Most fighters spend their entire lives training to one day be the champion of the world in their weight class. They subject themselves through grueling training regimens, extreme eating habits and even forgo being with loved ones to obtain their dreams. They Eat, sleep, and dream boxing. Then there is Bryant Jennings, a father, a loving grandson and a hard working individual at the Federal Reserve in Philadelphia who walked into ABC gym and took up boxing as a hobby unbeknownst to the pure raw talent as a fighter. Convinced he had what it took, Jennings joined the ranks as a pro Heavy Weight and in only 6 short years and 19 fights his undefeated record has gained him the right to take on the current WORLD CHAMPION heavyweight in a bout that will return the championship belt back to its rightful place on American soil all the while keeping his day job. Bryant who recently signed with Roc Nation sports is the kind of person that epitomizes the fact that if you work hard enough for something you will gain the success you were looking for. And for that reason we are honored to spotlight our first and only boxing client @byjennings in this edition of #PlayerSpotlight with a Pescetarian dish that is as humbly unique as Bryant himself | The #ByByThaChamp | A Parmesan Crusted Halibut | Bell Pepper and Sweet Potato Hash | #FoodLoveSports™ #ChefBella #BoxingEdition #HBOBoxing #BryantJennings

Player Spotlight: John Wall, Washington Wizards.
Welcome Back to our weekly #PlayerSpotlight. This week we are highlighting the amazing career of the young Wizards star John Wall. The Kentucky Alumni was highly sought after in the 2010 NBA Draft and has been full steam ever since.
The Emergence of John Wall (The Early Years).
After an impressive high school career that boasted many awards, records and accolades, Wall was recruited by the University of Kentucky, Duke, Georgia Tech, and the University of Kansas before committing to the University of Kentucky in May 2009. He started his college career off suspended from the first exhibition game and first regular season game for accepting Travel Benefits from a AAU coach who was a certified Agent at the time Wall entered his college year. When his suspension was lifted for exhibition games, Wall lead his team with 27 points and 9 assist in 28 minutes. In his first regular season against Miami, he would hit the game winning shot with 5 seconds left on the clock, leading to a win and ending the game with 19 pts, 2 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals. In Dec 2009, Wall would set a UK game single assist record with 16, 11 in the first half but failing to reach a double digits for the first time in his career.
THE ROAD TO THE NBA.
In 2009 John Wall the then Fifth Year Senior and 19 years old was eligible for the 2009 NBA draft by NBA rules stating a player must be 19 years of age and one year removed from High School. Officials were not sure if Wall had met the second criteria to enter the draft. Many Speculated that Wall would enter the draft and be selected at the #1 over all pick, however in April 2009 Wall decided to for go the draft and attended the University of Kentucky.
After an Impressive freshmen year at Kentucky, Wall announced that he would forgo his final three seasons at Kentucky and enter the 2010 NBA draft where he once again was expected to be selected with the first overall pick. In May he signed with agent Dan Fegan. In June 2010 Wall signed an lucreative endorsement deal with Reebok and became the face of their latest shoe. On June 24th 2010, John Wall was selected first overall by the Washington Wizards prompting the Mayor of Washington DC to declare June 25th, John Wall Day.
The Great Wall Rookie
The 2010 NBA Summer League was all about the leagues latest Number One draft pick. The world wanted to see if he would live up to hype of his highly larger than life reputation. Wall would go on to be named the Summer Leagues Most Outstanding Player averaging 23.5 pts, 7 assist, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals. His NBA debut came in a loss to the Orlando Magic. In his first home game, he tied a franchise record of Nine steals becoming only the second player in NBA history to record nine steals in the first three games. In November 2010, Wall recorded his first triple double of 19 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assist. He was the third youngest player to record a triple double in NBA history. John Wall was named MVP of the Rookie Game in the 2011 All Star Game. John would finished second to Blake Griffin for the Rookie of the Year award.
Sophomore Season (2011-12)
Wall would play in and start all of the Wizards' 66 games during the 2011–12 lockout shortened season. He was selected to play in the NBA All Star Weekend Rising Star Challenge. He was drafted to play for Team Chuck, a mix of rookies and sophomores.
Three years as a Pro!!!!! (2012-13)
Wall missed the beginning of the 2012–13 because of a knee injury. In January 2013, he returned against the Atlanta Hawks to a standing ovation, scoring 14 points, handing out 4 assists, and gaining 2 rebounds in a Wizards win. In March 2013, Wall was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played between March 11 and March 17.
In a road game against the Los Angeles Lakers on March 22, Wall recorded 24 points, 6 rebounds and 16 assists (a career high) in a win. On March 25, in a win over the Memphis Grizzlies, Wall scored a career-high 47 points to go along with 7 rebounds and 8 assist.
John Wall coming into his prime!!!!! The 2013-14 Season.
On July 31, 2013, Wall, labeled by the Wizards as a designated player, signed a five-year contract extension worth approximately $80 million.[31]
On January 22, 2014, Wall recorded his second career triple-double with 28 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a 111-113 overtime loss to the Boston Celtics.[32]
On January 30, 2014, Wall was selected as an East reserve for the 2014 NBA All Star Game, making this his first All-Star selection. In February 2014, Wall was voted the dunker of the night in the 2014 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, with a double pump reverse assisted by the Wizards' mascot, making it the first win by a Washington Wizard.
In February 2014, Wall had 31 points and 9 assists as the Wizards won a triple overtime game against the Raptors 134-129. It was the franchise’s first triple-overtime game since 1975. In March 2014, Wall recorded a career high 16 assists, along with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals, in a 122-103 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Wizards finished as the 5th seed in the East, qualifying for the playoffs for the first time in six years. They went on to defeat the Chicago Bulls 4 games to 1 in their first round playoff match-up. They went on to the second round where they were defeated by the Pacers in 6 games.
With the 2014-15 season right around the corner, John and the Washington Wizards are gearing up to prove that their play off run was not just a fluke. With his Star shining bright John Wall has proven that he is one of the future Super Star Faces of the NBA. And that is why he is this weeks #PlayerSpotlight

Player Spotlight: Rudy Gay, Sacramento Kings
This week's Player Spotlight goes to the Sacramento Kings Star Small Forward Rudy Gay. Rudy has been a staple player since his 2006 draft and his coming up on his 8th year in the league....Not to mention Rudy has one of those smiles you cant forget. So because of his tenure and his gorgeous smile we have chosen the Team USA Gold Medalist as this weeks player of the week...
The High School Phenom...
After being sought after by several top private schools in his hometown of Baltimore. Rudy decided to attend Eastern Technical High School but transferred to Archbishop Spaulding High of the Baltimore Catholic League in his sophomore year. At Archbishop, Gay would make First Team All-Baltimore Catholic League honors as a junior and senior. He would also be Baltimore Suns co-player of the year. He was named Washington Post All Met Basketball Player of the Year, became a McDonald's All-American, and a Parade First Team All-American in his senior year averaging 21 ppg, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks.
During his senior year, Gay's college recruitment would cause NCAA controversy between the University of Maryland and the University of Connecticut. Rudy would be recruited and make a decision to attend UConn over the University of Maryland. Rudy expressed a desire to attend the University of Maryland because as a child it was the school he rooted for but ultimately chose UConn. The controversy came with the heavy involvement of an AAU coach and a high school coach, there was the appearance of impropriety, although no NCAA recruiting violations were discovered. The NCAA adopted a new scheduling rule after UConn paid $25,000 to schedule a game against the Beltway Ballers, an ad hoc AAU team that consisted of Gay's former teammates. Although it violated no standing rule at the time, media observers and Connecticut staff considered it directly connected to the recruitment.According to individuals close to Maryland head coach Gary Williams, the recruitment demonstrated that rule bending is often necessary to secure highly touted players, which Williams said he is unwilling to do, even at the expense of recruiting.
The UConn Husky......
In his freshmen season at UConn, Rudy Gay became the Co-Winner of the 2005 Big East Conference Freshman of the year award. He also received the National Freshman of the year award by Sports News.
Rudy would be invited to play on the Team USA Men's under 21 championship team where he a double-double averaging 10 points and 5 rebounds a game.
Rudy would be nominated for the Big East Preseason player of the year award in his sophomore year. Gay was one of four division one college players nominated for the Naismith College Player of the Year Award. Also, he was a unanimous selection to the Big East's First Team. He tallied his career high in points with 28 versus Arkansas in the second game of the 2005–2006 season. Gay led the UConn Huskies to a 30–3 record, often the highest scorer, before losing to #11 seed George Mason in the regional final, in overtime, 86–84.
Rudy Gay, The NBA Star......
Rudy would be widely regarded as a Top NBA Prospect. In April 2006 Rudy would announce his eligibility for the 2006 NBA draft. He was selected with the 8th overall pick to the Houston Rockets but would be traded to the Memphis Grizzlies for Shane Battier.
The Memphis Grizzlies Tenure...
Rudy would go on to sign a multi year deal with Memphis who acquired his draft rights from the Houston Rockets in July of 2006. Rudy would help the Grizzlies win 22 games where he averaged 10.8 points a game. He would receive Rookie of the Month Honors in November and named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in the 06-07 season. He would finish third in voting for the NBA Rookie of the year award.
In his sophomore season, Gay would average 20 points and 6 rebounds a game. After the trade of Pau Gasol to the Lakers, Rudy became the Grizzlies leading scorer but Memphis would end up with the same record as their previous season despite all of Gay's efforts.
After his invitation to the 2008 Slam Dunk Contest, Gay and YouTube teamed up for the Rudy Gay Slam Dunk Contest promotion, in which he asked fans to upload footage of their best dunks for him to attempt during the contest. During the contest he performed a one handed reverse clutch dunk in the first round and during the second round teammate Kyle Lowry alley-ooped the ball off the bar and from behind the backboard Gay regathered and pulled off a windmill dunk. He ended with a score of 85 but did not advance to the second round. He was invited to participate in a second dunk contest during the 2009 All-Star Weekend, but was replaced by J.R. Smith due to injuries.
On December 13, 2009, Gay scored a career-high 41 points against the Miami Heat
In July 2010, Gay re-signed with the Grizzlies for a contract worth $82 million over 5 years.
In March 2011 it was announced Gay would undergo season-ending surgery to repair a left shoulder subluxation sustained during a February 15, 2011 game versus the 76ers At the time, Gay was averaging 19.8 points and 6.2 rebounds in his fifth NBA season while posting career highs in assists (2.8), steals (1.69), blocks (1.07), field goal percentage (.471), three-point field goal percentage (.396), free throw percentage (.805) and minutes (39.9, 3rd in the NBA). As a result, Gay was forced to watch on the sidelines as the Grizzlies went on to clinch a 2011 Playoff berth and pull off a historic first round upset of the top-seeded San Antonio Spurs before falling to the OKC Thunder in seven games in the West Conference Semi Finals. In January 2012, Gay tied Shane Battier as the franchise’s all-time steals leader (523 steals) in a game against the Denver Nuggets.
Rudy as a Toronto Raptor....
In Jan 2013 Rudy Gay would be traded to the Toronto Raptors in a three way deal with the Detroit Pistons. In his first three games as a Raptor, Rudy would set a franchise Record by scoring 74 points. Despite his efforts the Raptors would fall short of the NBA Playoffs with a 34-48 record.
Now a Sacramento King Star!!!!!
In December 2013, in his seventh season Rudy would be traded with two of his raptors teammates to the Sacramento Kings where he is continuing his NBA career. This Past Summer Rudy would opt in with the Sacramento Kings for the 2014-15 Season for $19.3 million.
In 2013 Rudy Married his high school Sweetheart Ecko Wray in Aspen. The couple welcomed their first child in April of 2014. Rudy is a Team USA member and Helped Team USA win the World Cup Tournament Gold Medal for the second time.
Rudy the Philanthropist.....
In 2010, Gay was named an ambassador for the Hoops for St. Jude fundraising program for St. Jude's Children Research Hospital in Memphis and donated $20,000 to the program, which allowed donors to pledge a set amount of dollars for each point scored by Gay and other participating NBA players.
In 2012, Gay was awarded the KIA Community Assist Award for April in recognition of his service to the Memphis community, particularly his ongoing support of St. Jude's Children Research Hospital in Memphis. As a result, KIA and the NBA committed to donate $10,000 on Gay’s behalf to the charity of his choice. Gay, who wore number 22 with Memphis, personally donated of $22,222.22 to the hospital.
Because of his personality as a player, his love of the game and his charity efforts Rudy is the epitome of what our Player Spotlights are all about. We congratulate Rudy on 8 years in the NBA, his Team USA efforts and his new marriage and son. We are looking forward to see him return to his team this upcoming NBA season. We would like to wish Rudy a safe Return to Training Camp.

Last but the most important step #BESEXY. Pull out your favorite freak em dress, you favorite Vicky secrets or better yet turn on the game while he is out and if his team wins put on his favorite teams sexy apparel and serve him his favorite meal in nothing but your Pacers Heels and Thong!!! Remember you want his attention but you also want him to know you are ok him and his sports season by being their biggest fan too while being his biggest fan. For me when Aubrey arrived home at 730 that evening in his N.O. hoping shorts I was dressed in a White Arden B Bandage Dress and electric Blue Steve Madden Pumps he brought me back from Vegas. I grabbed his gym bag and escorted him to the dinner table and served him meal and listen like a kid in a candy store while he told me all about playing in the league and basketball. Needless to say he was so appreciative of my effort that he fell in love with me at that moment and our NIGHT WAS PERFECT!!!!! Try it this Sunday and tell me how it works out #ThatsAllFolks #FoodLoveSports #BellaDolceByChefBella #FallInLoveWednesday #OnThursday
