AUGH??!!

just found out i’m one person away from jimmy page.

i was reading “the hammer of the gods” and it mentioned how jimmy lived in feltham (the town where my grandparents are from) for a bit when growing up.

so naturally i google what school jimmy page went to whilst he lived there, it was hanworth road school.

okay but whatever still a big town right aha doesn’t mean him and either of my grandparent’s ever interacted.

i ask my nan what junior school my grandad went to. It was hanworth road school.

Jimmy and my Grandad were both born in 1944. (Jimmy born in january, my grandad was born in april)

They were IN THE SAME YEAR AT SCHOOL.

MY GRANDAD AND JIMMY PAGE WENT TO SCHOOL TOGETHER.

MY GRANDAD. AND JIMMY PAGE. WERE IN THE SAME YEAR AT SCHOOL.

BUT NOT ONLY WERE THEY IN THE SAME YEAR. THEY WERE IN THE SAME CLASS.

THEY PROBABLY WOULDVE WALKED PAST EACH OTHER MULTIPLE TIMES.

THEY BOTH SAT IN THE SAME CLASSROOM FOR YEARS.

my grandad has no recollection of this given the fact it was in junior school and they would’ve been between the ages of 8-11 whilst they were there.

but next time i see him i am going to grill this man for any type of recollection of little james page that i can.

Saw Robert Plant in concert yesterday! Here’s the photos I took

I’m not a fan of bluegrass, the style they play now, so it wasn’t as magical of a concert as I hoped. But I DID see him in the flesh, so that is a bucket list experience!

UPDATE! The tickets have shown up in my account. I have no clue why they took so damn long to get here.

I posted a couple months ago about going to see Robert Plant live, but since then, the ticket company hasn’t gotten me my tickets! I paid a lot of money to go, but because their system sucks, I haven’t actually gotten them. I don’t think I’ll be able to go after all 😭 I’m sorry, but I won’t be able to take pictures and videos and stuff like I promised 😢
