I surf the net trying to avoid reality. Escaping into this virtual world with aim to forget my problems. Is this what my life has become? My phone always in hand constantly cheching for msgs or updates. I used to study sometimes, now i dont even care. Why should i? I hate myself, my life, and the only thing keeping me going is my friends and family. It’s like living a hollow life without hope.

I dont know why, but i feel so sad. I mean there is no specific reason for it but still. You know that crippling feeling you get like you are dreading something you haven't even done. Time kind of slows down, you can hear you heart beat increasing, breathing becomes hard and it feels like your organs twisting inside you. I hate when there are people with you but you still feel alone. How are people able to trust others.....
