Made a small lil’ LotR art — It’s Faramir and Pippin in Gondor, and Faramir is thanking Pippin for saving him from… y’know, being burned alive by Denethor.

Btw, Faramir is crouching down to hug Pippin, so it‘s not that Pippin is insanely tall now or anything!!!😂

Fell on a wet/slippery set of stairs (it was raining, the steps were outdoors to get inside to the second floor of the main school building, and I was sprinting up the stairs to get to class) (I have a giant bruise on my shin because they were metal stairs), pollen allergies are killing me, there’s a random scratch on my thumb that I have no idea where it came from, I only got 4 hours of sleep, I have muscle knots everywhere, and I’ve discovered that I probably have a hemorrhoid.

I’m having such a great day.

Going to school, tired as hell, but it was worth it drawing that fanart last night (or should I say earlier this morning?). Even if my cat, Pippin (yes he was named after Pippin from LotR, my mum named him that) was rubbing me and bothering me the entire time.

Bro it’s literally 3am for me right now (I’m nocturnal, okay?!) and school is in 3.5 hours but I just finished this fanart that is basically a sequel to my “the little hobbits always sleep in a pile” drawing!!! (This one only took me 1HR 45MINS though)

Lord of the rings fanart (I also posted this on Pinterest “phillip~”): Contains our favourite 4 hobbits sleeping in a pile. The drawings represent how I think they would sleep in a pile; Frodo and Merry at the base of the pile, with both laying on their little hobbit bellies, Merry having an arm around Frodo’s back. Then Pip is laying on top of both of them on his belly (with his arms splayed out like an eagle) — and finally, Sam sleeps laying his back against the pile of three, in a sitting-up position for sleepy time. Of course, Pip is thinking about pints (they come in pints?!) in his sleep both pre-journey and during the journey. However, you can see in the during journey pile that he is also thinking about the lembas bread (how many did you eat? four)!

Bro I gotta talk about LOTR stuff for a hot moment.

I started watching the movies again recently and back when I was 5-7 years old, I had like the BIGGEST crush on Frodo (ridiculous, I know)! I WAS EVEN FRODO FOR HALLOWEEN IN 2020 (I was much older than the time I had a crush on Frodo though)!

That’s not my main point though. Lemme get to the main idea here — so the way that I tell the difference between Merry and Pippin is hilarious! In my head, I think “the cuter one is Merry”. CRAZY, RIGHT?😂 But can you blame me? Merry is a cute one.

I came up with this thought process because the moment I saw Merry in the first movie, I was like “DANGGGGGGGG, HE CUTE”. (RIP me, I’m really gay😂) And pretty much the entire first two movies, I was focused on the movies but every time Merry was on screen, I would have an internal conflict with myself deciding whether he’s cute or not.

After watching Two Towers with my mum, stepdad, and stepsis though (we are having a LOTR movie marathon), I thought to myself “…okay yeah, I have a little crush on Merry”.😂 No one I know even knows that I have a crush on him — I just prefer admitting this to the internet where anyone can see this (but no one I know, except for 2-3 friends who don’t have Tumblr, knows I’m on Tumblr anyways).

So yeah, I just wanted to vent about my crush on Merry for a while. My hands hurt from typing this, so CYA LATER!

Decided to practice drawing chibi characters for the first time in 7 years and since I love LOTR, I decided to draw our four favourite hobbits in the fellowship.

(My personal favourite drawing is Merry and Pippin, Merry looks so adorable 😍)
