Send me meal prep ideas!
So I’ve been successfully prepping meals for the last 3 weeks and I love it, it’s great and easy and time saving. But I need some ideas! I’m basically looking for “clean”, unprocessed foods that will keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days. I want lots of veggies and complex carbs, other than that I’m open to anything!

Hi fitness friends! I am posting this photo to show that I have not been to the gym even once this week and I have still exceeded the minimum* recommended amount of physical activity per week. CSEP recommends 150 mins of moderate to vigorous activity per week, accumulated in 10 minute bouts. This can be anything!! Walking, going up stairs, playing with the kids or dog, cleaning etc. This just goes to show that small changes in your lifestyle really add up! Going to the gym is not the only activity that counts
