Great Ramen Shop!! We had the #tonkotsuramen and it was packed with flavor. The broth was so good. We added fried chicken and it was surprisingly good. Diversity is a good word to describe this restaurant, you can get Peruvian Chifa classics like #arrozchaufa to Japanese classics like #sushi The food is very good and located in @wynwoodmiami which is a very cool neighborhood. I had the chance to stop in at this awesome ramen shop while being in Gainesville. They have Sapporo Beer on draft for $4 on happy hour. It was cold & cheap! My kind of beer!!! I ordered a cold ramen bowl that was beyond delicious. It was innovative, playful, flavorful and it was a cross between a ramen and a salad. If I live close enough I could have this more than once of week.
