To celebrate our third anniversary, I painted Paul a picture of his house. I only wanted to tear it up a few times. Not the best but I didn't draw it out before and I kept changing the scale of it. Let's hope he likes it when her gets home tonight!

I'm so excited to say I finally received my second Influenster box in the mail! It's for weddings! I've already been to two this year and have at least one more this year so I can't wait to really put everything to use! Official review of everything to come, I may eat all the snacks now...

Influenster Review: Reese's Spreads

"I signed up for Influenster in January because I was bored. The Internet is pretty good at eating up my time, and I knew of a Tumblr user or two who were members of the site and liked the perks, so I signed myself on up. It seemed silly at first. I took a lot of surveys and connected all of my social networking accounts. I reviewed products on Influenster, not even store websites, which seemed pointless because Influenster doesn’t seem to have an audience outside of its reviewers." Via- in backyards 

Basically a ditto to me, but it was December and I needed something to distract myself from real work (probably not a good decision but I got the work done...)

Just around New Years, I was told I was getting a Vox Box for Reese's Spreads! Sounded yummy to me, I was up for the challenge of tasting and reviewing. 

Well, my first box arrived yesterday, and boy was I excited to get it open and try it. The packaging, and labeling of the container, was totally inline with the Reese's brand with the bright orange and yellows. 

Taken straight from the package:

Perfect Pairings:

Pita Chips, Pretzels, Vanilla Wafers, Banana Chips, Fruit, and Bacon!

I decided to try it out on a green apple (I'm a little reluctant to try it with bacon just yet...) 

When I first opened the jar, I had to smell it. Does it smell like a Reese's Cup even though it doesn't look like one? Most. Definitely.  I could inhale for days! 

Next up was the taste test, before you know, trying it on a perfectly good apple.  It tasted just as great as it smelled. Time for the real test. 

How did it taste on the apple? Wonderfully. I even went back for more because one spoonful was just not enough.  And okay, I really just wanted some leftovers to snack on without the apple.  

Overall: Delicous! I even licked the plate clean. And I'm pretty sure I have some spreads remaining on my teeth and possibly face.  Worth trying if you're looking for a new snack.  Plus it isn't terribly bad for you!
