rude awakening that a lot of indie creators know each other and respect each others work and that your individual cringe does not exist in a vacuum. And that at the end of the day you’re all clowns.
